Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to the structure of beams and their joint structures, and the related structures and related structures of wall materials, floor materials, etc., in the assembly of temporary assembled buildings, fittings, structures, furniture, furniture, and fixtures. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The inventor has previously been involved in the development of a similar case.
In summary, as shown in FIG. 17, the main material is composed of two elongated members (100) and (100), and both (200) and (200). It consists of a scraping portion (301) on the upper side of both sides and a round hole (302) directly below, while the joint beam has two through holes (101) and (102) at both ends of two elongated members, respectively. First, a bolt (401) is passed through the upper through hole (101) of the two elongated members, and a nut (500) is attached. An appropriate gap is created, and the bolt portion is connected to the bolt receiving portion (301) of the metal fitting. And temporarily tightened, then insert a second bolt (402) into the circular hole (302) immediately below through the through hole (102) at the bottom of the elongated material, tighten the nut (500), and then tighten the nut sequentially. Met.
However, in practice, subtle horizontal and vertical distortions occur between the columns and beams, or between the beams, and as the man-hours increase, the accumulation of the distortions increases the round holes (302) in the lower joint hardware and the corresponding elongated materials. Affects the through hole (102), a step is generated between them, and the second bolt (402) does not pass or does not go smoothly.
Furthermore, since the load is directly applied to the screw portion (403) of the bolt, the re-screwing operation such as unscrewing due to frictional friction is not smooth.
In addition, defects such as buckling of the open portion (303) of the hardware due to excessive tightening of the bolt and nut were pointed out.
In addition, the protrusion of the hexagon bolt nut narrows the range of application, and the monotonousness of deployment by combining only elongated materials is also considered to be a factor that hinders development.
