Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a housing of a game machine such as a business slot machine or a pachinko machine used in a pachinko parlor, a business game used in a game center, and a method of reusing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the housing (cabinet) of a slot machine (pachislot) for business use in pachinko parlors, a pachinko machine, or a game machine for business use in a game center is made of wood in terms of weight reduction and manufacturing cost. It has been manufactured from woodcut synthetic boards because it is inexpensive and because it can secure strength and rigidity.
[0003]
However, in the case of the case made of the woodcut synthetic plate, the woodcut synthetic plate is easily stained or damaged, so that its life is short and the case itself is not reused as it is. Further, there is a problem in that, when the case made of the woodcut synthetic plate is disposed of by incineration, dioxin is generated because the woodcut synthetic plate uses an adhesive or the like.
[0004]
In the case of a game machine such as a slot machine, the shape and dimensions of the housing are often standardized, and the contents of the housing are replaced, and the appearance is changed at the same time as necessary. Often remain the same shape and size.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve the problem of disposal and reuse (recycling), these housings are manufactured using reusable metal materials, and only the reuse of collecting the housings as resources of metal materials is performed. Instead, they tried to reuse a case made of a metal material repeatedly.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when trying to reuse a metal housing repeatedly, there is a problem that it is difficult to reuse a metal housing as if it were new, as if it were a used product because of scratches and dirt on the surface of the housing. Was.
[0007]
For this reason, it is conceivable to provide a protective film on the surface of the metal material forming the housing by applying paint or bonding a synthetic resin coating film or a synthetic resin film. It is necessary to remove these protective films or to provide them again, and when recovering metal materials as resources, it is necessary to separate these protective films and metal materials, which is troublesome and costly. Problem arises.
[0008]
On the other hand, when a metal material is used, it is necessary to reduce the weight and man-hours, and it is necessary to secure a predetermined strength and rigidity with as little material as possible. Use of such a deformed plate increases the weight and increases the manufacturing cost, and is not practical.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to protect the surface of a metal material forming a housing and repeatedly reuse a metal housing. It is an object of the present invention to provide a housing of a game machine which is possible and can easily separate and collect materials, and a method of reusing the same.
[0010]
A further object of the present invention is to provide a game machine housing which is lightweight, can secure predetermined strength and rigidity, is easy to manufacture and assemble, and has a low manufacturing cost.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a housing of a game machine according to the present invention is a housing for housing a game machine, wherein the housing is formed of a combination of metal plate members, and at least one surface of the housing is provided. A protective panel or a protective film made of synthetic resin that covers the outer surface is detachably provided on the outer surface of the metal plate-like member that forms the first member.
[0012]
The game device is a slot machine (pachislot) used in a pachinko parlor, a game machine such as a pachinko machine, or a game for business use in a game center. There are cases where the surface of the device is not provided because it is exposed, cases where a door that can be opened and closed are provided, and other cases. However, when a front part is provided, the housing here means the case before the front part is provided. State.
[0013]
The metal plate member is a member processed using a metal plate such as a plated steel plate or an aluminum plate having a plate thickness of about 0.6 mm to 6 mm and capable of sheet metal processing, or a member processed by die casting. Or a member in which a plate-shaped member is formed by combining a plate-shaped member with a bone member processed by die-casting or the like.
[0014]
The metal part can be a metal material suitable for sheet metal processing, for example, a metal plate such as an aluminum plate (A5052, etc.), an iron steel plate (SECC, an electric steel plate, a color steel plate, etc.), a stainless steel plate, or the like. The plate-shaped member can be assembled by rivet joining or joining by sheet metal processing rewinding.
[0015]
As the synthetic resin, plastics such as acrylic, ABS, and styrene can be used. The protective panel has high rigidity and cannot be rolled in a normal state and can be handled as a plate-like member. A material having low rigidity, which can be handled by being rounded or deformed, and which can be handled as a member separate from a metal plate member before or after being attached.
[0016]
In this case, the term "removable" means that the metal plate-like member can be attached or detached without damaging or partially destroying the metal plate-like member, and the protective panel or the protective film may be damaged. Examples of the detachable mechanism include screwing, hooking, and adhesive that can be easily peeled off by manual operation. Above all, if a convex engaging male portion engageable with the mounting hole of the metal plate-like member is provided integrally on the protection panel side, it is possible to avoid an increase in the number of parts, and to separate when collecting resources. Is preferred because it can simplify and save labor.
[0017]
According to the configuration of the present invention, since the protective panel or the protective film made of synthetic resin that covers the outer surface is detachably provided on the outer surface of the metal plate-shaped member of the housing, the scratch is formed. By removing the protective panel or the protective film body that has become dirty or dirty, and attaching a new protective panel or protective film body, it is very easy to repeatedly provide a new-like casing. The removed protective panel or protective film body may be reused by performing a regeneration process such as washing or redressing, or may be reused as a raw material of a synthetic resin.
