Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wire harness removal component and a wire harness that can improve workability when removing a wire harness routed from a vehicle from a vehicle body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With increasing awareness of environmental issues, interest in the effective use of resources is increasing. Such problems are no exception for discarded vehicles. In particular, the amount of wire harnesses used in recent electronically controlled vehicles is enormous and cannot be ignored at present.
[0003]
Conventionally, when removing a wire harness from a scrapped vehicle body, a J-shaped hook was hooked on the wire harness and lifted by a lifting device such as a crane to remove the wire harness.
However, in such a method, when the wire harness was removed, the wire harness often slipped at the portion where the J-shaped hook was hooked, and pulling up was not often successful. In addition, it is necessary to select an appropriate hook point so as not to cause a side slip, and the efficiency of workability is low.
[0004]
On the other hand, several proposals have been made to improve the workability of removing a wire harness when dismantling a scrapped vehicle. For example, there has been proposed a component for removing a wire harness, which is formed of a loop-shaped rope and forms a hook (eye) for hooking a hook of a lifting device when the wire harness is removed. This wire harness removal part has a loop-shaped rope wrapped around the wire harness, a part of which is inserted into the loop, and an eye for hooking a lifting device such as a crane when dismantling a scrapped vehicle. As it is formed, it is wrapped and used. The part for removing the wire harness is shown in the figure.
[0005]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a wire harness, reference numeral 2 denotes a wire harness removal component formed of a loop-shaped rope, reference numeral 3 denotes a J-shaped hook of a lifting device such as a crane, and reference numeral 4 denotes a hook (eye). In this conventional example, as shown in FIG. 1A, a wire harness removal component 2 is wound and fixed so that a hook portion (eye) 4 is formed around a required portion of the wire harness 1. It is.
[0006]
With the above-described configuration, the eye 4 for hooking the hook 3 for removing the wire harness 1 can be formed extremely easily using the wire harness removal component 2, and the work for removing the wire harness 1 from the vehicle can be performed. It is possible to improve the performance.
[0007]
However, the above proposal is extremely excellent in terms of workability of wire harness removal, disassembly cost, and the like, but the J-shaped eye 4 formed by the wire harness removal component 2 formed of a loop-shaped rope is used. If the wire harness 1 is disconnected or stretched when the hook 3 is hooked and pulled, the wire harness removal component 2 slides from the wire harness 1 as shown in FIG. 1B. In addition, there has been a problem that the wire harness is detached due to breakage and the removal operation cannot be efficiently performed.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem of the related art. When the wire harness is removed at the time of dismantling a scrapped vehicle, side slip on the wire harness is more effectively prevented, and the wire harness may be broken. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire harness removal component capable of preventing the wire harness from being detached even when the wire harness is removed and improving the workability of wire harness removal, and a wire harness to which the component is attached.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, completed the present invention.
That is, according to the present invention, the above problem is solved by the following technical means.
(1) It is composed of a loop-shaped string-shaped body or a band-shaped body and a plate-shaped member having at least a back surface side formed with two concave grooves in a lateral direction,
The loop-shaped cord or band is wound around the wire harness so that the plate-shaped member is surrounded by the wire harness so that the concave groove is on the outside. Or a part for removing a wire harness attached to the wire harness so that one part of the loop-shaped part of the belt-shaped body is inserted into the loop and an eye serving as a hook part for hooking the hook of the lifting device is formed at the time of dismantling the scrapped vehicle. So,
The wire harness, wherein the two concave grooves of the plate-like member accommodate a portion where the string-like body or the band-like body winds the wire harness and separate the space between the portions by a predetermined distance. Parts for removal.
(2) The wire harness according to (1), wherein two concave grooves similar to the two concave grooves formed on the back side are also formed on the front side of the plate-shaped member. Parts for removal.
(3) The component for removing a wire harness according to the above (1) or (2), wherein the plate-shaped member has a shape that bends in an arc shape following the curvature of the wire harness in the circumferential direction.
(4) The above-mentioned (1) to (3), wherein a clamp for mounting and fixing to the body of the vehicle is formed at a central portion of the plate-shaped member where no concave groove is formed. The wiring harness removal part according to any one of the above.
(5) A wire harness, wherein the component for removing a wire harness according to any one of (1) to (4) is mounted.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred examples.
FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which a wire harness removing component according to one embodiment of the present invention is attached to the wire harness, and FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing a plate-like member in the wire harness removing component. 3 (b) is a view seen from the arrow A in FIG. 3 (a).
