【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ店で使用する業務用のスロットマシンやパチンコや、ゲームセンターで使用する業務用のゲーム等のゲーム機の筐体及びその再利用方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ店で使用する業務用のスロットマシン（パチスロ）やパチンコや、ゲームセンターで使用する業務用のゲーム等のゲーム機の筐体（キャビネット）は、従来は軽量化と製造コストの面から木製で製作されており、安価であるという理由と、強度と剛性を確保できるという理由から、木版合成板を原材料としてきた。

しかしながら、この木版合成板製の筐体の場合には、木版合成板が汚れたり、損傷を受け易いため、寿命が短く、筐体自体をそのまま再利用することは行われていない。また、この木版合成板製の筐体を廃棄処分する場合に、焼却処理すると、この木版合成板には接着剤等が使用されているために、ダイオキシンが発生するという問題がある。

そして、スロットマシン等のゲーム機の場合には、筐体の形状や寸法が規格化されていることが多く、筐体の中身を入れ替えて、必要に応じて同時に外観も変えるが、筐体自体は同じ形状及び同じ寸法のままであることが多い。

そこで、この廃棄及び再利用（リサイクル）の問題を解決するために、これらの筐体を再利用可能な金属材料を採用して製作し、筐体を金属材料の資源として回収するという再利用だけではなく、金属材料で製造された筐体を繰り返し再利用することを試みた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、金属製の筐体を繰り返し再利用しようとすると、筐体の表面に付いた傷や汚れ等のために、中古品としてならともかく、新品同様なものとしては再利用が難しいという問題が生じた。

そのため、塗料の塗装や合成樹脂の塗膜や合成樹脂膜の接着等により、筐体を形成している金属材料の表面に保護膜を設けることが考えられるが、筐体として再利用する場合に、これらの保護膜を剥がしたり、再度、設ける加工が必要になり、また、金属材料を資源として回収する際にも、これらの保護膜と金属材料とを分離する必要が生じるため、手間とコストが掛かってしまうという問題が生じる。

また、一方、金属材料を使用する場合には、軽量化や工数の低減が必要であり、できるだけ少ない材料で、所定の強度と剛性を確保する必要があるが、リブ付きの板や波板等やその他の変形板を使用すると重量が増加したり、製造コストが増加して、実用に供せないという問題がある。

本発明は前記したような問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、その目的は、筐体を形成している金属材料の表面を保護すると共に、金属製の筐体を繰り返し再利用可能で、しかも、材料の分別回収を容易にできるゲーム機の筐体とその再利用方法を提供することにある。

本発明の更なる目的は、軽量で所定の強度と剛性を確保でき、しかも、製造及び組み立てが容易で、製造コスト面に関しても低コストとなるゲーム機の筐体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するための本発明のゲーム機の筐体は、ゲーム機器を収容する筐体において、該筐体を金属製板状部材の組合せで形成すると共に、該筐体の面の少なくとも一つを形成する前記金属製板状部材の外表面に、該外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル又は保護膜体を着脱可能に設けて構成される。

このゲーム機器としては、パチンコ店で使用するスロットマシン（パチスロ）やパチンコや、ゲームセンターで使用する業務用のゲーム等のゲーム機器のことをいい、筐体の前面部は、筐体に入れるゲーム機器の表面が露出されるので設けない場合や、開閉可能な扉を設ける場合や、その他の場合があるが、前面部を設ける場合は、ここでいう筐体とはその前面部を設ける前の状態をいう。

また、この金属製板状部材とは、板厚が０．６ｍｍ〜６ｍｍ程度で板金加工が可能なメッキ鋼板やアルミ板等の金属板を使用して加工した部材や、ダイキャストで加工した部材や、ダイキャスト等で加工した骨部材に、板状部材を組み合わせた部材等で、板状部分がその主要部を形成する部材のことをいう。