[0018]
Further, according to the configuration of the present invention, even at the time of disposing of the housing, the protective panel and the protective film body are made of metal as a raw material of the synthetic resin by a very simple operation of only removing the protective panel and the protective film body. The plate member can be separated as a metal material and resources can be easily reused.
[0019]
In the case of the game machine, a space may be provided between the protection panel or the protection film and the outer surface of the metal plate-like member. It is preferable that the protective panel or the protective film is detachably provided by being laminated on the outer surface of the plate-like member. With this lamination, the protective panel or the protective film is also reinforced by the metal plate-like member, so that dust and the like can be removed. As a result, the outer surface of the metal plate-like member can be more reliably protected. In addition, the plate thickness is reduced.
[0020]
In the above-mentioned game machine housing, the housing is formed having a ceiling, a bottom, a right side, a left side, and a back, and at least one of the ceiling, the right side, and the left side is formed. A protective panel or a protective film made of synthetic resin that covers the outer surface is detachably provided on the outer surface of the metal plate-like member that forms the first member.
[0021]
As for the configuration of the metal part of the housing of the game machine, there are various configurations. Preferably, the configuration is as follows.
[0022]
In the first configuration, the metal plate-shaped member forming at least one of the ceiling, the bottom, the right side, the left side, and the back is formed by press working for drawing a corner. Formed in a box shape.
[0023]
In other words, when forming overlapping laps by bending adjacent sides of the upper plate and lower plate of the ceiling, the upper plate and lower plate of the bottom, the right side plate and the left side plate, etc. Deep-draw the base side and bend it. As a result, the strength of the corners (corners) can be significantly improved, and with this configuration, a highly rigid panel can be formed with a thin metal plate, so that the amount of material can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
[0024]
Further, in the second configuration, the metal plate-like members of the ceiling and the bottom are formed by aluminum die casting, and the ceiling and the bottom are connected by a hollow prism member, and the hollow prism member is connected to the hollow prism member. The metal plate-like members forming the right side surface portion, the left side surface portion, and the back surface portion are attached and formed.
[0025]
With this configuration, the hollow prismatic member can be easily manufactured by cutting or piercing a commercially available rectangular hollow member, and the ceiling and bottom portions can be easily formed by die-casting to insert the hollow prismatic member. The ceiling and the bottom can be assembled simply by inserting a hollow prism member into this insertion portion, and by attaching a metal plate-like member to this hollow prism member, the game can be performed with little effort. The metal part of the machine casing can be formed.
[0026]
Further, a slit is formed in the metal plate-shaped member, and a part of the metal plate-shaped member is bent to form a mounting portion of the game device housed in the housing, thereby mounting the game device. This eliminates the need for a bracket for mounting, so that the number of steps for mounting the mounting bracket can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0027]
In particular, in the housing of the game machine of the present invention, since the outer surface can be protected by the protection panel or the protection film, a slit is formed in the inside of the metal plate-like member, and the slot machine is bent. Even if the attachment portion is formed, it is possible to prevent the formation of irregularities and openings on the outer surface, so that intrusion of dust and dirt can be prevented, and the appearance is not impaired.
[0028]
The method for reusing the housing of a game machine according to the present invention is the method for reusing a housing for a game machine described above, wherein the protection panel or the protection film is removed and the new protection panel or the protection film is removed. This is a method of re-using it as a housing for a new game machine by attaching the.
[0029]
According to this recycling method, the protective panel or the protective film related to the damage or the pattern change is removed and collected as a material resource, and the new protective panel or the protective film is attached, and the housing of the game machine is attached. The part formed of a metal plate member having a long life can be repeatedly and efficiently reused with the shape of the housing.
[0030]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a housing of a game machine according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, taking a housing of a slot machine as an example. FIG. 1 shows a housing of the game machine according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show how the protection panel is mounted. FIGS. 4, 5, and 6 show schematic assembly views of the metal plate-shaped member of the housing of the game machine.
[0031]
In these drawings, for the sake of simplicity, the relationship between the main dimensions and the plate thickness is drawn without strictly following the actual size, and rivets and rivet holes in this portion are omitted as appropriate. ing.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 1, a housing 1 of a game machine according to an embodiment of the present invention has a box-like shape with an open front surface for accommodating equipment of a slot machine. It comprises a bottom part 20, a right side part 30, a left side part 40, and a back part 50. The housing 1 of this slot machine game machine has a size of about 50 cm in width, about 80 cm in height, about 20 cm in the depth of the ceiling, and about 30 cm in the depth of the bottom. Is determined.
