【従来の技術】
従来、屋内外の立食において、飲料物は紙やプラスチックなどの使い捨てコップ、食品は紙袋、紙器、プラスチック容器などに収納されているためテーブルや台等が無いと飲食は不可能だった。一部において堅牢なトレーを用意して丸穴を設置し、そこにコップを勘合はめ込んで使用するものがあったが重心が不確定であるため、持ち難く、飲料がこぼれないように常時水平を保つように気を使っていなければならなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
屋内外のテーブル等の無い場所で立食を行なう時、飲料の容器と食品の容器を各々持ってしまうと両手がふさがってしまい飲食動作が不可能になってしまう、この状況を食品容器の形状工夫において片手で両方の容器を保持し、もう一方の手で飲食動作を可能にすることを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、片手で保持できるように食品容器を使い捨てコップの真上に装着し、重心を安定させる。容器底部（２）は、コップ開口部に装着できるよう形状を合わせて形成し、コップにはめ込む、またテーパーを同一にして勘合を密着安定させる。

容器底部（２）から上部の空間に食品などを収納する収納部（１）を形成し、ストロー保持部（３）は、飲料物が食品容器側に侵入しないように容器底部（２）の中心上部に位置するように設けるが収納部（１）に収納する食品の種類によっては、中心上部以外の位置に設けることもある。

【発明の実施の形態】
飲料物を充填した使い捨てコップの開口部に本発明の食品容器の底部（２）を装着し、ストローをストロー保持部（３）に挿入し、食品を収納部（１）に盛り付ける。

【発明の効果】
