本発明は、夜間等に於いて街の道路等を歩行し又は自転車等で走行している婦女子が暴漢に襲われた場合や数人による諍いがあった場合等、電柱やその他柱に設置したスイッチ手段を操作することにより該電柱等に備えた警告ブザー等でなる警告手段を動作させ、該暴漢や諍いの当事者等を追払い、街の安全を確保すべくした柱に備えた防犯システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の防犯システムは存在しておらず、夜間等に於いて、街の道路を歩行し又は自転車等で走行している婦女子は暴漢に襲われるという事件や、男女を問わず道路上の通行人から金銭を奪う目的で強盗から当該通行人が強迫される事件が多発し、治安上好ましくなく社会問題となりつつある。また、従来の技術は、何等かの原因で街の道路上で諍いが生じている場合、これを諍い当事者以外の者が迅速にこれを停止させる方法や警察署等に報知する方法が存在しないものであった。

一方、近時、防犯対策の手段として携帯用警告ブザーが市販されており、暗がりの道路を歩行する婦女子等は当該携帯用警告ブザーを所持してこれを作動させ、前記暴漢等からの被害を防止していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術に於いては、叙上のように防犯システムが存在しない現況であり、また前述した防犯対策として婦女子等が暴漢等を追払うことや撃退するための携帯用警告ブザーを使用する方法によれば、これの不使時には携帯用警告ブザーが不要であるばかりか、これを使用時つまり必要な際、当該携帯用警告ブザーの所持忘れや該携帯用警告ブザーを迅速に操作できないこと及びこれを紛失するときがあって、実用的でないという問題点があった。また、夜間等に於ける街の道路上で諍いがあった場合、近隣の住民から安眠を妨害するという苦情があるにも拘らず、これの対策が講じられず、治安上好ましくないという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、例えば、街の道路脇に設置した電信柱等の柱にスイッチ手段、警告ブザー手段や警告赤色ランプ手段等を設置し、これを動作させることにより、当該街の道路等を歩行又は自転車等で走行している婦女子等を暴漢から保護する等を行い、街の治安を向上させることを目的としたものであって、次の構成、手段から成立する。

請求項1記載の発明によれば、電柱等の柱と、該柱の所定位置に設置したスイッチ手段と、該柱に設置すると共にスイッチ手段の閉成又は開放操作により鳴動開始又は鳴動停止する警告ブザー手段とで構成された柱に備えた防犯システムである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面に基づき、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於ける実施の形態について詳細に説明する。

図1は、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムの構成例を示す全体側面図である。
1は、既存の電信柱や新設した電信柱を含む各種の柱であり、例えば鉄、アルミニュウム、木材、合成樹脂材、石材等各種の材料を成型又は組立て構成される。2はスイッチ手段であって、シーソスイッチ、押ボタンスイッチ、タンブラスイッチ、ロータリースイッチ、プルスイッチ、自動戻り型スイッチ、防水スイッチ等各種のスイッチ手段で構成され、本発明では例えば通行人が操作し易くかつ防水機能を有しかつ耐久性を備えたスイッチ手段2を採用する。3は、該スイッチ手段2を婦女子や通行人が操作することにより鳴動する警告ブザー手段である。該警告ブザー手段3は作動するとき、例えば、約40(Hz)〜約10,000(Hz)の周波数が伝送するように構成し、暴漢等を追撃や追払うことに必要な警告を発信する。また、該警告ブザー手段3は、ブザー音以外に音声装置を組込み、例えば「ドロボウデス、タスケテクダサイ」の音声を発するようにしてもよい。4は単一の照明器具であって、支持枠4aを備え、該支持枠4aの一端は前記柱1の上端部分に固定し、その他端は点灯管4bを固定している。該点灯管4bは、例えばアクリルグローブで構成してもよい。該点灯管4b内は、白色又は青色発光する例えば各々20(W)の蛍光灯やその他のランプ等でなる常備用ランプ手段4c、及び赤色発光する蛍光灯やその他のランプ等でなる警告赤色ランプ手段4dを一緒に収容すると共に、例えば該点灯管4b内の左右又は前後に並置して構成している。
尚、本発明は前記支持枠4aを排除し、前記柱1の上部に照明器具4をバンド等の緊締具により直接固定してもよい。

