Description

【0001】

[0004]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the lid opening / closing device of this keyboard instrument has mounting shafts 11a on both sides at the rear (right side in FIG. 7) of the keyboard lid 10 in order to smoothly pull out the keyboard lid 10. And a pair of pinions 11 rotatably mounted on the inner surfaces of the rear portions (right portions in the figure) of the pair of side plates 5 are provided along the front-rear direction (left-right direction in the figure), respectively. A pair of rack members 12 meshing with each other and rolling, a pair of rollers 13 attached to both sides of a front part (left side in the figure) of the keyboard cover 10, and a front part (left side in the figure) of a pair of side plates 5 And a pair of guide members 14 that are provided along the front-rear direction on the inner surfaces of the pair of rollers and respectively guide the pair of rollers 13 so as to be able to roll.
[0005]
This allows the lid opening and closing device to slide the keyboard lid 10 to accommodate it under the upper plate 6 of the instrument main body 1 when playing, and to pull out the keyboard lid 10 from below the upper plate 6 when not playing. It is configured to cover and protect the upper part of the keyboard part 7 and the operation part 8. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the rack member 12 is composed of a rack portion 12a that is engaged with the pinion 11 and rolls, and a shaft guide groove 12b that guides the tip of the mounting shaft 11a of the pinion 11, and the rack portion 12a The shaft guide groove 12b is fixed to the inner surface of the side plate 6 by a bolt 15 in a state where the shaft guide groove 12b is slightly inclined forward (upward to the left in the figure).
[0006]

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a lid opening / closing device for a keyboard instrument, when the keyboard lid 10 is slid, the pinion 11 at the rear of the keyboard lid 10 engages with the rack member 12 of the side plate 5 and rolls. Since the roller 13 of the section rolls on the guide surface 14a of the guide member 14 of the side plate 5, the keyboard lid 10 can be slid with a light force, but the inner surface of the side plate 5 located on both sides of the instrument body 1 has a rack. Since the member 12 is provided, the rack member 12 protrudes into the musical instrument main body 1, and a tip portion (a left end portion P indicated by oblique lines in FIG. 9) of the protruding rack member 12 is located below the sliding trajectory of the keyboard cover 10. It comes close to the side. For this reason, when the keyboard cover 10 slides, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower surface of the keyboard cover 10 comes into contact with the front end portion P of the rack member 12 so that the keyboard cover 10 and the rack member 12 interfere with each other. Therefore, there is a problem that the keyboard lid 10 does not slide smoothly.
[0008]
Such a problem is that the keyboard cover 10 is stored under the upper plate 6 of the musical instrument main body 1 in a state of being slightly inclined upward and forward, and when the keyboard cover 10 is pulled out from this state, the keyboard portion 7 is guided by the guide member. When the rack member 12 protrudes into the musical instrument main body 1 and is positioned below the slide trajectory of the keyboard cover 10 because the rack member 12 slides while gradually tilting forward and downward along the guide surface 14a of FIG. As shown in the figure, when the keyboard lid 10 slides, the lower surface of the keyboard lid 10 is liable to rub against the front end portion P of the rack member 12 on the way.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to make it possible to slide a keyboard lid smoothly without interference between the keyboard lid and a rack member.
[0010]

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a keyboard instrument of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same parts as those in the conventional example shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2, the keyboard musical instrument has a configuration in which a pair of side plates 5 of a musical instrument main body 1 have a rack member 12 which is rolled by a pinion 11 of a keyboard lid 10 engaged with the pair of side plates. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a fitting recess 20 for embedding the rack member 12 is provided on the rear inner surface of the side plate 5 along the front-rear direction. 1 is attached to the keyboard lid 10 by an attachment shaft 11a in a state of protruding outwardly on both left and right sides (in FIG. 1, the cover direction of the paper surface).
[0016]
For this reason, an insertion groove 21 for inserting the distal end of the pinion 11 and its mounting shaft 11 a from above into the fitting recess 20 is provided in the middle portion of the fitting recess 20 from the upper end of the side plate 5 to the fitting recess 20. It is provided almost vertically across.
