Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drain trap used for a drain device such as a waterproof pan used for a washing machine or a bathroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various types of household drainage devices (hereinafter referred to as "drainage devices") that generate drainage by use, such as waterproof pans used in washing machines or bathrooms, or sinks and washstands, have been generated by use. A drainage device that discharges wastewater to the sewage side is installed. These drainage devices include a simple drainage device that simply collects wastewater and discharges it to the sewage side, etc. BACKGROUND ART A drainage device called a drainage trap, which has a function of preventing odors and pests from entering an indoor side, is well known.
Hereinafter, a piping example of a well-known drain trap will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0003]
The conventional example shown in FIG. 10 shows a state in which a drainage device called a drainage elbow or a drainage trap is installed on a waterproof pan which is a drainage device. The drainage trap, the drainage elbow described below, and It is composed of each member such as a waterproof pan to be attached.
The drain trap is composed of a trap body, a flange member, an odor prevention bowl, and an odor prevention cylinder member described below.
The trap body has an opening with a female screw on the top with a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an outer wall with an outlet for discharging internal drainage in the side direction, and a concentric circle with the circular shape of the outer wall In addition, it comprises a deodorizing bowl portion forming a water sealing portion, and further has a branch pipe portion on a side surface thereof as a connection mechanism for introducing drainage from a drainage elbow described later into the deodorizing bowl portion of the trap body. .
The flange member is a cylindrical member that is opened up and down, a flange is provided at the upper end, and a male screw that is screwed with a female screw at the opening of the trap body is provided on the outer peripheral surface, and is provided inside. Opens a drain port communicating with the opening.
The deodorizing cylinder member is a cylindrical body that is open at both the upper and lower ends, the upper end is detachably and water-tightly fitted to the drain port of the flange member, and the lower end is disposed in the deodorizing bowl portion to form a water sealing portion. Formed.
The drainage elbow is a drainage device for simply flowing drainage into the inside. As described above, the drainage outlet is configured so that the drainage from the bathtub flows into the inside and at the same time the drainage on the bathtub mounting portion also flows in. The pipe is arranged so that both the drainage from the bathtub and the drainage from the bathtub mounting portion flow into the drainage trap via a pipe or the like.
The waterproof pan consists of a washing place where the user can wash his / her body and a bathtub placing part where the bathtub is placed. The washing part and the bathtub placing part each have an opening attached to the washing pan part. A drain trap to be described later is mounted, and a drain elbow member to be described later is also mounted on the bathtub mounting portion on the lower surface side of the waterproof pan, that is, in the underfloor space.
The bathtub is a member mounted on the bathtub mounting portion of the waterproof pan, and is provided with a drain plug at a drain port, and piping is performed so that drainage in the bathtub flows directly into the drain elbow from the drain plug. ing.
[0004]
The drain trap and the drain elbow as the drain device are installed in the bathtub and the waterproof pan as the drain device as described below.
First, the trap body and the drainage elbow are connected via the branch pipe. Then, the male screw and the female screw are screwed together while holding the opening edge of the attachment portion on the washing section side between the opening section of the trap body and the flange section of the flange member, and the trap body is attached and fixed to the washing section section. And the outlet is connected to a pipe on the sewage side via a pipe pipe or the like.
Similarly, the male screw and the female screw are screwed together while holding the peripheral edge of the opening of the mounting portion on the bathtub mounting portion side between the opening of the drain elbow and the flange portion of the flange member, and the drain elbow is attached to the washing area. Fix it.
Next, a deodorizing bowl is attached inside the trap body, and a deodorizing cylinder member is further attached to the drain port.
Thereafter, the bathtub is mounted on the bathtub mounting portion so that the drainage flows directly from the drainage plug into the drainage elbow, and the drainage piping including the drainage trap is completed.
[0005]
In the case of drainage generated from the washing area in the drainage pipe including the drain trap, which is piped as described above, the drainage is finally discharged from the drainage port through the deodorization cylinder member and the deodorization bowl to the sewage side. Discharged to piping.