この金属部分は、板金加工に適した金属材料である、例えば、アルミニウム板（Ａ５０５２等）、鉄鋼板（ＳＥＣＣや電気鋼板、カラー鋼板等）、ステンレス板等の金属板を利用でき、各金属製板状部材をリベット接合又は板金加工の巻き返しによる接合等で組み付けることができる。

そして、合成樹脂としては、アクリル、ＡＢＳ、スチロール等のプラスチックを使用でき、保護パネルは、剛性が高く通常状態では、丸めたりできず、板状部材として取り扱いできるものをいい、保護膜体とは、剛性が低く、丸めたり変形させて取り扱いできるものをいい、いずれも、取り付ける前や取り外した場合に、金属製板状部材とは別体の部材として取り扱えるものをいう。

また、ここでは、着脱可能とは、金属製板状部材側を損傷したり、一部分を破壊することなく、着脱できることをいい、保護パネルや保護膜体側が破損してもよい。そして、着脱可能にする機構としては、ネジ止め、ホック、手操作程度で簡単に剥がれる接着等がある。なかでも、金属製板状部材の取付孔に係合可能な凸状の係合雄部を保護パネル側に一体的に設けると、部品点数の増加を回避でき、また、資源回収の際に分別が簡単化し、省力化できるので好ましい。

この本発明の構成によれば、筐体の金属製板状部材の外表面に、この外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル又は保護膜体を着脱可能に設けて形成しているので、傷や汚れが付いた保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り外し、新たな保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り付けることにより、非常に簡単に新品同様な筐体を繰り返し提供できる。なお、この取り外した保護パネル又は保護膜体は、洗浄や化粧直し等の再生処理して再利用したり、合成樹脂の原料として再利用したりする。

また、この本発明の構成によれば、筐体の廃棄処分時も保護パネルや保護膜体の取り外しのみの非常に簡単な作業で、保護パネルや保護膜体は合成樹脂の原料として、金属製板状部材は金属材料として分別でき、資源の再利用が簡単にできる。

そして、このゲーム機の筐体においては、保護パネル又は保護膜体と、金属製板状部材の外表面との間に空間を設けてもよいが、保護パネル又は保護膜体によって覆われる金属製板状部材の外表面に積層して、保護パネル又は保護膜体を着脱可能に設けることが好ましく、この積層により、保護パネル又は保護膜体も金属製板状部材で補強され、ごみなどが間に入らないのでより確実に金属製板状部材の外表面を保護できる。その上、板厚も薄くなる。

また、上記のゲーム機の筐体において、前記筐体が天井部と底部と右側面部と左側面部と背面部とを有して形成され、前記天井部と前記右側面部と前記左側面部の少なくとも一つを形成する前記金属製板状部材の外表面に、該外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル又は保護膜体を着脱可能に設けて構成される。

そして、上記のゲーム機の筐体の金属部分の構成に関しては、種々の構成があるが、好ましくは次のように構成にする。

第１の構成では、前記天井部と前記底部と前記右側面部と前記左側面部と前記背面部の少なくとも一つを形成する前記金属製板状部材を、隅部を絞り加工するプレス加工で成形した箱型で形成する。

つまり、天井部の上板や下板、底部の上板や下板、右側面板や左側面板等の隣り合う辺に折り曲げによる重ねシロを形成する場合に、単なる板の折り曲げではなく、折り曲げ部の基側を深絞りして折り曲げる。これにより、隅部（角部）の強度を著しく向上でき、この構成により、薄い金属板で剛性の高いパネルを構成できるので、材料の少量化及び軽量化を図ることができる。

また、第２の構成では、前記天井部と前記底部の前記金属製板状部材をアルミダイキャストで形成すると共に、前記天井部と前記底部を中空角柱部材で接続し、該中空角柱部材に前記右側面部と前記左側面部と前記背面部をそれぞれ形成する前記金属製板状部材を取り付けて形成する。

