Description

【0001】
【0040】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fire panel used for preventing fire from spreading in a fire in an adjacent house, and more particularly to a fire panel used for blocking heat, sparks and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is known to install a fire wall as a means for protecting a house adjacent to a fire site from the spread of a fire. No. "Fire prevention device" and JP-A-8-257156 "Fire extinguishing and fire spread prevention device". As techniques for preventing the spread of fire, techniques for devising the building material itself are disclosed in JP-A-5-148923, "Partition Panels and Joint Structure of Partition Panels and Method of Forming Partition Walls", and JP-A-9-111916, "Strengthening of structure Panels for fire prevention and disaster countermeasures.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is effective to separate and shut off a house where a fire is expected to spread from the fire site, in order to prevent the spread of the fire. However, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-229152, a fire prevention device is used to stand upright using piles and ropes. A metal pipe is laid horizontally between the two poles, and a plurality of fire panels are suspended from the metal pipe. In such a structure, if emergency is required, it takes time to assemble and prevent fire spread. It may be insufficient.
[0004]
Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-257156 "Fire extinguishing and fire spread device", two telescopic struts are erected, a heat-resistant tent is hung with a rope attached between the struts, and the house is covered with the tent. . In this way, in the event of a fire, the work of erecting a support post, attaching a rope, setting a heat-resistant tent, and covering the tent with the tent is very complicated.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-148923, entitled "Partitioning Panel and Partition Panel Joining Structure and Method of Forming Partition Wall," and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-111916, entitled "Strengthening and Fire Prevention, Disaster Countermeasure Panel," apply fire prevention treatment to building materials. It's just something you did.
[0006]
As described above, if the conventional fire prevention means requires a long time for assembling or takes a long time to install, it may hinder the fire extinguishing activity and the danger of the worker cannot be ignored. Further, if the fire and heat resistance is insufficient, it is not possible to sufficiently prevent the spread of fire. Furthermore, since the equipment is large, there is another inconvenience that a storage space when not in use must be secured.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a fire protection panel which has a high flame and heat blocking property, can be quickly installed at a desired position, and has a good storage capacity when not in use.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fire prevention panel of the present invention that has solved the above problem is as follows.
[0009]
In the fire protection panel of the present invention, the fire protection panel (fire protection panel unit 2) according to claim 1 is installed on a movable gantry (4), is foldable when not in use, and is loaded when in use. A gas filling portion (6) which is self-supported by the gas (G) to form a gas layer, and is installed on the gantry portion adjacent to the gas filling portion, and is foldable when not in use and in use; And a liquid storage section (8) supported by the gas filling section in a self-standing state, into which a liquid (for example, water W) is injected to form a liquid layer.
[0010]
Since the gas filling section and the liquid storage section are formed of a flexible material, they are placed on the gantry in a folded state before gas or liquid injection. When the gas is charged into the gas filling section, the liquid expands and becomes a self-supporting state, and the liquid storage section is supported in an upright state. In this state, when the liquid is injected into the liquid storage section and stored, the liquid storage section is caused by the liquid. Are also in an expanded state. As a result, a gas layer is formed in the gas filling section and a liquid layer is formed in the liquid storage section, and a flame blocking layer or a flame blocking wall having a two-layer structure is formed. If such a fire panel is installed between the fire site and a house where a fire is expected to spread, the fire spreads over the house can be prevented.
[0011]
In addition, if the liquid storage section is opened, the liquid that has been heated and boiled flows out, or the generated steam forms a steam flow on the fire prevention panel, and this steam flow has a function of shutting off the flame. Have. In this case, even if the liquid boils, the temperature of the liquid storage section does not rise above the boiling temperature, and there is no risk of combustion or carbonization. Even if the liquid flows out by boiling as described above, if the liquid is continuously supplied to the liquid storing portion, the flame blocking performance does not decrease due to the depletion of the liquid.
[0012]
In addition, the gas filling section and the liquid storage section can be easily transported together with the gantry section, but, for example, if a caster or the like is attached to the gantry section, the gantry section can be more easily moved, and can be moved on a rail. If the wheels are attached, it can be easily moved on the rails arbitrarily installed.