[0033]
In the present invention, the housing 1 of the game machine is formed by a combination of metal plate members. That is, the ceiling portion 10, the bottom portion 20, the right side surface portion 30, the left side surface portion 40, and the back surface portion 50 are formed of a metal plate-like member whose plate-like portion forms a main portion, and these are assembled to form a housing. . This metal plate-like member is a thin plate having a thickness of about 0.6 mm to 6 mm, a member processed by using a metal plate such as a plated steel plate or an aluminum plate that can be subjected to sheet metal processing, a member processed by die casting, And a member obtained by combining a plate member with a bone member processed by die casting or the like.
[0034]
In FIG. 1, reinforcing ribs 10 </ b> S and 20 </ b> S are provided on the ceiling portion 10 and the bottom portion 20, and a slit is provided in the bottom portion 20 in a U-shape, and the inner portion is bent to replace the mounting bracket. Mounting portions 20X and 20Y are provided, and the rear portion 50 is provided with mounting holes 50H and the like for mounting a rear mounting jig (not shown) for mounting a game device. Note that these are omitted in FIGS. 2 to 4, and other shapes are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
[0035]
In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, metal plate-like members 11, 31 forming these portions 10, 30, 40 in the ceiling 10, the right side 30, and the left side 40. , 41 are provided with protective layers 12, 32, 42 made of synthetic resin which are detachably laminated to cover the outer surfaces.
[0036]
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, synthetic resin protective panels 32 and 42 that cover the outer surfaces of the metal plate-like members 31 and 41 are detachably provided on the right side surface portion 30 and the left side surface portion 40. Laminated and provided.
[0037]
That is, the outer walls 12, 32, and 42 made of a synthetic resin are detachably attached to a portion that requires an aesthetic appearance or a portion that is easily damaged. As this synthetic resin, plastics such as acrylic, ABS, and styrene can be used.
[0038]
When the protection panels 12, 32, and 42, which have high rigidity and can be handled as a plate-like member, are used, they can be handled as a rigid body, and thus can be easily attached and detached. However, the present invention is not limited to this plate-like member. Instead of the protective panels 12, 32, and 42, a protective film having low rigidity and which can be handled by being rounded or deformed can be used. When this protective film is used, it can be stored in a wound state or the like, so that it is possible to save space during storage.
[0039]
When the protective panels 12, 32, 42 (or the protective film body, the same applies hereinafter) are attached in a detachable manner using screw screws, the plate material is simply cut into the shape of the protective panels 12, 32, 42. Since only screw holes need to be drilled, material costs and processing costs can be reduced.
[0040]
In addition to the screwing, the detachable mechanism includes a hook and an adhesive which can be easily peeled off by a manual operation. And, if the convex engagement male portion engageable with the hole opened in the metal plate-shaped member is formed integrally with the protection panel side, it is possible to avoid an increase in the number of parts and types of materials. Labor can be saved when recovering resources.
[0041]
According to this configuration, protective panels 12, 32, 42 made of synthetic resin are formed on the outer surfaces of the metal plate members 11, 31, 41 of the housing 1 so as to be detachably provided. Therefore, by removing the protective panels 12, 32, and 42 with scratches and dirt, and attaching new protective panels 12, 32, and 42, it is possible to repeatedly provide the same casing 1 as a new one. The removed protective panels 12, 32, and 42 can be reused as a raw material of a synthetic resin. In some cases, the protective panels 12, 32, and 42 can be reused as a protective panel 12, 32, and 42 by re-makeup by a regeneration process such as washing or label replacement. You can also.
[0042]
When the entire casing 1 is disposed of, the resources can be easily separated by simply removing the protection panels 12, 32, and 42. The protection panels 12, 32, and 42 are made of a metal plate as a synthetic resin material. Each of the shaped members can be reused as a metal material.
[0043]
In FIGS. 1 to 3, the protection panels 12, 32, 42 are laminated on the metal plate-like members 11, 31, 41. However, when the protection panels 12, 32, 42 are made of a highly rigid material. May be provided with a space between them to bear bending rigidity. By this reinforcement, the rigidity of the metal plate-like members 11, 31, 41 can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. In the case of a protective film body, since the rigidity is low and these effects cannot be expected, lamination is preferable.
[0044]
Further, since the outer surfaces of the metal plate-like members 11, 31, 41 can be protected by the protection panels 12, 32, 42, slits may be formed in the inside of the metal plate-like members 11, 31, 41 as necessary. Can be formed and bent to form a mounting portion for equipment of a slot machine. With this configuration, a bracket for mounting the devices is not required, and the material and man-hour for the mounting bracket can be reduced at the same time, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0045]
Next, the metal plate-like members 11, 20, 31, 41, and 50 constituting the housing 1 of the game machine will be described.