この構成により、中空角柱部材は、市販の角型の中空部材を切断や穿孔することにより、簡単に製造でき、また、天井部と底部においてはダイキャスト加工により、中空角柱部材の差し込み部を容易に形成できるので、この差し込み部に中空角柱部材を差し込むだけで、天井部と底部を組み付けることができ、更に、この中空角柱部材に、金属製板状部材を張り付けることにより、少ない手間でゲーム機の筐体の金属部分を形成できる。

そして、更に、前記金属製板状部材にスリットを入れて、該金属製板状部材の一部分を折り曲げて、該筐体に収容するゲーム機器の取付部を形成することにより、ゲーム機器類の取付用ブラケットが不要となり、この取付用ブラケットの取付工数も減少することができ、製造コストを低減できる。

特に、本発明のゲーム機の筐体においては、外表面を保護パネル又は保護膜体で保護できるので、内側となる金属製板状部材の部分にスリットを入れて折り曲げて、スロットマシンの機器類の取付部を形成しても、外表面の凹凸や開口部ができるのを防止できるので、ごみや埃などの侵入を防止でき、また、外観を損なうこともない。

そして、本発明のゲーム機の筐体の再利用方法は、上記のゲーム機の筐体の再利用方法であって、前記保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り外して、新しい前記保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り付けることにより、新たなゲーム機の筐体として再利用する方法である。

この再生利用方法によれば、損傷を受けたり、模様替えに関係する保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り外して材料資源として回収し、新たな保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り付けることにより、ゲーム機の筐体の寿命が長い金属製板状部材で形成された部分は、筐体の形状のまま繰り返し効率よく再利用できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づき本発明によるゲーム機の筐体の実施の形態について、スロットマシンの筐体を例にして説明する。図１に本発明に係るゲーム機の筐体を示し、図２と図３に保護パネルの取付状態を示す。また、図４と図５、図６にゲーム機の筐体の金属製板状部材の模式的な組立図を示す。

なお、これらの図面では、分かりやすくするために、主要寸法や板厚等の関係は実寸に厳密に従わずに描いており、また、この部分のリベットやリベット孔等も適宜省略して図示している。

図１に示すように、本発明の実施の形態のゲーム機の筐体１は、スロットマシンの機器を収容するために前面が開口された箱型の形状をしたものであり、天井部１０と底部２０と右側面部３０と左側面部４０と背面部５０とから構成されている。このスロットマシンのゲーム機の筐体１は、幅が約５０ｃｍ，高さが約８０ｃｍ，天井部の奥行きが約２０ｃｍ，底部の奥行きが約３０ｃｍ程度の大きさであり、業界の規格でその大きさが決まっている。

本発明においては、このゲーム機の筐体１は、金属製板状部材の組合せで形成される。つまり、天井部１０と底部２０と右側面部３０と左側面部４０と背面部５０とを、板状部分がその主要部を形成する金属製板状部材で形成し、これらを組み付けて筐体とする。この金属製板状部材は、板厚が０．６ｍｍ〜６ｍｍ程度の薄型で板金加工が可能なメッキ鋼板やアルミ板等の金属板を使用して加工した部材や、ダイキャストで加工した部材や、ダイキャスト等で加工した骨部材に板状部材を組み合わせた部材等で形成される。

また、図１では、天井部１０と底部２０には補強リブ１０Ｓ，２０Ｓが設けられ、底部２０には、スリットをコの字形状に設けて、内側部分を折り曲げて、取付用ブラケットの代りとなる取付部２０Ｘ，２０Ｙを設けてあり、背面部５０にはゲーム機器を取り付けるための背面用の取付治具（図示しない）を配設するための取付孔５０Ｈ等が設けられている。なお、図２〜図４では、これらを省略し、図５及び図６では他の形状を示している。

そして、本発明においては、図１及び図２に示すように、天井部１０と右側面部３０と左側面部４０とにおいて、これらの部分１０，３０，４０を形成する金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１の外表面に、この外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル１２，３２，４２を着脱可能に積層して設ける。

