Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0035】
Ws =m4 /m1 ・・・(2)
【0036】
【0039】
Ws =[a]4 /[a]3 ・・・(4)
【0040】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas-liquid separation degree measuring method for measuring the separation degree between a liquid and a vapor of a mixture of a liquid and a vapor of the liquid, and particularly to a mixed two-phase flow of heated water and steam from the ground. It is effective when applied to the case where the degree of separation is measured.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The geothermal power plant is configured to generate electricity by operating a generator by rotating a turbine using steam extracted from the ground. Such steam is taken out of the ground as a two-phase flow together with the hot water, and is supplied to the turbine after the hot water is separated by a gas-liquid separator. The hot water contains a large amount of various components (for example, sulfide, iron compound, silica, sodium chloride, and carbonate) in the soil. In addition, scaling, corrosion, etc. are generated in a short period of time. Therefore, conventionally, the amount (wetness) of hot water mist (unseparated water) in steam after being separated by a gas-liquid separator is determined by the following method, and the separation of the gas-liquid separator is performed. I try to grasp the degree.
[0003]
(1) A part of the water vapor separated by the gas-liquid separator is collected, and the enthalpy of the water vapor is calculated from the pressure and the temperature of the dry vapor after the pressure is reduced to the atmospheric pressure to obtain the wetness of the water vapor (calorimeter) Law).
[0004]
(2) A plate to which a hygroscopic powder such as magnesium carbonate is fixed is installed in a pipe through which the water vapor separated by the gas-liquid separator flows, and a seal is usually provided so that the powder does not come into contact with the water vapor. In the meantime, at the time of measurement, the seal is opened (about 1 to 2 seconds) and the powder is instantaneously brought into contact with water vapor, thereby dissolving the powder with hot water mist (unseparated water) in the water vapor. The amount of hot water mist (unseparated water) in the steam is calculated from the number and size of the balls to determine the wetness of the steam (dissolution ball method).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional method as described above has the following problems.
[0006]
(1) The calorimeter method is not highly accurate and very difficult to apply because the measurement results are different depending on the surrounding weather and the like.
[0007]
(2) The melting ball method is impractical because it is an instantaneous measurement and has very poor accuracy, and the device structure used is complicated.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of easily and accurately measuring the degree of gas-liquid separation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a gas-liquid separation degree measurement method according to a first invention is a method for measuring the separation degree between a liquid and a vapor of a mixture of a liquid and a vapor of the liquid, wherein the liquid A non-separated liquid collecting step of collecting an unseparated liquid by collecting and cooling the separated vapor, and a liquid for measuring the concentration of a dissolved substance in the collected liquid. In the lysate measurement step, the lysate measurement step in the unseparated liquid to measure the concentration of the lysate in the collected unseparated liquid, A separation degree calculating step of calculating the separation degree of the vapor based on the ratio of the concentration of the dissolved substance.
[0010]
The gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to a second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the non-separated liquid collecting step collects the vapor at the same flow velocity as the flow velocity of the separated vapor. I do.
[0011]
A gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to a third invention is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, the liquid is heated water from underground.
[0012]
The gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to a fourth invention is characterized in that, in the third invention, the dissolved material is at least one of silica, chloride ion, iron, and all dissolved solids. .
[0013]

Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to the measurement of the gas-liquid separation degree of the gas-liquid separator of the geothermal power plant is described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the mixture of the liquid and the vapor of the liquid is used. In the case of measuring the degree of separation between liquid and vapor, the present invention can be applied in the same manner as in the present embodiment by measuring the concentration of a dissolved substance contained in a liquid or the like.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
The gas-liquid separation degree measurement method according to the first invention is a method for measuring the separation degree between a liquid and a vapor of a mixture of a liquid and a vapor of the liquid, wherein a liquid collection step of collecting the liquid and a separation step An unseparated liquid collecting step of collecting an unseparated liquid by collecting and cooling the collected vapor, a liquid dissolved matter measuring step of measuring the content concentration of the dissolved substance in the collected liquid, And measuring the content concentration of the dissolved substance in the unseparated liquid, and the ratio of the concentration of the dissolved substance in the unseparated liquid to the concentration of the dissolved substance in the liquid. And the separation degree calculating step of calculating the separation degree of the vapor based on the above method. Therefore, unlike the calorimeter method, the measurement result does not differ depending on the surrounding weather and the like. Continuous instead of instantaneous measurement With measured based on a sampling, a relatively simple because it can be implemented in the device configuration, it is possible to accurately easily measure the vapor-liquid separation.
[0046]
In the gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to the second invention, in the first invention, since the unseparated liquid collecting step collects the vapor at the same flow rate as the flow velocity of the separated vapor, the sampling accuracy is improved. And the accuracy of the gas-liquid separation degree can be further improved.
[0047]
In the gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to the third invention, in the first or second invention, since the liquid is heated water from underground, the above-described effects can be best exhibited. it can.
[0048]
The gas-liquid separation degree measuring method according to the fourth invention is the third invention, wherein the dissolved material is at least one of silica, chloride ion, iron, and all dissolved solids. The degree of separation between heated water and steam can be determined most reliably.
