Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a product sample storage method and a container thereof that can protect various product samples such as foods, cosmetics, medicines, etc., and can make the entire sample relatively thin, and particularly to a foundation and a lipstick. The present invention relates to a method and a container for storing a sample of a product suitable for a card-type product sample to which a small amount of cosmetics such as eye shadows and creams and other product samples are attached or filled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, product descriptions and texts for sales promotion have been added to product samples and provided to consumers by direct mail, attached to magazine advertisement pages or appendices, etc. for sales promotion. Many are known.
[0003]
As an example of this type of sample container, for example, a blister pack for storing cosmetics, confectionery, tablet medicine, and the like is well known. Briefly describing this blister pack, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 10 denotes a transparent plastic film that allows the internal product sample 11 to be seen well, and the sample storage portion 12 is formed on the plastic film by vacuum molding or the like. Then, in a state where the sample product 11 is stored in the storage portion 12, a base material 13 (a film for covering the opening and covering the opening) is attached to form a sample product. By describing the description and use of the product sample 11 on the base material 13, the consumer can easily try the product sample 11. This packaging technology can prevent contamination of the product sample by enclosing the product sample in a chamber provided in a vacuum forming mold and contacting dust or dust in the air or a person or other object.
In addition, as another similar packaging container, a packaging container called thermal foam or the like is also known.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional sample container, as shown in FIG. 3, since a portion constituting a sample storage portion in which a product is included protrudes outward, it is not subjected to external pressure or impact. There is a problem that it is extremely weak and cannot protect the contained goods.
Therefore, the present invention provides a product sample storage method and a container thereof that can reliably protect product samples and can be easily distributed and used by attaching to direct mail, magazines, flyers, postcards, etc. It aims to solve the problems of the technology.

Further, an adhesive material is applied to the outside of the film as the lid, which is a product sample storage container.
The adhesive is a double-sided tape, which is a product sample storage container.
The reinforcing member is formed of cardboard, a plastic plate, a wooden plate, a metal plate, or the like.
In addition, the reinforcing member has a function of preventing deterioration of sample quality, and is a product sample storage container.
[0006]
Embodiment
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a container for product samples according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the sample container in the embodiment described below is an embodiment in which a cosmetic is a product sample.
[0007]
1A and 1B are a plan sectional view and a side sectional view of a product sample storage container according to the present invention, wherein FIG. 1A is a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1B, and FIG. 1B is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. FIG. The product sample container is formed using a plastic film (plastic sheet), and the sample storage film 1 is formed by vacuum forming technology so as to surround the sample storage portion 2 and the sample storage portion as shown in the figure. And a reinforcing member storage portion 3 are formed. The film for storing the sample is not limited to the vacuum forming technique, but may be formed by any forming technique such as vacuum forming, thermal foaming, or hot pressing. The plan shape and the depth of the sample storage portion are in accordance with the shape and size of the product sample 2a as shown in the figure (in the case of the figure, since the product sample is a lipstick, the cross-sectional shape of the lipstick, ie, a substantially trapezoidal shape). The product sample 2a is prevented from moving in the storage section. Further, the reinforcing storage part 3 formed so as to surround the sample storage part has a substantially elliptical shape, and the depth of the storage part is equal to or slightly deeper than the depth of the sample storage part. . The planar shape of the reinforcing storage portion does not need to be elliptical as shown in the figure, and various shapes such as a concentric shape according to the shape of the storage portion or a polygon such as a circle, a triangle, a square, etc. Can be adopted according to the design.
[0008]
The reinforcing member 3a to be put into the reinforcing member storage portion is made of a material having the same thickness as or slightly thicker than the thickness of the product sample. , A wooden board, a plastic board, a metal board, or any other material, as long as it has a strength capable of reliably protecting a sample product. Although various plastic materials can be used for the film 1 forming the sample storage container, it is preferable to use a transparent material so that the stored product sample can be seen.
[0009]
The film 4 serving as a lid is attached so as to close the opening of the sample storage film storing the product sample, and is adhered and fixed to the sample storage film 1 by an adhesive or welding. This adhesion can prevent dust and dirt from entering the sample storage portion from between the sample storage film 1 and the film 4 as a lid, and at the same time, prevent deterioration of the quality of the product sample. Aluminum foil, plastic film, paper, etc. can be used for the film as the lid. An adhesive is appropriately applied to the outside of the film 4, a cover film is attached on the adhesive, and the cover film is peeled off, so that the outside of the film as a cover becomes a book cover, a page, a flyer, a catalog, etc. It can be glued. Alternatively, a double-sided tape can be attached to the outside of the film instead of the adhesive.
[0010]
The product sample container as described above firstly forms a sample storage portion and a reinforcing member storage portion on the sample storage film 1 by a vacuum forming machine, and thereafter, a product sample 2a is stored in the product storage portion, and a reinforcing member storage portion is formed. In a state where the reinforcing member 3a is stored, the film 4 as a lid is attached, and the sample storage film and the film as the lid are fixed in close contact with an adhesive or welding of the film. When vacuum forming the sample storage film, a product sample and a reinforcing member are set on the film placed on the mold, and vacuum is drawn in this state. It can be stored at the same time. Further, an adhesive material or a double-sided tape is attached to the outside of the film 4 as a lid, so that the sample container can be easily attached anywhere.
[0011]
In the above example, the sample storage section 2 and the reinforcing member storage section 3 are completely separated from each other. However, as shown in FIG. 5) can be formed on one or both of the storage film and the lid film. By forming in this manner, the reinforcing member has functions such as a desiccant, an antioxidant, a preservative, and a disinfectant, and can prevent the quality of the product sample from deteriorating. Degradation can be prevented). Further, the reinforcing member may be made of a desiccant or an antioxidant itself.
As described above, an example of the present embodiment has been described, but as a product sample, food, cosmetics, medicine, etc. can be widely applied, and various plastic films and aluminum foils are used as a sample storage film and a film as a lid. Can be used. Further, it is also possible to configure the product samples one by one, or to arrange a plurality of samples on one film as shown in FIG. 3, for example. Also, the present invention may be embodied in various other forms without departing from its spirit or essential characteristics. In addition, the above-described embodiments are merely examples in all aspects, and should not be construed as limiting.
[0012]