[0006]
In addition, when drainage occurs from the bathtub and the bathtub mounting part, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port to the sewage pipe through the drainage plug, drainage elbow, branch pipe part, and deodorant bowl part (however, If there is drainage in the bathtub mounting area, no drainage will flow to the drain plug.)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the drainage device having the above structure has the following problems.
When drainage equipment is used, for example, when draining from a bathtub, the drainage flows from the bathtub in the order of drain plug, drain elbow, branch pipe section, sealing section, and finally drains to the sewage side from the discharge port. It is the correct way to flow, but if there is a large amount of drainage that exceeds the discharge capacity of the discharge port, a water sealing section is provided on the drainage elbow side, that is, in the middle of the drainage path from the branch pipe to the discharge port. For this reason, a phenomenon called backflow may occur in which drainage overflows from the water sealing section to the drainage outlet of the drainage trap, not from the outlet. Similarly, when draining water from the washing area, if there is a large amount of wastewater exceeding the discharge capacity of the outlet, backflow from the sealing section to the drainage elbow or drainage plug will occur via the branch pipe section. In some cases, the drainage overflowed onto the bathtub mounting portion and into the bathtub.
The present invention has been researched and developed in order to solve the above problems, and provides a drain trap and a drain trap connected to the drain trap, which prevents backflow between them. Is what you do.

An opening is provided in the pipe so that both drainage from the bathtub (B) and drainage from the bathtub mounting portion flow into the trap body (1) through the branch pipe portion (6). Is done.
[0016]
The drain trap described in the above paragraph 0015 is piped to a bathtub (B) and a waterproof pan (P) which are the following drainage devices.
The waterproof pan (P) is composed of a washing area where a user is to wash his / her body, and a bathtub mounting section where a bathtub (B) is mounted. The mounting section is opened in each of the washing area and the bathtub mounting section. The above-mentioned drain trap is attached to the washing area, and the drain elbow (E) described later is attached to the lower surface side of the waterproof pan (P), that is, in the underfloor space, to the bathtub mounting section. The bathtub (B) is a member mounted on the bathtub mounting portion of the waterproof pan (P), and is provided with a drain plug for discharging internal drainage on the bottom surface.
[0017]
The drainage trap and the drainage elbow (E) as the drainage device are installed on the bathtub (B) and the waterproof pan (P) as the drainage equipment as described below.
First, the trap body (1) and the drainage elbow (E) are connected via the branch pipe (6). Thereafter, the male screw and the female screw are screwed while holding the opening edge of the mounting portion on the washing section side between the opening (9) of the trap body (1) and the flange (13) of the flange member (8). Then, the trap body (1) is attached and fixed to the washing area, and the outlet (3) is connected to a pipe on the sewage side via a pipe or the like.

[0018]
In the drainage pipe including the drainage trap provided as described above, when drainage is generated from the washing area, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) through the drainage channel (W1) to the sewage-side pipe. Is discharged to
[0019]
When drainage is generated from the bathtub (B) and the bathtub mounting portion, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) to the sewage pipe through the branch pipe flow path (W2).
[0020]
In the drainage pipe configured as described above, the drainage from the drainage port (2) side is the drainage channel (W1), and the drainage from the branch pipe (6) side is the branch pipe channel (W2). Since separate independent flow paths are formed in the main body (1), and the drainage from the branch pipe (6) is configured not to pass through the water sealing part on the drain port (2) side, the branch pipe ( 6) That is, the drainage from the bathtub mounting part side is smoothly discharged to the drainage pipe without flowing back to the drainage port (2), ie, the washing place part side. (B) It is smoothly discharged to the sewage pipe without backflow into or into the bathtub mounting part.
[0021]
Further, the deodorizing bowl (4) is provided with the notch (4a) toward the outlet (3) by the direction regulating mechanism, so that the flow of drainage flowing through the drainage channel (W1) is always the outlet. Only the flow toward (3) is achieved, so that the drainage is efficient and no backflow occurs.
