Description

【0001】
【0013】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for reliably preventing leakage and leakage of waste chemical substances and hazardous waste substances during collection and transportation of waste chemical substances and hazardous waste substances.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the increasing collection of waste chemicals and hazardous wastes is of particular interest in collection and transportation methods. However, waste is directly injected into drum tubes, etc., or plastic bags are used. It is not surprising that any leakage and leakage of waste chemicals and hazardous wastes from the drum tube or the like may occur because they are stored and collected and transported in the drum tube or the like.
[0003]
The most important point to consider when collecting and transporting waste chemicals and hazardous wastes is the leakage and leakage of waste chemicals and hazardous wastes around the collection point and along the transportation route during collection and transportation. .
[0004]
However, at present, there is no clear standard according to the national waste disposal law, etc., and there is only a regulation that it is desirable to be transported in a container such as a drum tube (Figs. 2 and 3), so safety is further improved. There is room for consideration on how to do this.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The point is how to collect and transport waste chemicals and hazardous wastes safely and reliably.
[0006]
For example, regarding POPs-designated substances that are compared with international treaties, such as PCB waste, etc., there is a particular problem of environmental pollutants and environmental hormones, etc., and the level of public interest is very high. At present, collection and transportation methods that pursue safety are urgently required.
[0007]
For example, when collecting and transporting POPs-designated substances such as PCB waste, it is necessary to adopt a method that will not cause secondary disasters. In addition, economic restrictions are large, and the burden on the business operator is in principle. For this reason, the packing method must be restricted in terms of cost.
[0008]
Also, from the technical point of view, in the event of collection and transportation, it is only necessary to provide protective films and thermal shock materials used for products, bottles, cans, etc. in the unlikely event that waste chemicals from waste products, etc. should be used in case of emergency. It is not possible to prevent leakage and leakage of substances and hazardous waste substances. (FIGS. 8 and 9)
[0009]
However, at present, when problems such as environmental pollutants and environmental hormones are permeating the general public in collection and transportation, how to efficiently use waste chemicals and hazardous wastes under certain cost constraints. It is required to pack well and to collect and transport safely and securely.
[0010]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to improve the safety and reliability of collection and transportation and to prevent secondary disasters, etc., under realistic cost constraints.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention for achieving the object and solving the problem, in the packaging method of waste chemicals and hazardous wastes, waste chemicals due to vibration and impact with a strength considered in case of emergency, The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the leakage and leakage of hazardous waste materials by packing methods. (FIGS. 1, 4 to 7, 10, and 11)
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the packing method of the present invention, a low-strength plastic plate or a low plate 12 such as an FRP plate or the like is closely attached to a lower portion of the inner surface of a double-layered film or a bag made of vinyl or the like with an adhesive or the like, and the inside of the bag is inserted. The waste chemicals or hazardous wastes 9 are stored, the low plate 12 is connected to the transfer pedestal 13 and stored in the transport container 15.
Further, a bag made of plastic foam or the like, or a double-layered film made of a urethane foam or the like 14 or the like made of a film or vinyl, is brought into close contact with the storage material 9 from the temporary opening of the upper or upper side of the transport container. The upper part of the transport container or the temporary opening on the upper side is closed by compressing or foaming the container 15 with plastic foam particles or the like or urethane foam material 14 or the like.
[0013]

The double-layered film or vinyl bag is made of a material which is easy to peel off from the inner side bag 10 and the outer side bag 11. Such a double-layered film or vinyl bag is used. The container 9 or bag 9 containing the waste chemicals 1 and the hazardous wastes 1 is stored on the low plate 12 adhered to the inside, and the transfer pedestal 13 and the low plate 12 are connected and stored in the transport container 15. By virtue of pressure fixing by foaming plastics 14 or the like or urethane foaming material 14 or the like between the double-sided film 11 or the outer side bag 11 made of vinyl or the like, or by performing pressure fixing by foaming, strong vibration is obtained. In addition, since it is possible to obtain a warming effect against impacts, it is possible to ensure safety in collection and transportation.
[0028]
Leakage and leakage of the contents 1 are prevented by closely contacting the inner surface 10 of the bag made of a double-layered film or vinyl or the like with the storage container 9 or the storage bag 9 such as the waste chemicals 1 and the hazardous wastes 1. In addition, even if leakage and leakage occur, the leakage and leakage can be completely prevented by the inner bag 10 and the outer bag 11 made of double film or vinyl or the like.
After arriving at the destination, the outer side bag 11 made of double film or vinyl or the like is removed, and the inner side bag 10 is brought into close contact with the storage container 9 or the storage bag 9 so that the environment can be improved. In this case, the diffusion of the content substances 1 and the like can be completely prevented.
