Abstract
Description

[0001]
The present invention relates to a circulation pump suitable for environmental protection, which uses a natural energy such as wind power to generate a forced circulation flow of water having a high oxygen content on a still water surface such as a lake or a pond. Also involved in the aquaculture of fish and other fish on the water surface and sea surface, and involved in a natural energy-based circulating pump that can also be used as an aeration device to protect fish from lack of oxygen in freshwater and seawater due to abnormal reproduction of monoalgae. I do.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Equipment for improving the environment related to water uses water purification plants for securing drinking water and large-scale systems for sewage treatment, and natural energy can be used outside of drinking water purifiers. Such a small device has not been realized at all. The economic effects cannot be estimated in projects where the beneficiaries cannot be identified, such as purifying lakes and marshes, and it is considered that high-cost systems have no room for social acceptance. A system aiming at environmental improvement may be meaningless if accompanied by emission of global warming gas. Therefore, a system that can utilize natural energy as much as possible is desirable. Since the problem of conventional renewable energy utilization was to overcome high costs, the world trend has been toward increasing single-unit capacity in order to achieve economies of scale. However, in order to improve the water environment on a global scale, it is desirable to use small-capacity machines in a distributed manner, and it has been desired to solve problems from a new viewpoint.
[0003]
In the aquaculture industry, small-scale equipment has been put into practical use. Especially in eel farming ponds, small devices are used, in which impellers rotating around the horizontal axis scratch the water surface and jump up water. However, the system is driven by a small electric motor, and natural energy is not used. Not done. On the other hand, aquaculture such as hamachi using the sea surface has been suffering from red tide damage. He pondered the algae aggressively and ate it in a wide cage, reflecting on the fact that it was a mistake to cultivate it densely in a small cage and give drugs such as antibiotics in case of disease. Attempts have been made to achieve a natural circulation of food and dung, but a complete aquaculture method has not yet been established, and it is considered that red tide countermeasures are almost unsatisfactory.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A first problem to be solved by the present invention is to realize a pump having a high circulation efficiency while having an extremely simplified structure even with a small capacity. The aim is to make pump production at an extremely low cost and to meet the demand for environmental measures for lake purification through excellent cost performance. A second problem is to provide a circulating pump system that can reduce the operating cost and the emission of greenhouse gases to zero by realizing a circulating pump that can use natural energy such as a windmill.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the inventor has conceived a very simple pump type having only a rotating rotor without a case. That is, the rotor is basically fixed to the lower end of a rotating shaft that is supported on the water surface and rotates underwater, has a downward opening at the lower end of the rotor, and has a vertical passage connected to the opening, and the vertical passage This is a basic structure of a caseless circulation pump that bends or branches at a certain angle to form an oblique passage, extends further upward, and continues to the water spouting port of the rotor opened above the water surface. The certain angle of the oblique passage is an angle at which the upward flow of water occurs in the passage due to the centrifugal force acting on the water inside the oblique passage due to the rotation of the rotor. If the angle is small, the ascending flow will not occur unless it rotates quickly. If the angle is large, the ascending flow will occur even at a slower rotation speed, but in practice the angle is set so that the ascending flow occurs at the assumed rated speed I do. The vertical passage that opens toward the water has a structure in which the rotation axis and the central axis are shared, and by achieving a smooth surface of the entire passage, high circulation efficiency of the pump can be achieved.
[0006]
In consideration of utilizing wind power of about several watts, which has been rarely used in the past, as a driving source of such a circulation pump, the horizontal axis of the small windmill and the rotation axis of the caseless circulation pump were connected by a gear device. It is assumed that a small wind turbine with a diameter of about 60 cm can drive the pump with a sufficient margin if the wind speed is about 4 m / s. The assumed pump shaft rotation speed in this case is 120 rpm.
[0007]
Since this type of device needs to be maintenance-free and requires no effort, it is desired that the device has a structure in which foreign matter does not adhere to the passage through which water passes. Basically, if the passage itself is simple, it is easy to respond to such a request, but the inventor can use the difference in specific gravity with water to positively discharge even pebbles etc. inside the passage. I thought about it. Specifically, it is considered that this problem can be solved by giving an angle near the end of the diagonal passage near the water spout so that a larger centrifugal force acts.As a result, the water velocity at the water spout can be further increased. Speeding up.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The first embodiment of the present invention assumes a model for the purification of lakes and marshes on the inland water surface that is fresh water, and exemplifies an embodiment that can be installed on the inland water surface with a relatively shallow depth. This embodiment is also applicable to eel farms and prawn farms that use seawater ponds near the coast. In addition to the above, an embodiment for the aquaculture of fish on the sea surface is also conceivable. In this case, an embodiment using a float or an anchor is used, but is not shown here. In order to exemplify a system for purifying the water quality of lakes, marshes and ponds, which is one of the final objects of the present invention, various fungi, algae, planktons and the like in the natural world which actually play a role of water purification are used. Although an embodiment in which a carrier of microorganisms constituting the activated sludge of the present invention is combined with a circulation pump system is also required, since the present invention is an application only for a mechanical device body called a caseless circulation pump, the entire purification system is exemplified. I haven't.

