従来、利用者が商品やサービスの提供を受けるには、この提供する商業施設に利用者が直接出向いて購入するか、あるいは、利用者が電話やFAXなどでこの商業施設に発注して運送業者により商品を配達させるようにしていた。このように利用者が電話やFAXなどでこの商業施設に発注する場合には、商業施設に利用者が出向く必要がないものの、電話やFAXなどで商品を発注してから運送業者により商品が配達されるまで時間がかかる可能性がある。

請求項1に記載の発明において、通信装置は、利用者により商品およびサービスのうち少なくとも一方を発注するための発注信号を受注サーバに送信する発注送信手段と、商品およびサービスのうち少なくとも一方を提供する提供施設への利用者の到着予定時刻を求める時刻算出手段と、求められた到着予定時刻を示す到着予定時刻信号を受注サーバに送信する時刻送信手段と、を有することを特徴とする。
