ところで、従来の場合、歪を測定しようとする被測定部材の表面に歪ゲージを貼り付ける際には、先ず、歪ゲージに接着剤を塗布し、該接着剤を塗布した歪ゲージを被測定部材の表面所要箇所に押し付け、接着剤がある程度乾くまで人が手で押えたまま保持した後、被測定部材を乾燥炉に入れて乾燥させ、被測定部材の表面に歪ゲージを固着させるようにしていた。

しかしながら、前述の如く、接着剤がある程度乾くまで人が手で歪ゲージを押えたまま保持するのでは、歪ゲージを貼り付ける位置がずれてしまう虞がある一方、歪ゲージを複数箇所に同時に貼り付けることは困難であり、非常に手間と時間がかかるという欠点を有していた。

本発明は、斯かる実情に鑑み、歪ゲージの貼付位置精度を向上し得、且つ複数箇所への歪ゲージの貼付けを同時に行うことができ、作業の省力化並びに効率向上を図り得る歪ゲージ貼付方法及び装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、被測定部材の表面に歪ゲージを貼り付け、該歪ゲージが貼り付けられた被測定部材の両面を固定治具により挟持し、歪ゲージが被測定部材の表面から脱落しないようにした状態で乾燥させ、被測定部材の表面に歪ゲージを固着させることを特徴とする歪ゲージ貼付方法にかかるものである。

又、本発明は、歪ゲージが貼り付けられた被測定部材の両面を挟持して保持可能な固定治具を備えたことを特徴とする歪ゲージ貼付装置にかかるものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図示例と共に説明する。

図1〜図3は本発明を実施する形態の一例であって、被測定部材としてターボポンプの羽根1の表面所要箇所に歪ゲージ2を貼り付け、流体振動に伴う歪を計測する場合の例を示したものであり、図1に示すように歪ゲージ2が貼り付けられた被測定部材としてのターボポンプの羽根1の両面を、図2及び図3に示す如く、固定治具3により挟持して保持するようにしたものである。

前記固定治具3は、羽根1の両面を挟持する金属製の挟持板4と、該挟持板4の羽根1表面への当接面に固着され且つ羽根1の表面に倣う密着層5と、該密着層5を介して挟持板4を羽根1の両面に密着させた状態に保持するためのボルト・ナット等の締付部材6とを備えてなる構成を有している。

前記密着層5としては、例えば、粘土を用いることができ、この場合には、粘土が歪ゲージ2に付着することを防ぐために、図2に示す如く、ビニールやテフロン(登録商標)等の薄いシート7で歪ゲージ2を覆うようにする。尚、前記密着層5としては、粘土以外にも、例えば、ウレタン樹脂等を使用することもでき、この場合には、図2に示すようなシート7で歪ゲージ2を覆う必要はない。

次に、上記図示例の作用を説明する。

先ず、図1に示す如く、被測定部材としてのターボポンプの羽根1の表面に歪ゲージ2を接着剤を用いて貼り付け、該歪ゲージ2が貼り付けられた羽根1の両面を、図2及び図3に示す如く、固定治具3の挟持板4により密着層5を介して挟持し且つ締付部材6で締め付け、歪ゲージ2が羽根1の表面から脱落しないようにした状態で、羽根1を図示していない乾燥炉に入れて乾燥させ、羽根1の表面に歪ゲージ2を固着させる。尚、ターボポンプの羽根1の場合には、歪ゲージ2を固着させた後、更に、歪ゲージ2を薄い金属板(図示せず)で覆ってその周囲を溶接し、コーティング剤を塗布する。

この結果、従来のように、接着剤がある程度乾くまで人が手で歪ゲージ2を押えたまま保持しなくて済み、歪ゲージ2を貼り付ける位置がずれてしまう虞がなくなる一方、歪ゲージ2を複数箇所に同時に貼り付けることも可能となり、手間と時間がかからなくなる。