尚、前記スイッチ手段2は、例えば前記柱1の立設長の約1(m)〜約2(m)程度であって、婦女子等が操作できる範囲内の高さに設定して固定する。そして、前記スイッチ手段2の操作ノブ2aを外部に露出させ、前記婦女子等が操作し易いように該柱1の壁面ないし側面に設置する。また、前記警告ブザー手段3は、前記スイッチ手段2の上方であって、かつ警告音を発した際、暴漢等を追撃できるに足りる音量を伝搬できる範囲の該柱1の上部に於ける壁面ないし側面の位置に固定する。

【発明の実施の形態1】
次に、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於いて、図2に示す実施の形態1について説明する。
図2は、本システムの実施の形態1の具体的な電気回路構成図を示すものであり、これに基づき説明する。

5a、5bは配電線であり、該配電線5aの一端N1は、交流電源の一方に接続されている。該配電線5aの他端N2は、前記警告ブザー等でなる警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dの一端に接続している。該配電線5bの一端L1は、交流電源の他方に接続されている。そして、上記配電線5aと上記配電線5bの一端間には例えば、100(V)の交流電圧が印加されている。該配電線5bの他端L2は、前記警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dの他端に接続している。また、上記配電線5a及び配電線5bの外に配電線5cが前記交流電源の他方と前記警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dの一端との間に接続されている。

前記配電線5cの中継点には、前記押ボタンスイッチ等で構成されるスイッチ手段21、22及びリレー接点Ra、Rbを有するリレーRLを介在させている。該スイッチ手段21は、例えばプッシュ操作するとオンとなるセットスイッチ等で構成されており、また、該スイッチ手段22は、プッシュ操作するとオフとなるリセットスイッチで構成されており、単一のスイッチ手段で両者の機能を併有させることができる。前記リレーRLのリレー接点Ra、Rbは常時は、負荷すなわち前記警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dへの通電回路を遮断している。
尚、前記負荷としての警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dを並列接続してなるが、いずれか一方のみで構成することができる。

次に、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於ける実施の形態1の動作を図2に基づき説明する。
街の道路を歩行している婦女子や街の道路上で諍い等があったとき、該婦女子又は通行人等は付近の道路上に設置した柱1のスイッチ手段21をオン操作する。そこで、リレーRLが通電されリレー接点Ra及びRbが破線で示すように切替わり、前記配電線5aと配電線5b間を通電し、警告ブザー手段3及び/又は警告赤色ランプ手段4dが作動する。これにより、警告ブザー手段3が鳴動しまた警告赤色ランプ手段4dが赤色に発光するので、暴漢を追撃又は追払うと共に街の住民から助けを求め諍いを停止させることもできる。

尚、本発明の実施の形態1のみに拘らず後述する本発明の実施の形態2及び3に於いても同様であるが、前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dを結ぶ配電線5c等に点滅器を介在させて、該警告赤色ランプ手段4dから赤色点滅光を発光させ、更に暴漢等への追撃や追払い効果を上げることもできる。

【発明の実施の形態2】
次に、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於いて、図3に示す実施の形態2について説明する。
図3は、本システムの実施の形態2の具体的な電気回路構成図を示すものであり、これに基づき説明する。

本発明に係る実施の形態2は、前記本発明に係る実施の形態1の電気回路にタイマ手段TMを配置したことが特徴である。該タイマ手段TMを備えることにより、前記警告ブザー手段3及び警告赤色ランプ手段4dを一定時間継続して作動させた後、自動的にスイッチ手段22のリセット動作をさせて作動を停止させる構成である。従って、本発明の実施の形態2によれば、暴漢等を追撃し又は追払った後も前記警告ブザー手段3や警告赤色ランプ手段4dが作動を続行するという問題を解消できる。

尚、配電線5aと配電線5bの一端間に例えば交流電圧100(V)が印加される点は、前記本発明の実施の形態1と同一である。

すなわち、前述と同様な理由でスイッチ手段21を操作すると、リレーRLが通電されリレー接点Ra及びRbが破線で示すように切替わり、前記配電線5a及び配電線5b間を通電し、警告赤色ランプ手段4dが赤色に発光する。また一方、配電線5cから配電線5hを介して配電線5eにも通電し、タイマ手段TMが作動し、タイマスイッチとしてのタイマ接点TM1及びタイマ接点TM2が破線で示すように切替わり、前記配電線5a及び配電線5d間を通電し、警告ブザー手段3が鳴動し警告音を発する。

