Abstract
Description
【0001】
、又は、Y−(X−Y−X)n(nは1以上の整数を表す。)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flexible sheet used for a signboard used for advertisement and publicity outdoors and indoors, and a signboard using the flexible sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a standing sign, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-319393, a pair of left and right cylindrical pillars, and a pair of upper and lower horizontal beams erected at the upper and lower ends of the pillars, An upright signboard having a structure including a display sheet stretched over the columns and the horizontal rails is provided.
[0003]
Generally, a signboard is often used outdoors, so that the display sheet is important in weather resistance and needs to have appropriate flexibility to be suitable for secondary processing. Conventionally, as a display sheet, in order to satisfy the above performance, a polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet, a polyolefin-based sheet obtained by mixing an inorganic substance such as calcium carbonate or talc with polypropylene or polyethylene disclosed in JP-A-7-319393 is generally used. A resin sheet is used. The resin sheet is kneaded with a pigment according to the purpose, colored or printed or painted, and then processed into a desired shape for use.
[0004]
However, signboards used for advertisements and advertisements need to be disposed of due to breakage, contamination, or the end of the advertisement period, and are usually incinerated or landfilled. The above-mentioned vinyl chloride resin sheet cannot be treated with simple incineration equipment because toxic gases such as hydrogen chloride gas and dioxin are liable to be generated when incinerated. However, there is a problem that the durability is reduced. Therefore, recently, there has been an increasing demand for a display sheet with a low environmental load, which can be processed by a simple incineration facility.
Further, although the polyolefin-based resin sheet can be easily incinerated, it cannot be said that the flexibility, heat resistance, weather resistance, workability and the like are sufficient.
[0005]
In addition, steel pipes, resin pipes such as vinyl chloride resin and ABS resin, and the like are widely used as materials for the struts and cross rails constituting the signboard frame of the vertical signboard in terms of strength, appearance, cost, and the like. However, there was a problem in disposing of these pipes after use. In other words, steel pipes must be disposed of as oversized garbage or non-combustible garbage, which is a problem at the time of disposal.Resin pipes need to be disposed of or disposed of as garbage. In this case, there is a problem of a disposal place, and in the case of disposal, there is a risk that harmful substances such as dioxin and cyanide are generated. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-319393 discloses a method of using a paper tube as a material for a column and a crosspiece that can be easily incinerated. However, when a paper tube is used, sufficient strength can be obtained. In addition, even if water-resistant treatment is performed, there is a problem in that it is likely to bend or break when used outdoors for a long period of time.
Further, the assembling of the signboard frame of the standing signboard is composed of the columns and the crosspieces. However, there is a problem that the assembling is troublesome.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has a suitable flexibility, excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and excellent secondary workability, and is easy to dispose. A flexible sheet and a standing signboard using the sheet The purpose is to provide.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an upright signboard that uses the flexible sheet as a display sheet and is easily disposed of.
Still another object is to provide a standing signboard using the flexible sheet, which has excellent durability and is easy to assemble.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
The flexible sheet of the present invention has a melting point of 140 to 150 ° C and a weight average molecular weight in the range of 160,000 to 450,000, and a resin elution amount by a cross fractionation method of 0 ° C or more and 10 ° C or less. 50 to 60% by weight of the amount of the polypropylene-based resin, 10 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin above 10 ° C to 70 ° C, and 10 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene-based resin above 70 ° C to 95 ° C. 50 to 97% by weight of a polypropylene resin (a) which is 10 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin above 95 ° C to 125 ° C and 50 to 3% by weight of a vinyl aromatic elastomer %, 100 parts by weight of the resin composition (A), and 2 to 100 parts by weight of titanium oxide and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a hindered amine compound. And a resin having a melting point of 140 to 150 ° C. and a weight average molecular weight in the range of 80,000 to 450,000, and a resin elution by a cross-fractionation method on both sides of the center layer composed of the resin composition (B). When the amount is 0 ° C or more and 10 ° C or less, it is 50-60% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin, and when it is more than 10 ° C and 70 ° C or less, it is 10-20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin. 100% by weight of the polypropylene resin (b), which is 10 to 20% by weight of the total polypropylene resin amount at 95 ° C or lower and 10 to 20% by weight of the total polypropylene resin amount at 95 ° C to 125 ° C or lower. On the other hand, 0.5 to 10 parts of inorganic or organic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 15 μm, 2 to 100 parts by weight of titanium oxide, and a hindered amine compound A flexible sheet having a three-layer structure in which inner and outer layers made of a resin composition (C) in which 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a product are blended are laminated.