[0046]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, these metal plate members 11 and 20 are formed in a box shape formed by press working in which corners (corners) 11 a and 20 a are drawn, and the metal plate members 31 and 20 are formed. , 41, 50 and riveting form a housing.
[0047]
That is, when the metal plate-like members 11, 20 and the like are configured in a single-plate structure or a double-metal plate structure, when forming the overlapping shiro 11b, 20b by bending the plate material, it is not a simple plate bending but a bending. The bases of the portions 11a and 20a are formed by deep drawing and bending. As a result, the strength of the corners 11a and 20a is remarkably improved, and a highly rigid panel can be formed with a thin metal plate, so that the amount of material can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
[0048]
In another embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the metal plate-like members 11 and 23 of the ceiling part 10 and the bottom part 20 are formed by aluminum die casting, and the metal plate-like members 11 of the ceiling part 10 The metal plate-like members 23 of the bottom part 20 are connected by four hollow prism members 71 to 74, and the metal plate members 31 of the right side part 30 and the metal plate parts of the left side part 40 are connected to the hollow prism members 71 to 74. It is formed by attaching the member 41 and the metal plate-shaped member 50 of the back part 50.
[0049]
The hollow prism members 71 to 74 can be easily manufactured by cutting or piercing a commercially available square hollow member, and the insertion portions 11 s and 2 for the hollow prism members 71 to 74 are also easily formed by die casting. it can. And as shown in FIG. 5, the metal plate-shaped members 11 and 23 of the ceiling part 10 and the bottom part 20 can be assembled only by inserting the hollow prism members 71-74 into these insertion parts 11s and 23s.
[0050]
Then, by attaching the metal plate-shaped member 50 to the hollow prism members 71 to 74 and further attaching the metal plate-shaped members 31, 41, and 24 as shown in FIG. The metal part of the housing 1 of the machine can be formed.
[0051]
In FIG. 6, a slit is formed in the metal plate-like member 24 of the bottom portion 20, and a part of the metal plate-like member 24 is bent to form the mounting portions 20X and 20Y of the slot machine device.
[0052]
Although not shown, slits are formed in the right side surface portion 30 having the protection panels 32 and 42 on the outside and the metal plate-like members 31 and 41 serving as the inner wall surfaces in the left side view 40 to be bent and slot machine equipment. Form a mounting part.
[0053]
The use of the mounting portions 20X and 20Y that are bent by inserting these slits eliminates the need for mounting brackets for devices and the like, and reduces the materials and man-hours of mounting brackets, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
[0054]
Then, in the housing 1 of the game machine having the above-described configuration, the protection panels 12, 32, 42 related to the damage or the pattern change are removed, and the new protection panels 12, 32, 42 are attached. By using the casing 1 of the game machine, the metal portion of the casing 1 of the game machine having a long life can be reused repeatedly, and the resources can be effectively used.
[0055]
The configuration of the housing 1 of the game machine described above and the method of assembling the same are merely examples, and other configurations, assembling orders, joining methods, and detachable ones may be used as long as the components of the present invention are satisfied. Various mounting methods and the like may be used, and the present invention is not limited to the configuration, the order, the joining method, and the detachable mounting method described in this embodiment.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
According to the housing of the game machine of the present invention, a protective panel or a protective film made of synthetic resin that covers the outer surface is detachably provided on the outer surface of the metal plate member of the housing. Therefore, by removing the protective panel or the protective film body with the scratches and dirt and attaching a new protective panel or protective film body, it is possible to repeatedly provide a new-like casing very easily.
[0057]
In addition, since the separation work at the time of disposal of the housing can be easily and reliably separated only by removing the protection panel and the protection film body, the protection panel and the protection film body can be used as a raw material of synthetic resin with very simple work. The metal plate member can be reused as a metal material.
[0058]
Then, in the above-mentioned game machine housing, a metal plate-like member forming at least one of a ceiling, a bottom, a right side, a left side, and a back is formed by pressing at a corner (corner). By using a box shape molded in the above, the strength of the corners can be remarkably improved, and with this configuration, a highly rigid panel can be formed with a thin metal plate, so that the amount of material can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
[0059]
Alternatively, in the above-described game machine housing, the ceiling and the front bottom metal plate-like members are formed by aluminum die casting, and the ceiling and the bottom are connected by a hollow prism member. By attaching and forming the metal plate-shaped members respectively forming the side surface portion and the back surface portion, the metal portion of the housing of the game machine can be easily formed with little effort.
[0060]
According to the method for reusing the housing of the game machine of the present invention, the protective panel or the protective film body which is damaged or remodeled is removed, and a new protective panel or protective film body is attached.