[0022]
Further, since the deodorizing bowl (4) is provided at a position eccentric in the direction opposite to the discharge port (3) with respect to the circular shape of the outer wall (10) of the trap body (1), the branch pipe flow is prevented. The amount of drainage from the road (W2) going to the discharge port (3) is much larger than going to the deodorizing bowl (4), and backflow can be prevented more effectively.
[0023]
In addition, when sludge or the like in the drainage accumulates in the branch pipe part (6) and the pipe is clogged, the deodorant bowl (4) is removed from the trap body (1), and the trap body of the branch pipe part (6) is removed. (1) By pressing a high-pressure water stream from the opening on the side or by inserting a metal wire wound in a coil shape and pressing it, the sludge, etc., which causes clogging of the pipe, is crushed, and the clogging of the pipe is eliminated. can do. In addition, the method of eliminating pipe clogging by the high-pressure water flow as described above is called a high-pressure cleaning method, and the method of eliminating pipe clogging by a metal coil wire is called a can tool method.
[0024]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 comprises a trap body (1), a flange member (8), an odor prevention bowl (4), and an odor prevention cylinder member (5) described below. Be done.

An outer wall portion (10) which is a casing body provided with an opening (9) provided with an internal thread at an upper portion thereof and having a discharge port (3) for discharging internal drainage in a lateral direction; A deodorizing bowl part (4) forming a water-sealing part, which is detachably provided at a position where it can be taken out from the opening part (9), and further from a side position of the deodorizing bowl part (4) to a vicinity of the discharge port (3). The outer wall portion (10) is provided with a horizontally provided flow path separating wall (7) for partitioning and separating the inner surface of the side wall in the vertical direction.
The trap body (1) is provided with a protrusion (11), and the deodorant bowl (4) is provided with a recess (12) as a direction regulating mechanism. The protrusion (11) and the recess (12) are provided. Thus, the deodorizing bowl (4) can be attached to the trap body (1) only in a predetermined direction.
The deodorizing bowl part (4) is a cylindrical member having a bottom and has an opening through which drainage flows inward, and is provided at an upper end of a side surface with respect to the trap body (1) by the direction regulating member. A notch (4a) for discharging drainage preferentially is provided in a direction toward the outlet (3) and between the flow path separation walls (7).
Here, inside the trap body (1), from the opening of the deodorizing bowl part (4), through the water sealing part, the notch part (4a), and further divided by the flow path separation wall (7), A drain passage (W1) is formed from the upper side to the outlet (3).
The branch pipe part (6) is a connection mechanism for introducing drainage from a drainage elbow (E) described later to the trap body (1) side. Further, inside the trap body (1), from the branch pipe part (6), between the outer wall part (10) of the trap body (1), the deodorant bowl part (4) and the flow path separation wall (7). A branch pipe flow path (W2) is formed to reach the discharge port (3) through the space.
Further, the branch pipe flow path (W2) is separated from the drain port flow path (W1) by utilizing a height difference between an upper end of the branch pipe portion (6) and a lower end of the discharge port (3). Since the water sealing portion is formed in the branch pipe, the branch pipe flow path (W2) has a trap function.
The flange member (8), the deodorizing cylinder member (5), and the drainage elbow (E) are configured the same as the members of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0015.
[0026]
Further, the bath tub (B) and the waterproof pan (P), which are the drainage equipment, on which the drain trap described in the above paragraph 0025 is constructed, have the same configuration as the respective members of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0016. Be done.
[0027]
Similarly, the male screw and the female screw are screwed together with the opening of the drainage elbow (E) and the flange portion (13) of the flange member (8) sandwiching the opening edge of the mounting portion on the bathtub mounting portion side. Then, attach the drainage elbow (E) to the washing area and fix it.
Next, the deodorizing bowl (4) is attached inside the trap body (1), and the deodorizing cylinder member (5) is further attached to the drain port (2).