[0013]
Further, in the fire prevention panel according to the present invention, in the fire prevention panel according to claim 2, the liquid storage unit stores one or more first liquid storage cylinders (811 to 81 N) whose upper sides are opened and the liquid. Or a tank (space portion 10) to which the liquid is continuously supplied, and one or more second liquid storage cylinders (821 to 82N) whose upper side is closed and whose lower side is connected to the tank are provided. A liquid guide hole (28, 38) for flowing the liquid is formed in the first and second liquid storage cylinders. In this case, even if the liquid boils and the liquid on the first liquid storage side decreases due to vaporization, the liquid is supplied from the second liquid storage side, so that the depletion of the liquid can be prevented, and the vapor flow can be prevented. The flame shutoff performance is maintained by the supply of the liquid.
[0014]
Further, in the fire prevention panel according to the present invention, the fire prevention panel according to claim 3 is characterized in that the liquid storage part can be connected to another liquid storage part together with the gantry part. That is, the flame shutoff area can be arbitrarily adjusted and set by the connection.
[0015]
Further, in the fire panel according to the present invention, the liquid is water. That is, tap water and water from the fire prevention tank can be effectively used, and the flame can be cut off.
[0016]
In the fire panel according to the present invention, the gas has a specific gravity smaller than that of air and is nonflammable or nonflammable. That is, if a gas lighter than air is used, the specific gravity of the fire prevention panel can be reduced, and the fire prevention panel can be easily transported.
[0017]
1 to 5 show a fire panel according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view thereof, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line VV of FIG.
[0018]
The fire panel is a fire panel unit 2 that can be used alone or in a connected body. The fire panel unit 2 integrally includes a gantry 4, a gas filling unit 6, and a liquid storage unit 8.
[0019]
The gantry 4 is a supporting means for movably supporting the gas filling section 6 and the liquid storage section 8, and is configured as a portable base or frame made of a heat-resistant and fire-resistant material such as metal. In this case, the gantry 4 includes a space 10 that constitutes a part of the liquid storage 8, and the inside thereof functions as a container in which, for example, water W is stored as a liquid like the liquid storage 8. By filling the water W in this manner, the weight of the gantry 4 increases, and the center of gravity of the fire panel unit 2 can be set or attracted to the gantry 4 side. If the space 10 is made of a heavy material such as metal instead of the space 10, the center of gravity of the fire panel unit 2 can be set downward. The reason for setting such a center of gravity is to enhance the self-supporting stability of the fire panel unit 2. And the gantry part 4 may be integrally formed with the gas filling part 6 and the liquid storing part 8, or may be formed as a detachable separate body.
[0020]
The upper surface of the gantry portion 4 is formed, for example, as a flat surface, and the gas filling portion 6 and the liquid storing portion 8 are provided on the upper surface portion. The gas filling section 6 has a volume larger than the entire volume of the liquid storage section 8 and is made of a synthetic resin having characteristics such as high flexibility, high melting point, low thermal deformation, and low elasticity, such as aromatic polyamide and polyimide. 6N as one or more cylindrical gas-filled cylinders formed of a flexible film made of a heat-resistant fiber, a non-combustible synthetic resin, or the like. The gas-filled cylinder 61 is installed so as to protrude from the gantry 4, and the gas-filled cylinder 6 </ b> N at the right end is installed inside the gantry 4, and the gas on the other fireproof panel unit 2 connected to the gantry 4 A mounting surface 12 on which the filling cylinder 61 can be mounted is formed.
[0021]
Each of the gas-filled cylinders 61 to 6N is connected at its partition wall and forms a closed space in which the top is closed, and has a non-combustible material having a specific gravity lighter than that of air such as argon and helium. Or filled with a flame-retardant gas G. A gas introduction part 14 is set on the bottom side of each of the gas filling cylinders 61 to 6N. Each gas introduction part 14 is provided with a check valve 16 and connected to a gas introduction pipe 18 penetrating in the longitudinal direction of the gantry 4. Connecting portions 20 and 22 are formed at each end of the gas introduction pipe 18, and in this embodiment, a connecting portion 22 is formed by being exposed at one end surface of the gantry portion 4, and the other connecting portion 20 is formed. It is open and the connecting portion 22 side is closed. When connecting and using a plurality of fire protection panel units 2, each of the connecting portions 20 and 22 functions as a mechanical connecting means of the gantry portion 4. Further, since each gas filling section 6 is independent for each fire protection panel unit 2, even if a crack occurs in the gas filling section 6 of the connected fire protection panel unit 2, the outflow of the gas G is prevented from the other fire protection panel units 2. And the deterioration of the function as a fire panel can be prevented. In order to fill the gas filling section 6 with the gas G, the connecting section 20 is filled with the gas G by connecting, for example, a cylinder as a gas source, and the filling is performed by the gas filling cylinders 61 to 6N expanding and becoming independent. Do until you do.
