【従来の技術】
従来の、一般的に家庭等で使用する吸引式の電気掃除機は、大きく分けて掃除機本体と柔軟性を持つ螺旋状の鋼鉄線入りのゴムホースと合成樹脂製のパイプと先端部の吸い込み口にあたる部品の４点で構成されている、また、それ以外にもそれらの４点等を一体化したコンパクト型のものもある。掃除する時は電源のスイッチを入れ運転状態にして吸い込み口を掃除しようとするゴミやホコリのある場所に近か付け、その上を動かすことにより掃除ができる。また、少数ではあるが掃除機の詰まり防止装置が最初から掃除機に組み込まれたものもある。

【発明が解決ようとする課題】
従来は、吸引式の電気掃除機を使用して掃除中に、不注意により吸引口より掃除機パイプや掃除機ホースに詰まるような物を吸い込んでしまうことがあった、しかし、必ずしも詰まるとは限らない。また、その中にはゴミと一緒に必要な物まで過って吸い込んでしまうこともある、特に狭い所や普段あまり掃除をしないような場所でよく起きる、誤って吸い込んだ物で時には掃除パイプやホースに詰まることもある。それが原因で掃除機の吸引力が低下したり、また、機能をしなくなり掃除機を使用しての掃除の目的が達成できなくなることがあった。そんな時は詰まっている物を取り除くために、細長い棒のような物や、針金を探し出してきて取り除いていた、通常それに対処するための道具類を用意していないため、詰まりを解消する作業は道具探しから始まり手間を要した。よくある物では靴下やハンカチなどの繊維類や小物類がある。また、過って吸い込んだ物の中には必要な物や何か解らないで後で気になる物もある、それがたとえ管内で詰まらなかったとしてもこんな時は、それを発見するために集塵袋を掃除機の本体から取り出して探すこともある、最近の掃除機は集塵袋の穴が小さく中を見るのは容易ではない、そのために集塵袋を切り開くこともあった、そして、その中から探し出すことは手間の要る作業であり発見できてもホコリまみれであったりする、更に、その作業でホコリが出たり手や床等の汚れも伴うことであった。これに対し各掃除機の多くは特に対策を講じて来ていなかった、しかし、僅かに始めから掃除機の詰り防止機能を装備した物もあるようであるがあまり多くは出回っていないようである、原因としては機種が限定されることや価格的な点等にあるようである。そこで、このような掃除機を使用中に起きる事態を防止するための装置を、現在使用中の一般的な電気掃除機に簡単に取り付けられ安心して掃除が出来きるような物、また、購入に関しても出来るだけ負担の少ない物を提供すること。本発明は以上のような問題点を解決しようとしたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、電気掃除機を構成している掃除機の吸い込み口先端部品から掃除機パイプ及び、掃除機パイプと掃除機ホースを接続する周辺部分までの区間の適所に設置することのできる筒型でフィルターを有する装置であって、ここで阻止した物を取り除くことができ、材質は合成樹脂や金属であり、また、取り付け取り外が自由にできる電気掃除機詰まり防止装置。本発明に従えば、この電気掃除機詰り防止装置の取り付け個所が、その時々の掃除の状況により選択でき、この装置により掃除中に過って吸い込んだ物によるトラブルを防止でき、また、取り付け取り外しも自由にでき便利であり掃除が以前と比較すると安心してできる。

また、本発明では、管内に数本の細い棒状の突起物があり、それらは管の内壁の数箇所から吸入空気吸い込み口の方向である管の内向に傾斜して伸び、その棒状の突起物は管内に適度な空洞を保持する長さである。本発明に従えば、この装置のフィルターの特異な構造により、ここで阻止されたゴミ等は簡単に取り除くことが出来る、また、日常的に一番多く使用されている掃除機の数多くに使用できるように、装置の取り付け口は都合よく出来ている。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して、本発明に従う実施形態について説明をする。
図１は、電気掃除機詰まり防止装置の内部構造を表している、合成樹脂製のパイプの内部に符合２の、金属製の棒状の突起物ストッパーが空気吸入口の方向に内向して伸びている、その各先端は、互いに交差することなく又、接していない。この電気掃除機詰り防止装置を掃除機するときの都合に合わせて掃除機の各部位に装着して使用することで、掃除パイプやホース内で過って吸い込んだ物が詰まることのないようにフィルターの役目をしているのである、このフィルターで阻止された物を取り除くには、電源スイッチを一旦切り掃除機の運転を停止してから手で取り除くのである、また、糸くずのような物でこのフィルターに絡まる物も取り除き易いようにストッパーの先端は適度な空洞を保持しているのである。図２は、掃除機詰り防止装置の内部を正面から見たところである、図３は、一般的な掃除機の全体図であり電気掃除機詰り防止装置を装着しての平常使用時の一連の構成である、符合１は電気掃除機詰り防止装置の取り付け位置と取り付け方向を表している、符号３は掃除機の先端部品、符合４は掃除機パイプ、符合５は掃除機ホース、符合６は掃除機本体である。図４は電気掃除機詰り防止装置を掃除パイプの先端に装着して使用する場合である。図５は電気掃除機詰り防止装置を掃除機ホースに装着して使用する場合である。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項１によれば、掃除機を使用中に誤って吸い込んでしまう物で、管内の途中においてそれが詰まるのを防止し取り除くことができる、また、電気掃除機詰り防止装置の設置する位置は掃除機と接続部位の数箇所から選択できるので掃除する場所に合わせて取り付ける位置を変えることが出来て便利である。
