前記の目的を達成するために、本発明においては、巻き始め部分を、芯に巻き付けることなく、適宜層に渡って接着することにより、剛質円筒状部を形成し、この剛質円筒状部に、それに続く部分を、接着することなく巻き付けることにより、軟質フィルム巻き付け層を連続して形成することを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を、図面にしたがって説明する。
図1に明示するように、本発明の無芯ロール状軟質合成樹脂フィルム(1)においては、フィルム巻き付け層(2)は、内周側の巻き始め部分を、適宜層に亘って、適宜の接着剤で接着した剛質円筒状部(3)と、それに続く部分を接着することなく、巻き付けて形成した軟質フィルム層(4)との連続する2部分から構成されている。
なお、図1においては、両部分の特徴を際立たせるために、誇張して模式的に描いてある。

具体的な例をあげて詳言する。
ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニールあるいはポリ塩化ビニリデン等からなる、厚さ10〜20ミクロン程度、幅約1.5m、長さ約30mの帯状の軟質合成樹脂フィルム(1)を順次巻き付けて、内径約40mmの無芯ロール状軟質フィルムを形成するものとする。