[0022]
The liquid storage section 8 is made of a synthetic resin having characteristics such as high flexibility, a high melting point, low heat deformation, and low elasticity, like the gas filling section 6, for example, heat-resistant fibers such as aromatic polyamide and polyimide, A plurality of liquid storage cylinders 811 smaller in diameter than the gas-filled cylinders 61 to 6N are formed on the front side as one or more first liquid storage cylinders, and are formed of a flexible film made of a noncombustible synthetic resin or the like. 81N, between the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N and the gas filling cylinders 61 to 6N, as one or more second liquid storage cylinders, a plurality of liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N having the same diameter. 82N are erected, one of the liquid storage tubes 811 to 81N is open at the upper end, and the other liquid storage tube 821 to 82N-1 is closed at the upper end. Is above the liquid storage cylinder 82N at the last end. Parts are opened like the liquid storage cylinder 811~81N, it is possible to fill the water W as a liquid from the opening. In this embodiment, the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N are arranged in the upper surface of the gantry portion 4 and connect the center points of the other so that the other liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N enter between the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N. The imaginary line is arranged so as to form an equilateral triangle. As a result, the liquid storage cylinder 821 projects from the gantry 4 like the gas-filled cylinder 61, and is located on the other liquid storage cylinder 82N side like the gas-filled cylinder 6N. The mounting surface 12 is also extended by exposing the upper surface of the gantry 4. The opened liquid storage cylinder 82N may be opened and closed as appropriate, or may be in a closed state.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 3, a first liquid guide hole 28 communicating between the liquid storage tubes 811 to 81N is provided on the partition walls of the liquid storage tubes 811 to 81N on the upper side of each of the liquid storage tubes 811 to 81N. For example, when the water level of the water W supplied to the liquid storage tube 811 from above reaches a full state, the water W is guided from the liquid introduction hole 28 to the adjacent liquid storage tube 812. Each of the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N can be made full by such a chain of water W and overflow. In addition, a connection water guiding section 29 is formed on the bottom side of the liquid storage cylinder 811, and a check valve 31 is provided. Further, a connection water guide section 33 is also formed on the bottom side of the liquid storage cylinder 81N, and a check valve 35 is provided. The liquid storage cylinder 811 can be supplied with water from the connection water guide unit 29. In addition, since the connection water guide portions 29 and 33 are provided with the check valves 31 and 35, respectively, it is possible to prevent the supplied water W from leaking and to connect the fire prevention panel units 2 with each other. By combining the parts 29 and 33, water can be supplied from the liquid storage cylinder 81N of the fire protection panel unit 2 on the front stage side to the liquid storage cylinder 811 of the fire protection panel unit 2 on the next stage through the connection water guide parts 29 and 33.
[0024]
In addition, the lower ends of the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N are opened and communicated with the space 10 of the gantry 4 forming a part of the liquid storage 8, as shown in FIG. The space 10 is a liquid tank integrated with the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N. In the space 10, for example, water W is introduced as a liquid, and connecting portions 30 and 32 are formed to mechanically connect the gantry portions 4. The connecting portion 30 has a check valve 34 and a connecting portion 32. Is formed with a check valve 36 for permitting or blocking the flow of liquid. The water W supplied from the connecting portion 30 accumulates in the space portion 10 and allows each of the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N to reach a full state.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 5, the liquid storage cylinder 821 and the liquid storage cylinder 811, the liquid storage cylinder 822 and the liquid storage cylinder 812 are provided on the partition wall that joins each of the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82 </ b> N and each of the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81 </ b> N. The second liquid guide hole 38 communicating between the liquid storage cylinder 82N and the liquid storage cylinder 81N is formed on the upper side of each of the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N. When the water level is low, the water W is supplied through the liquid introduction hole 38 from the liquid storage cylinder 822 that has reached the full state. Similarly, it is possible to supply water from each of the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N to each of the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N by a chain of full water and overflow.
