【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来の静電場フライヤーは、電極部材を油槽内の底部、主として熱源上に配置する構造になっている。このように油槽内の底部に電極部材を配置すると、電極部材は油槽の形状に合わせて製作する必要があり、電極部材が油槽の形状に制約を受けるという問題があった。また、油槽の内部を掃除する際に、電極部材の取り外しに手間を要するものもあった。