The rack member 12 includes a rack portion 12a in which the pinion 11 meshes and rolls, and a shaft guide groove 12b for guiding the tip of the mounting shaft 11a of the pinion 11, as in the conventional example. It is integrally formed of a material having high rigidity such as. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the pinion 11 is inserted into the rack portion 12a from above, and the tip of the mounting shaft 11a of the pinion 11 is inserted into the shaft guide groove 12b from above. A notch 22 for insertion is provided corresponding to the insertion groove 21.
[0017]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 4, the guide member 14 has a guide surface 14a on which the roller 13 rolls falls forward from the front end of the keyboard 7 to the rear end of the operation unit 8 ( It is formed in a shape inclined to the left (downward in FIG. 1), and is fixed to a front portion (left side in FIG. 1) of the inner surface of the side plate 5 together with a side block 18 by a bolt 15. At the upper end of the guide surface 14a of the guide member 14, when the keyboard cover 10 is completely stored under the upper plate 6 of the musical instrument main body 1, as in the conventional example, the roller 13 moves in the front-rear direction. Is provided at the lower end of the guide surface 14a so that the hand and fingers are not pinched between the keyboard cover 10 and the front plate 3. Immediately before completely covering the portion 8 and the keyboard portion 7, a second position restricting portion 17 for restricting the movement of the roller 13 in the front-rear direction is provided.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the keyboard cover 10 exposes the keyboard 7 at a predetermined position on the guide surface 14a of the guide member 14, that is, at the front portion of the first position restricting portion 16. A third position restricting portion 23 that restricts the movement of the keyboard cover 10 when the upper portion is covered is provided. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the third position restricting portion 23 is a substantially V-shaped concave portion having a front portion and a rear portion formed on a steeply inclined surface. It is configured to regulate movement. When the front portion of the keyboard cover 10 is lifted, the third position restricting portion 23 separates the roller 13 from the third position restricting portion 23, and in this state, the keyboard cover 10 moves in the front-rear direction. ing.
[0019]
According to such a lid opening and closing device for a keyboard instrument, when not playing, the keyboard lid 10 is pulled out from the lower side of the upper plate 6 of the instrument main body 1 to the front of the musical instrument main body 1, and the keyboard section 7 and the operating section 8 are operated. Of the musical instrument main body 1 can be slid from the front side to the rear side of the instrument main body 1 to be stored under the upper plate 6 when playing. Then, the keyboard section 7 and the operation section 8 are exposed, so that the keyboard section 7 and the operation section 8 can be operated to perform. When the keyboard cover 10 slides in this manner, the pinion 11 is moved to the rack portion 12a of the rack member 12 while the mounting shaft 11a of the pinion 11 mounted on the rear portion of the keyboard cover 10 is guided by the shaft guide groove 12b of the rack member 12. And the roller 13 attached to the front of the keyboard cover 10 rolls on the guide surface 14a of the guide member 14, so that even if the keyboard cover 10 is heavy, it can be smoothly moved with a light force. The keyboard cover 10 can be slid.
[0020]
At this time, when the keyboard cover 10 is completely stored under the upper plate 6 of the musical instrument main body 1, the position of the roller 13 is restricted by the first position restricting portion 16 of the guide member 14, whereby the keyboard portion 7 and the Since the keyboard cover 10 is maintained so as not to slide without permission in a state where the operation unit 8 is exposed, the keyboard unit 7 and the operation unit 8 can be operated to perform well. When the keyboard cover 10 is pulled out from the lower side of the upper plate 6 and immediately before the keyboard cover 7 and the operation unit 8 are completely closed, the position of the roller 13 is regulated by the second position regulation unit 17 of the guide member 14. Thus, it is possible to prevent a hand or a finger from being caught between the keyboard cover 10 and the front plate 3. When the roller 13 is disengaged from the second position restricting portion 17 and the keyboard cover 10 is slid toward the user (to the left in FIG. 1), the roller 13 is disposed on the upper end of the front plate 3 of the musical instrument body 1. Thus, the keyboard portion 7 and the operation portion 8 can be covered and protected by the keyboard cover 10.