なお、剛性が高く板状部材として取り扱いできる保護パネル１２，３２，４２を用いると、剛体として取り扱うことができるので、取り付け及び取り外しが容易となる。しかし、本発明は、この板状部材に限定されず、保護パネル１２，３２，４２の代りに、剛性が低く、丸めたり変形させて取り扱いできる保護膜体を使用することもできる。この保護膜体を使用した場合には、巻取り状態などで保管できるため、保管時の省スペース化を図ることができる。

そして、この保護パネル１２，３２，４２（又は保護膜体、以下同じ）の取付には、ビスネジを使用して着脱可能に取り付けると、単に板材を保護パネル１２，３２，４２の形状に切断してビス孔を穿孔加工するだけで済むので、材料費及び加工費が安く済む。

なお、着脱可能にする機構としては、このネジ止め以外にも、ホック、手操作程度で簡単に剥がれる接着等がある。そして、金属製板状部材に開口した孔に係合可能な凸状の係合雄部を、保護パネル側に一体的に設けて形成すると、部品点数や材料の種類の増加を回避できるので、資源回収の際に省力化できる。

この構成によれば、筐体１の金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１の外表面に、この外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル１２，３２，４２を着脱可能に設けて形成しているので、傷や汚れが付いた保護パネル１２，３２，４２を取り外し、新たな保護パネル１２，３２，４２を取り付けることにより、新品同様な筐体１を繰り返し提供できる。なお、この取り外した保護パネル１２，３２，４２は、合成樹脂の原料として再利用でき、場合によっては、洗浄やラベルの張り替え等の再生処理による化粧直しによって、保護パネル１２，３２，４２として再利用することもできる。

また、筐体１全体を廃棄処分する時には、保護パネル１２，３２，４２を取り外すだけで、簡単に資源の分別処理ができ、保護パネル１２，３２，４２は合成樹脂の原料として、金属製板状部材は金属材料としてそれぞれ再利用が可能となる。

そして、図１〜図３では、保護パネル１２，３２，４２を金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１に積層しているが、保護パネル１２，３２，４２に剛性の高い材料を用いる場合には間に空間を設けて、曲げ剛性の強度を負担させてもよい。この補強により、金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１の剛性を減少して軽量化することができるようになる。なお、保護膜体の場合には、剛性が低いため、これらの効果は望めないので積層が好ましい。

更に、金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１の外表面を保護パネル１２，３２，４２で保護できるので、必要に応じて、内側となる金属製板状部材１１，３１，４１の部分にスリットを入れて折り曲げて、スロットマシンの機器類の取付部を形成できる。この構成により、機器類の取付用ブラケットが不要となり、この取付用ブラケットの材料と取付工数を同時に減少することができ、製造コストを低減できる。

なお、上記で説明したゲーム機の筐体１の構成及びその組み付け方法は、一例であり、本発明の構成要件を満足するものであれば、他の構成や、組み付け順序や接合方法や着脱可能な取付方法等を用いてもよく、本発明はこの実施の形態で説明した構成及び順序及び接合方法や着脱可能な取付方法のみに限定されるものでは無い。

【発明の効果】
本発明によるゲーム機の筐体によれば、筐体の金属製板状部材の外表面に、この外表面を覆う合成樹脂製の保護パネル又は保護膜体を着脱可能に設けて形成しているので、傷や汚れが付いた保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り外し、新たな保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り付けることにより、非常に簡単に新品同様な筐体を繰り返し提供できる。

また、筐体の廃棄処分時の分別作業も保護パネルや保護膜体の取り外しのみで容易かつ確実に分別できるので、非常に簡単な作業で、保護パネルや保護膜体は合成樹脂の原料として、金属製板状部材は金属材料として再利用することが可能となる。

そして、本発明のゲーム機の筐体の再利用方法によれば、損傷を受けたり、模様替えに関係する保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り外して、新たな保護パネル又は保護膜体を取り付けることにより、ゲーム機の筐体の寿命が長い金属製板状部材で形成された部分は、そのまま繰り返し効率よく再利用できる。
