Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door improved in soundproof function by a simple device. <P>SOLUTION: When a vibration by sound is transmitted to a corresponding surface material 6 from a space which the surface material 6 faces, the vibration is transmitted to an intermediate bone 8 after being relieved by a vibration damping sheet and a double-sided adhesive tape 12. The vibration transmitted to the intermediate bone 8 is conventionally transmitted to a reverse plate 7 as it is via the lengthwise whole of the intermediate bone 8, and this structure does not propagate the vibration from the surface plate 6 side to the reverse plate 7 side only by passing through a narrow area by a connecting area 9c by arranging an elongate hole 11 in a connecting plate part 9. Thus, propagation of the vibration is restricted so that a vibration level of the reverse plate 7 side reduces to a vibration level of the surface plate side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door, particularly a soundproof door having a simple structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional soundproof door, JP-A-2000-230375 has two substantially U-shaped bone members, and each bone member is opposed to each other in the thickness direction of the door so that the U-shape faces each other. With a cushioning member (a relatively thick double-sided tape has been put to practical use). This configuration is based on a technical idea of absorbing the vibration that is going to propagate from one of the surface plates to the other by the buffer member.
On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-30307, a core material having a sound absorbing effect is disposed between the front surface material and the back surface material, and the upper and lower portions of the core material are rubberized between the upper bar and the lower bar. It is disclosed that a plurality of small bars are arranged at intervals between the upper bar and the lower bar, and glass wool is filled between the small bars.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the structure of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-30307, sound propagation from the front surface material to the back surface material is performed only in a limited portion by the small crosspiece portion, and a core material having a sound absorbing effect is disposed therebetween. Therefore, a high soundproofing effect can be expected, but there is a drawback that the structure is complicated and a large number of small rails are required, so that the number of parts is increased and the assembling is troublesome.
The present application is intended to provide a door that can effectively suppress sound propagation and achieve a uniform sound insulation effect by only slightly devising a middle bone connecting a front plate and a back plate.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the door of the present application, in a door in which a front plate and a back plate are connected via a middle bone, a through hole is formed in the middle bone in a connection plate portion in a direction orthogonal to the front and back plates. In the hole portion, vibration is prevented from propagating from one of the front and back plates to the other. The through hole is a long hole along the length of the middle bone, and a plurality of through holes are provided along the length of the middle bone. In this configuration, vibration is eliminated in the hole portion by simply devising a through-hole in the connection plate portion of the conventional bone, and sound propagation through the bone is effectively suppressed. Can be
The middle bone has a cross-sectional shape in which both end portions of the connection plate portion are bent along the front plate and the back plate, respectively, and the bent plate portion and the corresponding front plate and the back plate are joined by an adhesive type buffer member. Good to be. According to this, the vibration is attenuated to some extent by the buffer member, and the attenuated vibration is not propagated in the through-hole portion, so that a higher soundproof function can be exhibited.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The figure shows a front view of the soundproof door 1 of the present application. The soundproof door 1 has a front plate 6 and a back plate 7 welded to each other with the upper and lower, right and left power bones 2 to 5 having a U-shaped cross section therebetween. Between the left and right vertical skeletons 4 and 5, a vertically long middle skeleton 8 connects the front plate 6 and the back plate 7. As shown in FIG. 3, the middle bone 8 includes a connecting plate 9 orthogonal to the front plate 6 and the back plate 7, and a bent plate 10 parallel to the front plate 6 and the back plate 7 at both ends of the connecting plate 9. Has a U-shaped cross section. In the connection plate portion 9, a plurality of rectangular long holes 11 having a predetermined width and extending vertically are formed in the center of the door 1 in the thickness direction (FIG. 2). The connecting plate 9 is divided into a front region 9a and a back region 9b by the long holes 11, and the front region 9a and the back region 9b are connected by connecting regions 9c formed above and below the long holes 11. Since the middle bone 8 is a reinforcing material for an intermediate portion of the door 1, the size, the number, the formation location, and the like of the long holes 11 are set so that the reinforcing effect is not significantly reduced. . A thick double-sided tape (also called a structural tape) 12 as a cushioning member is strongly adhesively bonded between the bent plate portion 10 of the middle bone 8 and the corresponding front plate 6 and back plate 7. I have. A damping sheet (butyl rubber-based) 15 is adhered to inner surfaces of the front plate 6 and the back plate 7 at portions not connected by the middle bone 8.
[0006]
In this structure, for example, when vibration due to sound is transmitted from the space facing the surface material 6 to the corresponding surface material 6, the vibration is transmitted to the middle bone 8 after being alleviated by the vibration damping sheet 15 and the double-sided tape 12. Conventionally, the vibration transmitted to the middle bone 8 is directly transmitted to the back plate 7 through the entire length of the middle bone 8 in the related art. The vibration from the front plate 6 propagates to the back plate 7 only through a narrow region defined by the connection region 9c. Thus, the propagation of the vibration is restricted, and thus the vibration level on the back plate 7 side is lower than the vibration level on the front plate 6 side. When the effect of the present invention is verified by an experiment, it is found that when the hole is not drilled in the middle bone 8, the sound transmission loss is greatly reduced in the 400 Hz sound range and the sound insulating effect is not uniform. There is no drop in the sound transmission loss near 400 Hz, and a uniform sound insulation effect is obtained. In addition, the sound transmission loss value is several times larger than the case where the hole 8 is not drilled in almost the entire frequency band. The decibel has grown. The door used in the experiment was a steel door, having a width of 870 mm, a height of 1780 mm, and a middle bone 8 having two long holes 11 having a longitudinal length of 370 mm. It was formed as 40 mm.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present application, the propagation of sound through the middle bone can be effectively suppressed by devising only a through hole at a connection portion of the middle bone that connects the front plate and the back plate.
