BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Drawings show an embodiment of a flooring laying device according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a relationship between a joining piece and a holding piece, FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of the second embodiment, FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a relationship between a joining piece and a pressing piece of the second embodiment.
[0007]
In the embodiment, a joist 1 made of an extruded aluminum material is juxtaposed on a concrete slab (not shown), and a floor member 4 is attached to the joist 1 by using a joining piece 2 and a holding piece 3 slidably fitted on the joist 1. The laying state of the floor member 4 is obtained by assembling the holding member 3 with the covering member 5 and assembling the member 1 with the covering member 5.
[0008]
The joist material 1 has a pair of upper and lower L-shaped pieces 7, 7, 8, 8 facing upper and lower pieces 6a, 6b of the hollow main body 6 having a rectangular cross section along the longitudinal direction of the hollow main body 6, respectively. And the joining piece 2 is slidably fitted on the substrate 10 in the upper engaging groove 9 formed by the upper L-shaped pieces 7, 7 and the upper piece 6a. A nut member (not shown) is slidably fitted into the engaging groove 11 formed by the parts 8, 8 and the lower piece 6b, and a receiving bolt (not shown) is screwed into the nut member to receive the supporting bolt. And at least one pair is arranged side by side on the concrete slab.
[0009]
The joining piece 2 is formed by erecting a joining piece 12 at the center of the upper surface of the rectangular substrate 10, and the lower substrate 10 is inserted into the upper engaging groove 9 provided in the joist 1. The joint part piece 12 is erected on the joist material 1 by sliding fitting.
[0010]
A pair of flooring materials 4 and 4 arranged on both sides of the joint piece 2 and laid on the joisting material 1 (at least so as to span the pair of joisting materials 1 and 1) are cut out at the upper side and are recessed. It is made of a wooden material in which a side end 4a having an entry portion 13 and an upper surface lower by one step than other portions is provided on both sides along the longitudinal direction, and a ridge 14 is provided on a side end of the upper surface of the side end 4a. Things.
[0011]
The pressing piece 3 is placed on the side end 4a of the adjacent flooring 4 via the joining piece 2 such that the end 3a is engaged with the recess 13 and the center portion is connected to the connecting means (first The second embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the side end 4a is sandwiched between the joists 1 so as to be joined to the joining piece 2 (joining piece 12).
[0012]
The holding piece 3 is placed on the lower end of the main body piece 15 on the side end 4a of the flooring material 4, and the ridge 16 horizontally overlaps with the ridge 14 on the flooring material side end 4a side. , And a pair of fitting portions 17, 17 are erected in the middle of the upper surface.
[0013]
A slit 18 provided on the lower surface side of the clothing material 5 is pressed into the fitting portion piece 17 of the holding piece 3 so that the clothing material 5 is assembled to the holding piece 3 and engaged in the recessed portions 13, 13. The floor structure according to the embodiment is used.
[0014]
The clothing material 5 is made of wood like the floor material 4, and in the embodiment, the clothing material 5 and the upper surface of the floor material 4 are on the same surface, but the clothing material 5 side is higher than the floor material 4 side. Or it can be low (albeit the most serious problem).
[0015]
In the case of the embodiment, the floor material 4 and the clothing material 5 have the same length, and the joining pieces 2 and the pressing pieces 3 connected to the joining pieces 2 are present along these longitudinal directions (the joining pieces 2). And the holding piece 3 are located at the position of the joist 11 and are spaced apart from each other by the width of the floor 4 along the longitudinal direction of the joist 1), and at the end of the floor 4 where there is no joint piece 2 or the like. The gap formed between the part and the jacket material 5 serves as a drain for rainwater when used in a floor device of a terrace that is outdoors.
[0016]
A floor member 4 is placed on a joist 1 arranged at a required interval on a concrete slab, and a joining piece 2 previously slid onto the joist 1 at a side end of the floor material 4. Adjacent, another floor material 4 of the next stage is placed on the joist 1 so as to be adjacent to the joining piece 2, and then the holding piece 3 is placed on the joining piece 2 existing between the joists 1, 1. Further, both ends thereof are overlapped on the floor material side end 4a, and the center of the main body piece 15 of the holding piece 3 is joined to the joining piece 2 (joining piece 12) by joining means, and the fitting piece 17 is inserted. The floor material 4 is laid sequentially by assembling the clothing material 5 to the holding piece 3 using the slits 18 and engaging the end portions of the floor material 4 with the recessed portions 13 of the floor material 4. Can be obtained.
[0017]
The joining piece 2 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is provided with a notch 19 at the center of the upper surface of the joining piece 12 (a pair of pieces having a gap between the upper ends of the joining piece 12). On the other hand, a fitting piece 20 is provided in the center of the lower surface of the main body piece 15 of the pressing piece 3, and the fitting piece 20 is forcibly inserted into the insertion notch 19 to elastically deform the joining piece 12. A joining means is used in which the front end 20a is engaged with the joining piece 12 to join the holding piece 3 and the joining piece 2, and the side end surface of the floor material 4 is joined to the joining piece 2, that is, the joining piece 12 The contact with the joint surface restricts the elastic deformation of the joint piece 12 (although there is a gap in FIG. 1), and therefore the diameter of the insertion notch 19 becomes difficult to expand, and the laying state of a stronger floor material Can be obtained.
[0018]
In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a screw hole 21 is provided in the upper part of the hollow joint piece 12, and the screw hole 21 is provided through a through hole 22 provided in the center of the main body piece 15 of the pressing piece 3. The holding piece 3 is joined to the joining piece 2, that is, the joining piece 12 by screwing and tightening the fastening screw 23, and is used as joining means. An escape groove 25 is provided.
[0019]
In addition, a ridge 14 is provided on the upper surface of the side end 4 a of the floor material 4, a ridge 16 on the side of the pressing piece 3 is arranged inside the protrusion 14, and these are overlapped in the direction in which the floor material 4 is juxtaposed. The reason is that the two portions 14 and 16 are engaged with each other to further maintain the original (as designed) laying state of the flooring material.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to obtain the laid state of the floor material in which the original laid state is maintained by sandwiching the floor material between the holding piece and the joist, and furthermore, the holding material is used to cover the holding material. Since the laid state of the floor material can be obtained in such a state, it is possible to provide an laying apparatus having a novel structure in which the assembling relation of each member is difficult to understand from the outside.
