【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、食品、化粧品、薬等種々の商品見本を確実に保護しながら、かつ、見本全体を比較的薄く構成することができる商品見本収納方法およびその容器に関するものであり、特にファンデーション、口紅、アイシャドウ、クリームなどの化粧料やその他の商品見本を少量添付もしくは充填したカード形の商品見本用に好適な商品見本収納方法およびその容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、商品見本に商品説明や販売促進のための文章を併せて記載し、販売促進のためにダイレクトメール、雑誌の広告ページや付録等に添付して消費者に提供するようにしたものが数多く知られている。

この種の見本用容器の一例として、例えば化粧品、菓子、錠剤薬、等を収納するブリスターパック等が良く知られている。このブリスターパックについて簡単に説明をしておくと、図３において、１０は内部の商品見本１１が良くみえるような透明なプラスチックフィルムであり、このプラスチックフィルムに真空成形等により見本収納部１２を形成し、この収納部１２に商品見本１１を収納した状態で基材１３（開口部を覆い蓋をするフィルム等）を張りつけ商品見本としている。基材１３には商品見本１１の説明、使用方法等を記載しておくことで、消費者が簡単に商品見本１１を試してみることができるようになっている。この包装技術は真空成形型に設けた室に商品見本を内包することにより、空中にある埃や塵、あるいは人若しくは他の物体と接触し商品見本が汚染されることを防ぐことができる。
また、これとは別に類似の包装容器としてサーマルフォーム等と称する包装容器等も知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の見本用容器では、図３に示す如く、商品が内包される見本収納部を構成している部分が外に突起しているが故に、外部からかかる圧力や衝撃に対しては極めて弱く、内包している商品を保護出来ないという問題点がある。
そこで、本発明は商品見本を確実に保護することができ、また、ダイレクトメール、雑誌、チラシ、ハガキ等に貼布して簡単に配付利用できる商品見本収納方法およびその容器を提供し、上記従来の技術の問題点を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このため本発明が採用した課題解決手段は、
商品見本を収納する見本収納部、前記見本収納部を囲むように形成した補強部材を収納する補強部材収納部を形成した一枚の見本収納用フィルムに、前記商品見本および補強部材を収納し、その後、商品見本および補強部材を収納した状態で開口側に蓋としての機能を持つフィルムを添着することにより商品見本を収納する方法である。

また、商品見本を収納する見本収納部、前記見本収納部を囲むように形成した補強部材を収納する補強部材収納部、両収納部を連通する流路を形成した一枚の見本収納用フィルムと、前記見本収納部に収納する見本と、前記補強部材収納部に収納する補強部材と、蓋の役割を果たすフィルムとを備え、前記蓋としてのフィルムは見本収納用フィルムに見本および補強部材を収納した状態で密封状態に接着されていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記見本収納用フィルムは、真空成形、サーマルフォームまたはホットプレス等あらゆる成形技術のいずれかにより各収納部が形成されていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記蓋の役割を果たすフィルムはアルミ、プラスチックまたは紙で構成されていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記蓋としてのフィルムの外側には接着材が塗布されていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記接着材は両面テープであることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記補強部材は厚紙、プラスチック板、木板、金属板等で形成されていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。
また、前記補強部材は、見本品質低下を防止する機能を備えていることを特徴とする商品見本収納容器である。

【実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかる商品見本用容器の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。尚、以下に説明する実施の形態での見本用容器は、化粧品を商品見本とした態様である。

図１は本発明に係る商品見本収納容器の平断面図および側断面図であり、（ａ）は（ｂ）中のＢ−Ｂ断面図、（ｂ）は（ａ）中のＡ−Ａ断面図である。商品見本用容器は、プラスチックフィルム（プラスチックシート）を使用して成形されており、この見本収納用フィルム１には真空成形技術により図に示すように見本収納部２とその見本収納部を取り囲むように補強部材収納部３とが成形されている。なお見本収納用フィルムの成形は真空成形技術に限定することなく、真空成形、サーマルフォーム、またはホットプレス等あらゆる成形技術により成形することも可能である。前記見本収納部の平面形状および深さは、図示のように商品見本２ａの形状に合わせた形、大きさ（図の場合には商品見本が口紅であるため、口紅の断面形状即ち略台形をした形状となっている）となっており、商品見本２ａが収納部内で移動することのないようにしている。またその見本収納部を取り囲むように成形する補強収納部３は略楕円形をし、その収納部の深さは前記見本収納部の深さと同じか、それよりも少し深い形状で成形されている。補強収納部の平面形状は、図示のように楕円形である必要はなく、収納部の形状に合わせた同心的な形状、あるいは円形、三角、四角等の多角形等種々の形態を商品見本のデザインに合わせて採用することができる。

