(ロ) ウレタンやアブソーバすらなく車両をつぶすことにより衝撃を吸収する車が多く大事故時には多くの修理費用や多くの人命が失われていた。
(ハ) 又車両損傷によりオイルや有害化学物質をまきちらし環境破壊も発生していた。
本考案は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

自動車の回りに電気磁石(1)を設け電源にバッテリー(2)を設け作動制御にセンサー(3)、コンピュータ(4)を設けスイッチにブレーキスイッチ(5)を装着する。
本考案は以上のような構成によりなる複数自動車からなる磁力反発式衝突衝撃吸収装置である。

極端な急ブレーキ時にブレーキスイッチ(5)が作動してセンサー(3)で衝突方向、衝突速度、作動適正物かを感知してデータをコンピューター(4)で処理して衝突方向にある電気磁石を車両衝突前に作動させて磁力を発生させる。又相手車両は磁力をセンサー(3)で感知して衝突方向の電気磁石を作動させて同極の磁力を発生させて車両間の同極磁力の反発力を利用して衝突に関係係するすべての車両の衝撃力を吸収できる。

(イ)複数の自動車の回りに電気磁石(1)を設け電源にバッテリー(2)を設ける。
(ロ)作動制御にセンサー(3)とコンピュータ(4)を設ける。
(ハ)作動スイッチにアクセルスイッチ(5)を装置する。
(ニ)各装置をハーネス(6)で接続する。
本案は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、同じ磁力反発発生装置を装置した車両が衝突する前にブレーキスイッチ(5)が作動しセンサー(3)で作動適正物であればコンピュータ(4)が適正方向の電気磁石に適正電圧、適正時間だけ電流を送り相手車両の電気磁石と同極の磁力を発生して磁力クッションとなり車両間の衝撃を吸収する。又同じ極の磁力を発生しないものには作動しないため安全である。