It is thought that sex waters will spread. Eutrophication of water is progressing in various parts of the world, and when rafid algae that feed on organophosphorus and the like breed, they cause water bloom (blue-green algae) and red tide. It is thought to have caused death. The world of microorganisms including algae, plankton, and arthropods, as well as anaerobic fungi that were active in ancient times when oxygen was scarce in the atmosphere, aerobic fungi that has evolved in a new era, The balance is what constitutes the current environment, and the problem is extremely complex. For example, anaerobic photosynthetic bacteria also reduce toxic hydrogen sulfide to sulfur and hydrogen. However, a method that can be easily implemented for water purification would be a method similar to the activated sludge method widely used for sewage treatment and the like. Its active ingredients range from aerobic fungi, algae, plankton and arthropods, but are basically aerobic activated by aeration, and actively use natural energy as in the present invention. An inexpensive device that can be used to expand aerobic waters would provide one of the leading solutions to cost problems. For example, paying attention to plankton, plankton, an organism that evolved more than fungi and monoalgae, has evolved to greatly expand the range of food prey by increasing self-propulsion, so the underwater system shown in Fig. 1 If the oxygen concentration is maintained so that it can be actively activated, it will be able to maintain forever while activating the lake purifying action of plankton that feeds on itself. Furthermore, in the Japanese mountain stream, diatoms attached to the surface of countless stones participate in the purification of the mountain stream and the food chain such as ayu, and as a carrier carrying aerobic bacteria and diatoms, plastics are used. It is also possible to construct a lake and marsh purification system in which nets are filled with pebbles, coal ash and blast furnace slag, and are packed with uneven lumps on the surface and placed near the surface of water to be sprayed. Such details may be appropriately selected according to the actual conditions of the lakes and marshes to be actually installed.
[0012]
Even when the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 is used for aquaculture ponds such as eel and prawns, it is considered to be an attractive water purification apparatus because it enables the use of natural energy without energy cost. In particular, since the food of shrimp is plankton, the apparatus of FIG. 1 is suitable for shrimp cultivation. In addition, it is possible to install such a device using a float or an anchor even in a farm using the sea surface, and it is considered that the enormous damage due to the red tide can be reliably avoided.

【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the caseless circulating pump of this invention, it becomes possible to provide the low-pressure pump suitable for construction of a lake and marsh purification system which requires almost no maintenance of an extremely inexpensive simple structure, and utilizes natural energy such as wind power. As a result, a circulating pump that can be installed in many low-developed countries around the world without operating costs was realized. In the lake water purification system using the caseless circulation pump of the present invention, if a wind turbine having a diameter of 635 mm is used, the oxygen content is improved by circulating 3.6 tons of water per hour at a wind speed of 4 m / s. It can activate aerobic microorganisms and contribute to water purification. With a 1.1 m diameter wind turbine, the amount of treated water is tripled to 10.8 tons per hour with the same wind power. In the aquaculture business using the sea surface, there is a brake against red tide generation due to abnormal breeding of raffid algae caused by eutrophication of seawater. It can be expected that the fish will be completely annihilated due to lack of oxygen in the water. Exactly the same great effect can be expected in the control of blue-green algae in freshwater. In particular, in the field of environmental measures where the beneficiaries cannot be identified, remarkable cost reduction is possible, and the distributed arrangement of inexpensive low-capacity devices can be realized. Therefore, the economic effect of creating an entirely new market for the world Is considered to be extremely large.