[0021]
Further, during the movement of the keyboard cover 10, the position of the roller 13 is regulated by the third position regulating portion 23, whereby the operation portion 8 can be covered and the keyboard portion 7 can be exposed. In this state, since the third position restricting portion 23 is formed in a substantially V-shaped concave portion having a front portion and a rear portion formed on a steeply inclined surface, unless the front portion of the keyboard cover 10 is lifted, the roller Since the cover 13 does not separate from the third position restricting portion 23, the position of the keyboard cover 10 can be restricted so that the keyboard cover 10 does not slide without permission. Therefore, even when the keyboard 7 is exposed by covering the operation unit 8 with the keyboard cover 10, the keyboard 7 can be safely depressed and played. In this state, when the front portion of the keyboard cover 10 is lifted to release the roller 13 from the third position restricting portion 23, the keyboard cover 10 can be slid in the front-rear direction. The keyboard unit 7 and the operation unit 8 can be stored under the upper plate 6 or can be hidden by the keyboard cover 10.
[0022]
As described above, according to the lid opening and closing device for a keyboard instrument, when the keyboard lid 10 is slid, the roller 13 provided at the front of the keyboard lid 10 is guided along the guide member 14 of the side plate 5 and Since the pinion 11 attached to the rear portion of the keyboard cover 10 rolls by meshing with the rack portion 12a of the rack member 12, even if the keyboard cover 10 is heavy, it can be slid smoothly with a light force. In particular, since the rack member 12 is fitted and embedded in the fitting recess 20 provided in the side plate 5 of the musical instrument main body 1, the rack member 12 projects into the musical instrument main body 1 and is The rack member 12 can be disposed outside the slide trajectory of the keyboard cover 10 without approaching to the lower side of the slide trajectory. Even 10 is how inclined in the front-rear direction, without interfering with each other in contact with the fallboard 10 and the rack member 12, it is possible to smoothly slide the fallboard 10.
[0023]
Further, in the cover opening / closing device for a keyboard instrument, since the rack member 12 is fitted and buried in the fitting recess 20 provided in the side plate 5 of the instrument main body 1, the keyboard cover 10 is moved along with the sliding operation. The keyboard 10 and the rack member 12 do not interfere with each other no matter how it is tilted in the front-back direction. Therefore, there is no need to consider the tilt of the keyboard cover 10 in the front-back direction when sliding, and the guide member 12 A third position restricting portion 23 for restricting the position of the keyboard cover 10 can be provided at an arbitrary position of the keyboard, and the keyboard 7 is exposed by the third position restricting portion 23 so as to cover the upper portion of the operation portion 8. The position of the lid 10 can be reliably restricted, so that even when the operation portion 8 is hidden by the keyboard lid 10 and only the keyboard portion 7 is exposed, it is possible to perform well.
[0024]
[Second embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the cover opening / closing device for a keyboard instrument of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In this case, the same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS.
This lid opening and closing device for a keyboard instrument has a structure in which a rack member 12 and a guide member 14 are integrally formed. That is, the front end portion of the rack member 12 and the rear end portion of the guide member 14 are overlapped with each other, that is, the guide member 14 is moved by the depth of the fitting recess 20 of the side plate 5 into which the rack member 12 is fitted. They are formed integrally with each other while being shifted inward. For this reason, when the rack member 12 is fitted into the fitting recess 20 of the side plate 5, the guide member 11 is attached in close contact with the inner surface of the side plate 5. Also in this case, it is desirable that the rack member 12 be fixed together with the side blocks 18 by the bolts 15 as in the first embodiment.
[0025]
Such a lid opening and closing device for a keyboard instrument has the same operational effects as the first embodiment, and in particular, since the rack member 12 and the guide member 14 are integrally formed, the number of parts can be reduced and By fitting the rack member 12 into the fitting recess 20 provided in the side plate 5 of the musical instrument body 1 and embedding the same, the guide member 14 can be attached to the side plate 5 at the same time. Can also be improved.