[0008]
The melting point of the polypropylene resin (a) in the center layer is limited to 140 to 150 ° C. from the viewpoint of heat resistance and secondary workability. When the melting point is less than 140 ° C, the heat resistance of the obtained flexible sheet is insufficient, and when it exceeds 150 ° C, the secondary workability of the obtained flexible sheet is insufficient.
[0009]
On the other hand, if the weight average molecular weight of the polypropylene resin (a) is too large, a film-forming property is reduced and a flexible sheet having good surface properties cannot be obtained. Therefore, the content is limited to 160,000 to 450,000. The weight average molecular weight is a value measured using high-temperature GPC. As the high-temperature GPC, for example, 150 CV manufactured by WATERS is used.
[0010]
Further, the resin elution amount of the polypropylene-based resin (a) by the cross fractionation method is from 0 ° C. to 10 ° C., when the amount is too large, the tensile elastic strength of the obtained flexible sheet is reduced, and when the amount is too small, the softness obtained is too small. Since the flexibility of the sheet is reduced, it is limited to 50 to 60% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin.
[0011]
When the amount of resin elution of the polypropylene resin (a) by the cross fractionation method is more than 10 ° C. to 70 ° C. or less, the deformation recovery property of the obtained flexible sheet is reduced if it is too large, and it is obtained if it is too small. Since the flexibility of the flexible sheet is reduced, the amount is limited to 10 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin.
[0012]
When the amount of the polypropylene resin (a) eluted by the cross separation method is more than 70 ° C. to 95 ° C. or less, the tensile elastic strength of the obtained flexible sheet is reduced if it is too large, and it is obtained if it is too small. Since the deformation recovery property of the flexible sheet is reduced, the amount is limited to 10 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the polypropylene resin.
[0013]
In addition, the resin elution amount of the polypropylene-based resin (a) by the cross fractionation method is more than 95 ° C. to 125 ° C. or less. If the amount is too large, the flexibility of the obtained flexible sheet decreases, and if the amount is too small, it is obtained. Since the tensile elastic strength of the flexible sheet is reduced, it is limited to 10 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the polypropylene resin.
[0014]
The measurement of the amount of elution of the polypropylene resin (a) by the cross fractionation method refers to the measurement performed in the following manner. That is, first, the polypropylene-based resin is dissolved in o-dichlorobenzene at a temperature of 140 ° C. or a temperature at which the polypropylene-based resin is completely dissolved, cooled to 0 ° C. at a constant speed, and thinly coated on the surface of the inert carrier prepared in advance. A polymer layer is formed as a thin polymer layer having a higher crystallinity and a lower molecular weight. Next, the temperature of the formed polymer layer is raised continuously or stepwise, the concentrations of the components eluted sequentially are detected, and the composition distribution (crystallinity distribution) is measured (temperature-elution elution fractionation). At the same time, the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the eluted components are measured by high-temperature GPC. Thereby, the elution amount in each temperature region is calculated. In the present invention, the measurement was carried out using a cross-separation chromatograph (CFC-T150A type, manufactured by Mitsubishi Yuka Co., Ltd.) having the above-mentioned temperature rising elution fractionation part and the high-temperature type GPC part as a system.