Thereafter, the bathtub (B) is mounted on the bathtub mounting portion such that the drainage flows directly from the drainage plug into the drainage elbow (E), and the drainage piping including the drainage trap is completed.
[0028]
In the drainage pipe including the drainage trap provided as described above, when drainage is generated from the washing area, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) through the drainage channel (W1) to the sewage-side pipe. Is discharged to
[0029]
When drainage is generated from the bathtub (B) and the bathtub mounting portion, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) to the sewage pipe through the branch pipe flow path (W2).
[0030]
[0031]
Further, the deodorizing bowl (4) is provided with the notch (4a) toward the outlet (3) by the direction regulating mechanism, so that the flow of drainage flowing through the drainage channel (W1) is always the outlet. Only the flow toward (3) is achieved, so that the drainage is efficient and no backflow occurs.
[0032]
Further, since the drain outlet channel (W1) is constructed above the branch pipe channel (W2), the drain water from the branch pipe channel (W2) is drained rather than going to the deodorant bowl (4). The amount going to the outlet (3) is overwhelmingly large, and backflow can be more effectively prevented. In particular, at this time, the lower end of the discharge port (3) serving as the upper end of the water sealing section of the branch pipe flow path (W2) is connected to the lower end of the odor preventing bowl section (4) serving as the upper end of the water sealing section of the drain port flow path (W1). The above effect is further enhanced by arranging the notch (4a) at a position higher than the lower end thereof.
[0033]
Further, when sludge or the like in the drainage is accumulated in the branch pipe part (6) and the pipe is clogged, the deodorizing bowl part (4) is trapped as in the case of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0023. By removing the branch pipe (6) from the main body (1) and performing a high-pressure cleaning method or a can-tool method on the branch pipe section (6), the clogging of the pipe can be eliminated.
[0034]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is a trap main body (1), a flange member (8), a first flow path separation wall (7a), an odor preventing cylinder member (5) described below. And the like.
[0035]
The trap body (1) has a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom and an opening (9) provided with a female screw on the upper side, and an outer wall (10) provided with a discharge port (3) for discharging internal drainage in the side direction. ) And a water-sealing portion provided at a position eccentric in the direction opposite to the discharge port (3) with respect to the circular shape of the outer wall portion (10) so that the space side toward the discharge port (3) becomes somewhat wider. A deodorizing bowl (4), and further within the deodorizing bowl (4), in a space between the deodorizing bowl (4) and a deodorizing cylinder member (5) described later. A first flow path separating wall (7a) provided in the vertical direction, which separates the inside into the left and right directions, is provided detachably with respect to the deodorant bowl (4), and two places on the outer surface of the deodorant bowl (4) From the inside of the trap body (1), two second flow path separation walls (7b) for partitioning and separating the outer space of the deodorization bowl (4) in the lateral direction are provided. Formed by providing in a row.
Here, inside the trap body (1), a space defined by the first flow path separating wall (7a) and the second flow path separating wall (7b) of the deodorizing bowl section (4), wherein the deodorizing bowl section is provided. A drain outlet channel (W1) is formed from the opening (4) to the outlet (3) via the water sealing portion and the notch (4a).
The branch pipe section (6) is a connection mechanism for introducing drainage from a drainage elbow (E) to be described later into the odor preventing bowl section (4) of the trap body (1). Further, inside the trap body (1), from the branch pipe section (6), an outer wall section (10) including an odor preventing bowl section (4) of the trap body (1), a first channel separation wall (7a), and A branch pipe channel (W2) is formed to reach the outlet (3) through the space between the second channel separation wall (7b).
Further, the branch pipe flow path (W2) uses the difference in height between the upper end of the branch pipe section (6) and the upper end of the deodorant bowl section (4) to form a drain outlet flow path (W1). Since the water sealing part is formed separately, the branch pipe flow path (W2) has a trap function.
The flange member (8), the deodorizing cylinder member (5), and the drainage elbow (E) are configured the same as the members of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0015.
