Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit cover capable of storing an outdoor unit for protecting an outdoor unit such as an air conditioner and improving the efficiency of heat radiation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there have been the following outdoor unit covers.
I. A rectangular cover made of vinyl. An outdoor unit cover that covers the outdoor unit when the air conditioner is off season and removes it during the season.
B. A rectangular eave for outdoor units that is attached to the roof of the outdoor unit as a shade.
C. The outdoor unit cover is made of wood and the like on both sides and the front with no gap at the top.
D. An outdoor unit cover with louvers on both sides and the front, which cannot be opened and closed on the front.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
These have the following disadvantages.
I. The rectangular outdoor unit cover made of vinyl is difficult to evaporate once water enters inside, so that water cannot be drained off, causing rust of the outdoor unit. Also, this vinyl cover did not protect the outdoor unit from direct sunlight, and the appearance was not good.
B. The rectangular sunshade eaves mounted on the roof of the outdoor unit could not prevent direct sunlight and rain from the sides.
C. The grid-type outdoor unit cover had a grid on the front, which hindered airflow, and could not sufficiently prevent direct sunlight and rain from the sides.
D. The outdoor unit cover that cannot be opened and closed because both sides and the front side are louvers cannot be opened and closed, which hinders the ventilation of the outdoor unit.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The side of the cover of the outdoor unit is provided on the louver (2), the front is provided with a door (3), or the side is provided on the louver (2), and the eaves (4) are provided on the upper part without the front door or the side. Has a louver (2), a door (3) at the front, and an eave (4) at the top.
It is a cover of the outdoor unit having the above structure.
[0005]
[Embodiment of the invention]
In an outdoor unit exposed to direct sunlight, sunlight hits the top, side, and front of the outdoor unit, and rain mainly enters from the top, side, and front of the outdoor unit. To prevent them, a roof is provided on the cover of the outdoor unit, a louver (2) is provided on the side, and a door (3) is provided on the front.
As the front door, a shutter system, a roll curtain system, or the like can be considered.
1 and 2 show examples of the shutter method. As shown in FIG. 2, the shutter system (3) has an advantage that when closed, the front can be completely closed. With the roll curtain system, if a roll curtain of automatic winding is used, the roll curtain receives the wind of the blower even if you forget to open the roll curtain and use the outdoor unit due to the shape of the side cut that is fixed when the roll curtain is closed. There is an advantage that the roll curtain comes off from the cutout on the side and can be automatically wound up.
In either method, the front door (3) is opened during the season in which the outdoor unit is operated to use the air conditioner or the like, and the front door (3) is closed during the season when the air conditioner or the like is not used. Also, as shown in the example of FIG. 3, the outdoor unit cover is provided with a roof, the louver (2) is provided on the side, and the eaves (4) are provided on the upper side. When using the air conditioner all year round, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to open and close the door every season. As for eaves, there are cases where eaves are integrated with the roof and where eaves are provided at the top of the cover separately from the roof.
Further, as shown in the example of FIG. 4, a roof is provided on the outdoor unit cover, the side is provided with a louver (2), the front is provided with a door (3), and an eave (4) is provided on an upper part. Even if the door of the unit cover is opened, the outdoor unit is less likely to be exposed to direct sunlight and rain, and if the door of the outdoor unit cover is closed, the outdoor unit does not get wet.
In the method of attaching the outdoor unit cover to the outdoor unit according to the present invention, the outdoor unit cover can be easily installed on the outdoor unit by opening the back and bottom surfaces of the outdoor unit cover and covering the outdoor unit with the outdoor unit cover. In order to increase the strength of the outdoor unit cover, a reinforcing rod may be attached to the back surface of the outdoor unit cover.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
The outdoor unit cover according to the present invention has a louver on the side surface, so that it can block direct sunlight from the side surface, thereby improving cooling efficiency.
In addition, particularly in places exposed to sea breeze, hot spring areas, places with a lot of exhaust gas, and measures against acid rain, an outdoor unit cover for protecting the outdoor unit from rain and dew was required. According to the door type of the first aspect, the outdoor unit can be protected from rain by closing the door during off-season. The eaves type according to claim 2 can protect the outdoor unit from rain and dew during the season, is also effective in preventing snow, and can block direct sunlight from the front, as compared with the door type according to claim 1. The type having the door and the eaves according to the third aspect can protect the outdoor unit from rain and snow during the off-season and during the season, and can also block direct sunlight from the front.
Since the outdoor unit cover according to the present invention can protect the outdoor unit from rain and direct sunlight, it can contribute to improvement in durability of the outdoor unit and energy saving during cooling. Also, by providing the soundproofing material on the outdoor unit cover, a soundproofing effect can be expected.
Furthermore, if the outdoor unit cover is made of two floors or the like, the outdoor unit can be used on the first floor as a storage for another thing on the second floor or the like. If the second floor is made of a transparent material, the second floor can be used as a greenhouse. That is, the upper part of the outdoor unit can be used as a storage for other things or as a greenhouse.