而して、前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dの赤色発光動作を行い、及び警告ブザー手段3の警告音が発してから例えば約60秒間程度経過した後、前記タイマ手段TMが不作動状態となる。そして、一方では前記スイッチ手段22のリセット動作をさせ、リレーRLを消磁させて、リレー接点Ra及びRbが復元動作し、配電線5bの通電回路を開放し自動的に前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dの発光動作を停止する。他方では、タイマ接点TM1及びタイマ接点TM2が復元動作し、配電線5dの通電回路を開放し自動的に前記警告ブザー手段3の警告音発信動作を停止させる。
この発明の実施の形態2によれば、暴漢等を追撃又は追払った後もスイッチ手段21、22をオフ操作する必要がなく、スイッチ手段の開放操作忘れによる警告ブザー手段3等の動作をしつづけるという弊害を防止できる。

次に、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於いて、図4に示す実施の形態3について説明する。

本発明に係る実施の形態3は、前期本発明に係る実施の形態2の電気回路に白色又は青色発光を行う常備用ランプ手段4cを配置し、かつ、夜間等に於いてこれを点灯するための柱1に内蔵等した第1スイッチ手段7を設けた点が特徴である。そして、暴漢等の追撃や追払いを行う際、前記常備用ランプ手段4cが消灯すると共に、警告赤色発光や警告音を発する構成としている。

配電線5fは、その一端が第1スイッチ手段6、上記配電線5bを介して例えば100(V)交流電圧を印加する交流電源の他方に接続されており、その他端L4が常備用ランプ手段4cの他端に接続されている。該常備用ランプ手段4cは、各種のランプで構成されている。また、配電線5aは、その一端N1が前記交流電源の一方に接続され、その他端N4が上記常備用ランプ手段4cの一端に接続されている。そして、前記第1スイッチ手段6は、前記配電線5fの中継点及び前記配電線5aに接続する配電線5gに接続され、夜間時に於いては常時閉成されており、前記配電線5aと配電線5f間の通電回路を形成し白色又は青色発光に点灯している。

尚、前記スイッチ手段21、22を本実施の形態3では、セット状態としての第2スイッチ手段21、リセット状態としての第3スイッチ手段22を分離設置した構成を示したが、両機能すなわちセット機能及びリセット機能を存在するものであれば単一のスイッチで構成してもよい。他の構成要素については、前記本発明に係る実施の形態2と同一であるので、同一番号、同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

次に、本発明に係る柱に備えた防犯システムに於ける実施の形態3の動作を図4に基づき説明する。
すなわち、防犯に係る動作をさせる前は、第1スイッチ6が閉成されており、前記配電線5a及び配電線5fの電気回路が通電しており、図1に示す常備用ランプ手段4cが白色又は青色に発光している。例えば、街の道路を歩行等している婦女子が暴漢に襲われた場合、当該婦女子は柱1に設置しているスイッチ手段2としての第2スイッチ手段21の操作ノブ2aを押す等の操作を行う。そして、リレーRLが通電されリレー接点Ra及びRbが破線で示すように切替わり、前記配電線5a及び配電線5b間を通電し、警告赤色ランプ手段4dが赤色発光の作動をする。一方、前記第1スイッチ手段6に接続したリレー接点Rcも同時に切替わり、配電線5fの通電回路が遮断され、前記常備用ランプ手段4cが停止つまり消灯する。
従って、前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dの赤色発光と前記常備用ランプ手段4cの白色又は青色発光が混合することなく、前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dのみが通電し、赤色のみを放光させ、暴漢等を追払うか追撃することができる。

そして、前記警告赤色ランプ手段4dの作動と同時に配電線5cから配電線5hを通じてタイマ手段TMに通電し、該タイマ手段TMが作動する。そして、タイマスイッチとしてのタイマ接点TM1及びTM2が破線で示すように切替わりスイッチオンとなり、配電線5e及び配電線5d間を通電し、前記警告ブザー手段3が鳴動し警告音を発する。

このような構成としたので、本システムの動作前は常備用ランプを点灯し、本システムを動作させるときは常備用ランプに代えて警告赤色ランプを点灯又は点滅させ、併せて警告ブザーを鳴動させるので、ランプ光が混合することなく鮮明な警告ランプ光を確保でき、防犯効果を更に向上させることができる効果がある。