[0015]
Examples of the polypropylene-based resin (a) include a propylene-ethylene copolymer and a propylene-α-olefin copolymer, and are adjusted by, for example, the following method. First, in the first step, a propylene monomer is polymerized in the presence of another monomer (α-olefin monomer other than propylene, ethylene monomer) if necessary in the presence of a titanium compound catalyst and an aluminum compound catalyst. To obtain a polypropylene resin. The polypropylene resin may contain a propylene homopolymer, a propylene-α-olefin copolymer, a propylene-ethylene copolymer, and the like. Subsequently, as a second step, propylene and another monomer are copolymerized in the presence of the titanium compound catalyst, the aluminum compound catalyst, and the titanium-containing polypropylene resin to obtain a second polypropylene resin. The polypropylene resin obtained by the two-step reaction is a propylene-α-olefin copolymer or a propylene-ethylene copolymer, and the above-described conditions are obtained by performing multi-stage copolymerization in a similar manner according to the purpose. Can be obtained. Incidentally, specific methods for producing the above-mentioned polypropylene resin are described in JP-A-4-224809, JP-A-4-96912, JP-A-4-96907, JP-A-3-174410, JP-A-3-174410. JP-A-170803, JP-A-2-170802, JP-A-61-42553, JP-A-3-205439, JP-A-3-97747, and the like. Is also good.
[0016]
The stress-strain behavior when a general polypropylene resin is stretched is such that the stress rises sharply at a low stretch, yields in the range of 20 to 30% of elongation, and then extends to about 100%. Has almost constant stress. When a flexible sheet made of such a resin is applied to a display sheet, the sheet may be completely stretched when strongly pulled during secondary processing, which is not preferable as a display sheet, and a rubber component such as a thermoplastic elastomer is added. However, the rubber component must be added in a large amount, other properties are reduced, and it is economically disadvantageous. Further, in the method of blending resins, the limit of the rubber component is usually about 50%, and it is difficult to finely disperse the rubber component, and has the same performance as a plasticized vinyl chloride resin sheet. It was difficult to obtain a flexible sheet.
[0017]
However, the polypropylene resin that satisfies the above conditions produced by the above production method has undergone a polymerization reaction in two or more steps, and in the second and subsequent steps, further monomers are copolymerized with the polymer produced in the previous step. Therefore, a plurality of types of polymers are formed, and a blend type copolymer at a molecular level completely different from that of a normal polymer blend is obtained. That is, the polypropylene resin obtained by the above polymerization reaction has a high content of 80 to 95% by weight of a rubber component such as a propylene-α-olefin copolymer or a propylene-ethylene copolymer finely dispersed in the resin. It is contained in. Therefore, by using the above-mentioned polypropylene resin, a flexible sheet having excellent flexibility and elasticity can be obtained as in the case of the plasticized vinyl chloride resin.
[0018]
As the polypropylene resin used in the present invention, for example, PER (trade name, manufactured by Tokuyama Corporation), Cataloy (trade name, manufactured by Montelusque Sunrise Co., Ltd.) and the like are sold.
[0019]
Moreover, as a vinyl aromatic elastomer in this invention, a vinyl aromatic compound block (X) and a conjugated diene compound block (Y) are X- (YX) m (m represents an integer of 1 or more). ) Or a block copolymer obtained by copolymerization in a state represented by Y- (XYX) n (n represents an integer of 1 or more) or a small amount of vinyl in the (Y) portion. Examples include a random copolymer obtained by random copolymerization of an aromatic compound, or a hydrogenated product thereof.
[0020]
The vinyl aromatic compound is not particularly limited, and includes, for example, styrene, t-butylstyrene, α-methylstyrene, p-methylstyrene, divinylstyrene, 1,1-diphenylstyrene, and the like. Styrene is preferably used. Examples of the conjugated diene compound include 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene, 1,3-pentadiene, 2-methyl-1,3-pentadiene, 1,3-hexadiene, , 5-diethyl-1,3-octadiene and the like. Of these, 1,3-butadiene and isoprene are preferably used. Further, it is preferable that the vinyl aromatic elastomer is hydrogenated from the viewpoint of weather resistance and the like.
In the resin composition (A), the amounts of the polypropylene resin (a) and the vinyl aromatic elastomer are 50 to 97% by weight of the polypropylene resin (a) and 50 to 3% by weight of the vinyl aromatic elastomer. It is. When the amount of the vinyl aromatic elastomer exceeds 50% by weight, heat resistance, mechanical strength and the like are reduced. When the amount is less than 3% by weight, the effect of addition is not recognized.