[0026]
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the cover opening / closing device for a keyboard instrument of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Also in this case, the same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS.
This lid opening / closing device for a keyboard instrument has a structure in which a locking portion 30 for locking and disengaging the roller 13 of the keyboard lid 10 is provided on the third position regulating portion 23 of the guide member 14. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking portion 30 is formed in an overhang shape in which the roller 13 is inserted from the rear (right side in FIG. 6) at the front of the third position regulating portion 23. The roller 13 is locked so as to prevent the roller 13 from moving forward (to the left in the figure) and upward.
[0027]
According to such a lid opening and closing device for a keyboard instrument, in addition to the same operational effects as in the first embodiment, the keyboard is moved by the third position regulating portion 23 provided on the guide member 14 particularly during sliding of the keyboard lid 10. When the position of the roller 13 of the lid 10 is regulated, the roller 13 of the keyboard lid 10 is removably locked by the locking portion 30 provided on the third position restricting portion 23, whereby the keyboard lid 10 is free. Can be securely locked so as not to move forward and upward.
[0028]
Further, in this state, the keyboard cover 10 is moved rearward to release the roller 13 from the locking portion 30, and if the front portion of the keyboard cover 10 is not lifted, the locking portion 30 and the third position regulation are required. Since the locking of the roller 13 by the part 23 cannot be released, unless the user consciously releases the locking of the roller 13 by the locking part 30 and the third position regulating part 23, the keyboard cover 10 is slid. I can't let it. For this reason, even when the roller 13 is disposed in the third position regulating portion 23 and the keyboard lid 10 is disposed at a predetermined position in the middle of sliding, the keyboard lid 10 can be securely locked so as not to move freely. As a result, it is possible to perform more safely with the keyboard cover 10 locked more securely than in the first embodiment.
[0029]
In the third embodiment, the rack member 12 and the guide member 14 are formed separately as in the first embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the rack member 12 and the guide member 14 are formed as in the second embodiment. May be integrally formed. In this manner, similarly to the second embodiment, it is possible to reduce the number of parts and to improve the assembling workability.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the keyboard lid is slid, the front sides of the keyboard lid are guided along the guide members of the side plates, and the pinions attached to the rear sides of the keyboard lid are racked. As it rolls by meshing with the members, the keyboard lid can be slid smoothly with a light force, and especially since a pair of rack members are respectively embedded in a pair of side plates located on both sides of the instrument body, Unlike the conventional example, the rack member does not protrude into the musical instrument main body and does not approach the lower side of the slide trajectory of the keyboard lid, and the rack member can be disposed outside the slide trajectory of the keyboard lid. Regardless of how the lid is tilted in the front-rear direction with the sliding movement of the lid, the lid can slide smoothly without interference between the lid and the rack members. Can.
[0031]
In this case, by integrally forming the rack member and the guide member, the number of components can be reduced, and at the same time that the rack member is embedded in the side plate of the musical instrument main body, the guide member is attached to the side plate. Therefore, the assembling workability can be improved.
Also, no matter how the cover is tilted in the front-rear direction due to the sliding operation of the cover, the cover and the rack member do not interfere with each other. A position restricting portion for restricting the position of the keyboard cover may be provided at a position where the portion is exposed and covers the upper part of the operation portion. For this reason, it is possible to reliably restrict the position of the keyboard so that the keyboard is exposed to the position covering the upper part of the operation unit by exposing the keyboard by the position restricting unit. Even when only the keyboard is exposed, it is possible to perform well.
[0032]
Further, since the position restricting portion is provided with a locking portion for removably locking the front end portion of the keyboard cover, the keyboard cover is slid so that the position of the keyboard cover is controlled by the position restricting portion provided on the guide member. When the position of both sides of the front part is restricted, the front end side of the keyboard lid is removably locked by the locking part provided in this position restriction part. If the stop is not released, the keyboard cannot be slid, so that the keyboard can be securely locked at a predetermined position in the middle of the slide to play safely.