[0011]
The wire harness removal part 11 of the present embodiment includes a loop-shaped string or band (hereinafter, simply referred to as a rope) 12 and a plate-shaped spacing member (hereinafter, simply referred to as a plate-shaped member) 13. Be composed. In the present specification, the term “string-like body” includes a string-like body having a substantially circular or elliptical cross section, and a so-called flat rope (a flat rope with a short width). It shall be. Further, the “band-like body” refers to a relatively wide rope such as a polypropylene (PP) band or a polyethylene (PE) band commonly used for packing or the like.
[0012]
The loop-shaped rope 12 may be endless or may be formed by joining both ends of a long rope into a loop, and may be formed by joining both ends of a long rope by fusion, sewing, or the like. Is also good. The circumference is appropriately set according to the size and shape of the wire harness to be attached or removed.
The plate-shaped member 13 has an elongated shape in a direction along the wire harness when applied to the wire harness 14, and has two concave grooves 15A in a width direction on the back side (a direction perpendicular to the axis of the wire harness 14). 15B are formed, and two concave grooves 16A and 16B are also formed on the surface side. The two concave grooves 15A and 15B on the back side play a role of preventing a side slip when the loop-shaped rope 12 is assembled, by keeping a distance between the portions where the wire harness 14 is wound around a fixed distance. The two concave grooves 16A and 16B on the front side engage with the wire harness 14 when the loop-shaped rope 12 is assembled, and play a role to further enhance the side slip prevention effect. As shown in FIG. 3, the plate member 13 preferably has a shape that bends in an arc shape following the circumferential curvature of the wire harness 14. With such a shape, the wire harness 14 can be applied in close contact with the wire harness 14, and the assembling property is improved.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the component 11 for removing a wire harness according to the present embodiment surrounds the wire harness 14 by surrounding the plate-shaped member 13 such that the concave grooves 15A and 15B on the back side are outside. The loop-shaped rope 12 is wrapped around the wire harness 14, one part of the loop-shaped rope 12 is inserted into the loop, and an eye 17 serving as a hook portion for hooking a hook of a lifting device when the scrapped vehicle is dismantled is formed. To the wire harness 14 so that
[0014]
As the loop-shaped rope 12, the eye 17 can be formed by winding around the wire harness 14, and has a strength capable of withstanding the pulling force when the hook of a lifting device such as a crane is hooked and pulled up when the scrapped vehicle is dismantled. Any material can be used as long as it has, and in terms of cost, a material such as a flat rope or a round rope is preferably made of nylon, polyester, or the like. The plate-shaped member 13 may be made of any suitable material as long as a hook such as a crane can be hooked on the eye 17 of the loop-shaped rope when the scrapped vehicle is dismantled and the space between the winding portions of the wire harness can be maintained. Although it can be used, it is typically preferable to use a resin material such as polypropylene, nylon, or polycarbonate. Further, the width and the spacing of the concave grooves 15A and 15B of the plate-like member 13 and the width and the spacing of the concave grooves 16A and 16B are appropriate values according to the shape of the loop rope 12, the dimensions of the wire harness 14, and the like. Should be set to.
[0015]
With the above configuration, when removing the wire harness 14 at the time of dismantling the scrapped vehicle, the hook of the lifting device such as a crane is inserted into the eye 17 formed by the loop-shaped rope 12, hooked, and pulled up. 13, the gap between the winding portions of the wire harness is kept constant, and the wire harness 14 bites into the recessed grooves 16A, 16B, whereby the side slip of the rope 12 is effectively prevented. Even if the harness 14 breaks on the way, since the biting portion of the wire harness 14 is firmly held, it is possible to prevent an unexpected situation from occurring. Therefore, the wire harness removing operation can be performed more efficiently than in the conventional method.
[0016]
As described above, the present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications and changes can be made.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4 at 13 ', a clamp C for attaching and fixing the plate-shaped member of the wire harness removing component body to the vehicle body is provided at the central portion where the concave groove on the back side is not formed. The structure may be different. The shape of the clamp C can be any conventionally known shape. With this configuration, both the work of attaching the wire harness to the body and the work of removing the wire harness can be made easier.
Further, in order to prevent the loop-shaped rope from coming off, fixing may be performed using a fixing member such as an adhesive tape or a binding band.
Further, a structure in which the concave groove on the surface side of the plate-like member is not provided may be adopted.
Furthermore, the surface of the plate-shaped member applied to the wire harness may be formed as an adhesive surface.
[0017]
Further, according to the present invention, there is provided a wire harness incorporating the component for removing a wire harness configured as described above.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, when the wire harness is removed at the time of dismantling a scrapped vehicle, side slip on the wire harness is effectively prevented, and even if the wire harness is broken, It is possible to prevent the wire harness from being removed and improve the workability of removing the wire harness.