[0021]
The resin composition (B) of the present invention contains titanium oxide for imparting concealing properties to the display sheet. Examples of the titanium oxide to be contained include a rutile type and an anatase type, and a rutile type having a small particle diameter is suitably used in view of weather resistance, dispersibility and the like. The amount of titanium oxide is 2 to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition (A). If the amount of titanium oxide is less than 2 parts by weight, the desired concealing property cannot be obtained. Conversely, if the amount is more than 100 parts by weight, the rigidity of the resin is too high, so that the formability of the sheet is reduced and the cost is reduced. It is uneconomical. In addition, in order to improve the dispersibility of the titanium oxide in the resin, it is preferable to increase the kneadability in advance by, for example, forming a master batch and then knead the resin.
[0022]
Further, in order to impart weather resistance to the display sheet of the present invention, the resin composition (B) contains a hindered amine compound. Examples of the hindered amine compound include 2,2,4,4-tetramethylpiperidyl-4-benzoate, bis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and tris (2,2,6 , 6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) phosphite, 1,3,8-triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octylspiro [4,5] decane-2,4-dione 1,2,3,4-tetra (4-carbonyloxy 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl) -butane, 1,3,8-triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-2, 4-dioxose pyro [4,5] decane, tri (4-acetoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl) amine, 4-acetoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl, 4-stearo Loxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl, 4-benzyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl, 4-phenylcarbamoyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl and the like 2,2,4,4-tetramethylpiperidyl-4-benzoate, bis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, tris (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl -4-piperidyl) phosphite, 1,3,8-triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octylspiro [4,5] decane-2,4-dione, 1,2,2 3,4-tetra (4-carbonyloxy 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl) -butane and the like are preferably used.
The amount of the hindered amine compound is 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition (A). If the amount is less than 0.5 part by weight, the intended weather resistance cannot be obtained. If the amount is more than 5 parts by weight, the printability may be adversely affected. Uneconomical.
[0023]
If the melting point of the polypropylene resin (b) in the inner and outer layers is too high, the heat sealing property is deteriorated, and if it is too low, the heat resistance is impaired.
[0024]
Further, the weight average molecular weight of the polypropylene resin (b) is limited to 80,000 to 450,000 in order to stably obtain a multilayered sheet with the central layer. If the weight-average molecular weight is too large, the film-forming properties are deteriorated, and the appearance and surface properties of the obtained sheet are deteriorated. If the weight-average molecular weight is too small, the slipperiness of the obtained flexible sheet is reduced, and the secondary workability becomes insufficient.
The weight average molecular weight is a value measured using high-temperature GPC. As the high-temperature GPC, for example, 150 CV manufactured by WATERS is used.
[0025]
Furthermore, the amount of resin elution of the polypropylene resin (b) by the cross fractionation method is the same as that of the polypropylene resin (a) in controlling physical properties such as sheet elastic modulus, strength, heat resistance, and secondary workability. For reasons, it is limited to a similar range.
[0026]
In addition, the resin composition (C) has an inorganic particle having an average particle size of 0.01 to 15 microns with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene resin (b) in consideration of sheet handling properties and secondary workability. 0.5 to 10 parts of organic or organic fine particles are added. If the addition amount is less than 0.5 parts by weight, stable sliding properties cannot be obtained and the secondary processing characteristics become poor. If the addition amount exceeds 10 parts by weight, the rigidity of the resin becomes too high and the resin becomes flexible. It becomes worse.
[0027]
Further, similarly to the center layer, titanium oxide and a hindered amine compound are added to the resin composition (C) in order to improve hiding properties and weather resistance. The types and amounts of the titanium oxide and the hindered amine compound used are the same as those used in the center layer.
[0028]
As a method for obtaining the flexible sheet, a usual production method for forming a resin sheet or film can be used, and examples thereof include an extrusion molding method using a T-die method and an inflation method, and a calendering method.
The thickness of the flexible sheet is not particularly limited and is appropriately determined depending on the intended use and required texture. When used as a display sheet for a vertical signboard, the total thickness of the flexible sheet is preferably 30 to 500 μm, and more preferably. It is 100 to 200 μm. If the thickness is less than 30 μm, the sheet itself is too soft, so that secondary processing becomes difficult, or the sheet tends to be damaged during use due to insufficient strength. If the thickness exceeds 500 μm, on the contrary, it is hard and secondary processing becomes difficult.