補強部材収納部に入れる補強部材３ａは、商品見本の厚さと同じか僅かに厚い材料で構成されており、その材料は商品見本に外力が作用した時に商品見本を保護する機能があれば、厚紙、木板、プラスチック板、金属板等種々の材料で構成することができ、商品見本を確実に保護することができる強度があればどのようなものでもよい。また、前記見本収納容器を形成するフィルム１は、種々のプラスチック材を使用することができるが、収納された商品見本が見えるように透明な材料を使用することが望ましい。

また、蓋としてのフィルム４は商品見本を収納した見本収納用フィルムの開口部を塞ぐように取り付けるもので、接着材、溶着によって見本収納用フィルム１に接着固定される。この接着により、見本収納用フィルム１と蓋としてのフィルム４の間から埃や塵が見本収納部内に入ることを防止すると同時に商品見本の品質の劣化を防止することができる。蓋としてのフィルムにはアルミ箔、プラスチックフィルム、紙等を使用することができる。またこのフィルム４の外側には適宜接着材を塗布し、その接着材の上にカバーフィルムを取り付け、カバーフィルムを剥ぐことにより蓋としてのフィルムの外側を本の表紙やページ、チラシ、カタロク等に接着することができるようにすることができる。また接着材の代わりに同フィルムの外側に両面テープを貼りつけ使用することもできる。

以上のような商品見本容器は、先ず、真空成形機により見本収納用フィルム１に見本収納部および補強部材収納部を形成し、その後、商品収納部に商品見本２ａを、また補強部材収納部に補強部材３ａを収納した状態で、蓋としてのフィルム４を取り付け、接着材、あるいはフィルムの溶着等によって見本収納用フィルムと蓋としてのフィルムを密着状態で固定する。なお、見本収容用フィルムを真空成形する際に、型上に配置したフィルム上に商品見本および補強部材を設置し、この状態で真空引きし、各収納部に商品見本および補強部材を真空成形と同時に収納することもできる。さらに、蓋としてのフィルム４の外側には接着材、あるいは両面テープを取り付け、見本容器をどこにでも簡単に取り付けることができるようにしている。

上記例では、見本収納部２と補強部材収納部３とが完全に分離された構成となっているが、図２に示すように両収納部２、３を連通する適宜形状の流路（通路）５を収納フィルムあるいは蓋フィルムのいずれか一方あるいは両方に形成することができる。このように形成することで、補強部材に乾燥剤や酸化防止剤、防腐剤、除菌材等の機能を持たせ、商品見本の品質低下を防止できる（商品見本を酸化や湿気等から守り見本の劣化を防止することができる）。また補強部材を乾燥材や酸化防止材そのもので構成することも可能である。
以上、本実施形態の一例を説明したが、商品見本としては、食品、化粧品、薬剤等広く対象とすることができ、見本収納用フィルムや蓋としてのフィルムには種々のプラスチックフィルムやアルミフォイルを使用することができる。また商品見本は１個づつとして構成したり、例えば図３に示すように複数の見本を一つのフィルム上に配置することも可能である。また、本発明はその精神又は主要な特徴から逸脱することなく他の色々な形で実施することができる。また、前述の実施例はあらゆる点で単なる例示に過ぎず、限定的に解釈してはならない。

【発明の効果】
以上に述べたように本発明によれば、商品見本を外圧から確実に保護することができ、また、見本容器は簡単に雑誌やカタログ等に貼布したりすることができる。また、商品見本としては、湿度保持を要求されるもの、油性を有するもの、乾性の粉体、顆粒体、錠剤、食品、化粧品、玩具、日用品等の種々の商品が対象となる。さらに見本容器のフィルム、蓋としてのフィルムおよび補強部材の表面に文字等を印刷することで商品の説明や見本の使用方法を容易に理解させることができる等、優れた効果を奏することができる。
