Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electrothermal deicing device provided on a fixed wing of an aircraft.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When an aircraft flies in an airspace that contains supercooled water droplets in the atmosphere, ice adheres to the stagnation point of each part of the aircraft, causing an increase in air resistance and a decrease in lift, resulting in stable maneuverability, that is, flight safety. Is affected.
[0003]
As anti-icing and de-icing techniques used as a countermeasure, there are a heated air type, an electric heat type, a mechanical type anti-icing device and a de-icing solution.
[0004]
Among these, the electrothermal type apparatus applies electricity to a heating wire to generate heat, and the heat is used to control ice. This device has advantages such as easy installation of a heating wire and control of heat generation, and simplification of the device. A heating wire used in combination with an insulating layer is used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 4, a conventional electrothermal deicing apparatus is configured by attaching a sheet-like heating wire layer 1 including a heating wire 2 and an insulating layer 3 to a front edge of a fixed wing A of an aircraft. However, in this structure, when the heating wire 2 is energized, electromagnetic interference noise is generated and leaks around the leading edge of the fixed wing A, which may affect the operation of peripheral devices.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to eliminate the influence of electromagnetic interference noise that a heating wire layer gives to peripheral devices.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, the insulating layer of the heating wire layer attached to the leading edge of the fixed wing of the aircraft includes a mesh sheet-shaped electromagnetic shielding layer that covers the lower heating wire.
[0008]
This electromagnetic shield layer is preferably embedded in the insulating layer.
[0009]
[Action]
When the electromagnetic shield layer is grounded (electrically conductive) with respect to the fixed wing, electromagnetic interference noise generated by energizing the heating wire is shielded by the electromagnetic shield layer and does not leak out.
[0010]
Since the electromagnetic shield layer is made of a lightweight mesh sheet, the weight increase of the airframe due to the additional layer is negligible, and there is no concern that the fuel efficiency of the aircraft will increase.
[0011]
Further, when the mesh sheet-shaped electromagnetic shield layer is embedded in the insulating layer, assimilation with the insulating material is expected, and delamination or the like does not occur. Therefore, leakage of electromagnetic interference noise can be prevented without deteriorating the durability of the heating wire layer.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a simplified cross section of a fixed wing of an aircraft. The deicing apparatus 10 of the present invention is configured by providing a heating wire layer 1 including an electromagnetic shield layer at a front edge of a fixed blade A.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the leading edge of the fixed blade A in FIG. 1, and the heating wire layer 1 is attached to the outer surface of the leading edge of the fixed blade A. The heating wire layer 1 may be attached to the inner surface of the leading edge of the fixed wing A.
[0014]
As the heating wire layer 1, a heating wire 2, an insulating layer 3 and an electromagnetic shield layer 4 are used here.
[0015]
The electromagnetic shield layer 4 is formed in a mesh sheet shape (see FIG. 3) using a conductive material, is buried in the insulating layer 3, and covers the lower heating wire 2 with the electromagnetic shield layer 4. I have.
[0016]
Reference numeral 5 in FIG. 2 denotes an earth wire. The electromagnetic shield layer 4 is grounded to the fixed wing A via the earth wire 5, and the heating wire 2 is connected to a power source 7 mounted on the aircraft via an electricity supply control circuit 6. Thus, the deicing device 10 is completed.
[0017]
In the deicing apparatus 10 configured as described above, the electromagnetic interference noise is shielded by the electromagnetic shield layer 4 and does not leak to the outside.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the deicing apparatus of the present invention includes a mesh sheet-shaped electromagnetic shield layer included in the insulating layer of the heating wire layer attached to the leading edge of the fixed wing, and thus occurs when the heating wire is energized. Leakage of electromagnetic interference noise is prevented, and the operation of peripheral devices is not adversely affected.
[0019]
In addition, since the electromagnetic shield layer in the form of a mesh sheet is used, the increase in weight is small, and the fuel consumption of the aircraft is hardly affected. Further, by embedding the mesh sheet-shaped electromagnetic shield layer in the insulating layer, delamination can be prevented, and deterioration of durability and reliability of the heating wire layer can be avoided.
[Brief description of the drawings]