Further, the layer ratio between the center layer and the inner and outer layers is not particularly limited and is determined as appropriate. However, the thickness of the center layer is preferably 30 to 90% of the total thickness in consideration of flexibility and the like. .
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 1, a standing signboard using the flexible sheet as a display sheet is composed of a pair of left and
[0030]
The material of the pair of right and left columns and the pair of upper and lower horizontal rails that constitute the sign frame of the vertical signboard is not particularly limited. For example, the pair of left and right columns and the pair of upper and lower horizontal rails are all mainly made of polypropylene resin. Signboard frame composed of a polyolefin-based material, or a pair of left and right supports are coated with a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene resin, and a pair of upper and lower horizontal rails are mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin. It is preferable to use a sign frame composed of a system material.
[0031]
A preferred example of the signboard frame of the standing signboard of the present invention is that the signboard frame is entirely made of a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of polypropylene resin, so that the entire signboard including the display sheet is mainly composed of a polyolefin-based resin. Since it is made of a material, it is easy to dispose of the signboard. That is, the entire signboard can be re-melted without being disassembled and recycled, or can be incinerated without disassembling the entire signboard. Further, since all the materials are polyolefin-based materials mainly composed of polypropylene resin, incineration is It is easy and no toxic gas or the like is generated at that time.
[0032]
When the
[0033]
Further, another preferable example of the signboard frame of the standing signboard of the present invention is a coated iron pipe in which a pair of left and right supports are covered with a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin, and a pair of upper and lower horizontal rails is made of a polypropylene-based resin. The signboard frame is made of a polyolefin-based material as a main component. At this time, the pair of right and left columns is an iron pipe whose surface is coated with a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin, has a diameter of 18 mm or less, and has a digging strength of 450 N or more in a bending test. preferable. By having the above strength, when the display sheet is stretched as a standing signboard, the display sheet can sufficiently withstand the tension of the display sheet, and the display sheet is beautiful without wrinkles or the like. In addition, even when used for a long period of time, the signboard can be used for a long period of time without reducing the advertising effect without the possibility of deformation such as bending. Further, the pair of right and left columns may be configured to be divided into two at the central portion, or may be configured to be divided into a plurality of portions at several places, for ease of disposal and the like.
[0034]
The polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin for covering the iron pipe is preferably added with a weather resistance improver such as a hindered amine compound used for the above-mentioned flexible sheet in order to improve weather resistance. At this time, the amount of the hindered amine-based compound is preferably 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin-based material mainly composed of the polypropylene-based resin. If it is too large, it may bleed out and cause surface contamination, while if it is too small, the effect of addition may not be obtained. Polyolefin-based material mainly composed of polypropylene resin used for a pair of upper and lower horizontal rails is composed of polyolefin-based resin mainly composed of polypropylene-based resin, inorganic fillers such as titanium oxide and talc, and weather resistance improvers such as hindered amine-based. Preferably, it is added. By using a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of such a polypropylene-based resin, even if incinerated at the time of disposal, no toxic gas or the like is generated, and it can be easily treated.
[0035]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting structure when assembling the signboard skeleton using the pair of right and left columns and the pair of upper and lower cross beams is a structure that is easy to assemble. The connection structure will be described below.

The material was formed into a film and subjected to corona treatment in-line so that the surface tension became 42 dyne / cm. After 5 days, printing was performed on the corona-treated surface to obtain a flexible sheet.
[0079]
[Evaluation]
The secondary workability, sheet appearance / printability, weather resistance, and heat resistance of the 11 types of flexible sheets obtained above were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 3. Each evaluation method is as follows.
(Secondary workability)
The flexible sheet is cut into a rectangular shape, and a vertical tubular portion through which a post can be inserted is formed at the left and right side edges, and a horizontal tubular portion through which a horizontal rail can be inserted is formed at the upper and lower edges. Then, four sides were heat-sealed to prepare a display sheet for a signboard. The finished state of this display sheet was visually observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
5 points: Moderate flexibility, no problem in the finished state.