[0036]
Further, the bath tub (B) and the waterproof pan (P), which are the drainage devices, on which the drain trap described in the above paragraph 0035 is constructed, have the same configuration as the members of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0016. Be done.
[0037]
Next, the first channel separation wall (7a) is attached inside the trap body (1), and the odor preventing cylinder member (5) is attached to the drain port (2).
Thereafter, the bathtub (B) is mounted on the bathtub mounting portion such that the drainage flows directly from the drainage plug into the drainage elbow (E), and the drainage piping including the drainage trap is completed.
[0038]
In the drainage pipe including the drainage trap provided as described above, when drainage is generated from the washing area, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) through the drainage channel (W1) to the sewage-side pipe. Is discharged to
[0039]
When drainage is generated from the bathtub (B) and the bathtub mounting portion, the drainage is finally discharged from the discharge port (3) to the sewage pipe through the branch pipe flow path (W2).
[0040]
[0041]
Further, in the third embodiment, since the flow path separating wall (7) (more precisely, the first flow path separating wall (7a) which is a part thereof) is disposed in the deodorizing arm, the deodorant forming the water sealing section is provided. The bowl portion (4) can be shared and used by the drain port flow path (W1) and the branch pipe flow path (W2).
For this reason, there is no need for a corresponding width in the horizontal direction as in the first embodiment, or a corresponding width in the vertical direction as in the second embodiment. Can be performed.
[0042]
In the third embodiment, the first flow path separation wall (7a), which is the flow path separation wall (7) in the deodorizing bowl (4), is made detachable with respect to the trap body. The inside of the drain trap can be easily cleaned by removing the wall (7a), which is extremely sanitary.
[0043]
Further, when sludge or the like in the drainage accumulates in the branch pipe part (6) and the pipe is clogged, the first flow path separation wall (7a) is removed from the trap body (1), and the first flow path separation wall (7a) described in the above paragraph 0023 is described. As in the case of the embodiment, by performing the high-pressure cleaning method or the can-tool method on the branch pipe portion (6), the clogging of the pipe can be eliminated.
[0044]
Although the embodiment of the present invention is as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be freely changed without changing the gist of the invention.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
Since the drain trap of the present invention is configured as described above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
1. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the drainage channel and the branch pipe channel are provided independently of each other in the drain trap so that they do not merge at the water sealing portion. Even if there was a large amount of wastewater in either one of them, there was almost no backflow of wastewater to the other side. Furthermore, by making the deodorant bowl part detachable from the trap body, the cleaning property is improved.
2. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the notch provided in the deodorizing bowl attached to the inside of the trap body is provided toward the outlet, the efficiency of drainage is increased, and the direction of the branch pipe is improved. Since there is almost no drainage flow toward the drainage trap, a drainage trap that is unlikely to cause backflow can be obtained.
3. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the water sealing portion is eccentric in the direction opposite to the discharge port inside the trap body, so that the drainage from the branch pipe flow path is directed toward the deodorizing bowl portion. Also, the amount flowing toward the discharge port becomes overwhelmingly large, and the backflow can be more effectively prevented.
4. According to the present invention as set forth in claim 4, a part or the whole of the flow path separation wall is made detachable from the trap main body, and the flow path separation wall is provided in a space between the deodorization bowl part and the deodorization cylinder part. By disposing the detachable portion of the odor eliminator, the deodorizing bowl portion can be shared and used for the drain port flow passage and the branch pipe flow passage, so that the drain trap can be saved in space. Further, the inside of the drain trap can be easily cleaned.
5. According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, by dividing the drain port flow path and the branch pipe flow path by the vertically provided wall surface, the total height of the drain trap can be reduced, and the drain pipe can be drained. The height and width of the underfloor space where the work is performed can be reduced accordingly.
6. According to the present invention as set forth in claim 6, the drain outlet channel and the branch pipe channel are divided by the wall surface provided in the horizontal direction, so that the total height of the drain trap can be reduced. The height and width of the underfloor space where the work is performed can be reduced accordingly.