[0026]
When each of the gas filling cylinders 61 to 6N of the gas filling unit 6 is filled with the gas G, the gas filling unit 6 becomes independent and in an upright state, and the gas storage unit 6 also becomes in an upright state. When each of the liquid storage cylinders 811-81N and 821-82N is filled with water W together with the space 10 of FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 6, a two-layer structure of a gas layer and a liquid layer is formed, The storage tubes 811 to 81N and the liquid storage tubes 821 to 82N form a double structure. In this embodiment, the layer structure having a partition as a unit has a three-layer structure including two liquid layers and a gas layer.
[0027]
Such a fire prevention panel unit 2 can be used alone or can be used in combination, and if the liquid storage unit 8 is installed facing the fire site, the flame and heat from the fire site can be shut off, Can prevent the spread of fire in houses. In this case, when the fire prevention panel unit 2 is connected, the gas filling cylinder 61 of the gas filling section 6 and the liquid storage cylinder 811 of the liquid storage section 8 that protrude from the next fire prevention panel unit 2 on the mounting section 12 of the fire protection panel unit 2. As a result, a water layer as a liquid layer by the liquid storage unit 8 and a gas layer by the gas filling unit 6 are formed without any gap between the connected fire panel units 2.
[0028]
Then, for example, if the water source is connected to the connecting portion 30 side and water W is continuously supplied and supplied, the water W is continuously supplied to the liquid storage tubes 811 to 81N by overflow from the liquid storage tubes 821 to 82N. Therefore, a stable water layer is formed. It is expected that the water W in the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N will be heated by the heat and the flame due to the fire, and will evaporate by boiling. However, the rising steam forms a flame blocking layer and contributes to the prevention of fire spread. Become. The decrease of the water W due to the evaporation means that the water W supplied from the connecting portion 30 is supplemented from the liquid storage cylinders 821 to 82N. 811 to 81N and 821 to 82N are not heated to 100 ° C or higher. Moreover, since the gas filling section 6 and the liquid storing section 8 are formed of a heat-resistant or fire-resistant material, they do not ignite.
[0029]
When a plurality of fire protection panel units 2 are connected, the check valves 34 and 36 between the connection portions 30 and 32 between the adjacent fire protection panel units 2 and 2 are opened, so that the rear end is opened. The water W can be supplied from the connecting portion 32 side of the fire protection panel unit 2, and a decrease in the fire protection function due to the lack of the water W can be prevented.
[0030]
When not in use, the gas G is drained from the gas filling part 6 and the water W is drained from the liquid storage part 8, so that the gas filling part 6 and the liquid storage part 8 are folded and shrunk as shown in FIG. It is mounted on the gantry 4 in a state and is compact. As a result, it is not bulky, can be easily transported, can accommodate a large number in a fire prevention facility, and can be immediately transported to a desired position in the event of a fire and assembled for use.
[0031]
In addition, as a second embodiment of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 8A, if a caster 40 is attached as a moving means on the lower surface side of the gantry portion 4, the caster 40 can be easily used. Can be moved.
[0032]
In addition, as a third embodiment of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 8B, a movable rail 42 is installed, and wheels 44 corresponding to the rail 42 are attached to the gantry 4. Is also good. If the rail 42 is installed between the adjacent house, the fire panel unit 2 can be freely moved on the rail 42 to form a fire wall.
[0033]
Next, when enumerating modifications of the present invention, the gas filling part 6 is constituted by a plurality of gas filling cylinders 61 to 6N, but may be a single gas filling part or a multilayer structure. Further, each of the gas-filled cylinders 61 to 6N may be formed in a honeycomb shape.
[0034]
In addition, the liquid storage unit 8 is configured by a plurality of liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N and 821 to 82N, and has a two-layer structure. However, the liquid storage unit 8 may have a multilayer structure, and each of the liquid storage cylinders 811 to 81N and 821 to 82N has a honeycomb shape. May be formed.
[0035]
In addition, although the case where water W is filled as the liquid in the liquid storage unit 8 has been described, a digestive fluid or the like other than the water W may be stored.
[0036]
Further, in the embodiment, the fire prevention panel used as a fire spread prevention means of a house has been described. However, the fire prevention panel of the present invention is used as a fire prevention means for a place dealing with fire such as bonfire, open burning, barbecue, etc. Can be used.