4 points: uncomfortable but flexible, secondary processing is no problem.
3 points: Tensile elastic strength was insufficient, and a little distortion occurred in the seal portion.
2 points: Insufficient tensile elasticity makes secondary processing difficult.
1 point: Insufficient tensile elasticity, large seal distortion, impossible to manufacture.
(Sheet appearance and printability)
The appearance of the flexible sheet was visually observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
:: There is no appearance problem such as color unevenness, and the printing adhesion is good.
Δ: No color unevenness, etc., and good print adhesion, but poor appearance.
X: The color unevenness was conspicuous, or adhesion was not obtained, and the product was rejected.
(Weatherability)
The flexible sheet was subjected to an accelerated exposure test using an accelerated exposure machine (Super UV tester manufactured by Dainippon Plastics Co., Ltd.), and the sheet strength after 500 hours was measured and compared with the strength before the exposure test, and evaluated according to the following criteria.
:: Breaking strength is within 90% before exposure
Δ: The breaking strength was 70 to 90% before exposure.
X: The breaking strength is 70% or less before exposure.
(Heat-resistant)
The four sides were heat-sealed, and the display signboard in which the support was inserted was repeatedly subjected to a cooling / heating cycle of 60 ° C. × 12 hours and 0 ° C. × 12 hours for 60 days, and the state of the signboard was evaluated.
:: Good appearance without sagging, preferable for practical use.
Δ: Although sagging occurs, it can be used.
X: Sag occurs and there is a practical problem.

【The invention's effect】
The flexible sheet of the present invention has a melting point, a molecular weight, a resin composition containing a polypropylene-based resin having a resin elution amount within a predetermined range within each temperature range according to a cross fractionation method, which is laminated in multiple layers. It is excellent in flexibility, stretchability and secondary workability because it contains a vinyl aromatic elastomer, and it does not generate dioxins when incinerated, and is environmentally friendly. It is preferably used as Further, the flexible sheet of the present invention contains a predetermined amount of titanium oxide and a hindered amine compound, and has excellent printability, weather resistance and heat resistance.
[0084]
Further, as described above, since the flexible sheet is formed by laminating a resin composition containing a specific polypropylene-based resin in multiple layers, when used for a display sheet of a standing signboard, wrinkles and the like are generated even in a long outdoor expansion. The original advertising effect of the signboard due to quality deterioration is not reduced.
Furthermore, even when it is necessary to dispose of the battery, it is easy to dispose, for example, because no toxic gas is generated during incineration.
[0085]
In addition, since the frame of the signboard of the present invention is made of a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene-based resin, without disassembling the entire signboard, it can be re-melted and recycled, or toxic gas or the like is generated. It can be incinerated without waste and the signboard can be easily disposed of.
[0086]
In the case where the diameter of the left and right supports is 18 mm or less and the excavation strength is 450 N or more, a flexible sheet is stretched on the display portion of the signboard frame without bending the left and right supports so that wrinkles do not occur on the flexible sheets. The flexible sheet can be stretched in a beautiful state, and the display effect of characters, drawings, and the like printed on the flexible sheet surface can be improved. Furthermore, even when a force such as wind power is applied to the standing signboard, as described above, the left and right supports have excellent mechanical strength, so that they are not damaged and are not stretched. The display of characters and drawings printed on the sheet can be reliably maintained. Since the left and right supports are formed by coating the surface of the iron pipe with a polyolefin-based material mainly composed of a polypropylene resin, the iron pipe can be used for a long time without rusting.
[0087]
Further, the frame connecting structure of the vertical signboard of the present invention is such that the holding members are fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the column while the protrusions at the ends of the column are fitted into the mounting holes of the column, whereby both ends of the column are connected. It can be joined to the right and left columns with one touch and reliably, and the assembling can be easily performed. The disassembly can be easily performed by simply pulling out the end of the horizontal rail from the column. As a result, it is not necessary to replace the entire signboard as in the related art, the number of discarded parts can be reduced as much as possible, and a signboard that can effectively use resources can be provided.
