Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a nose (sannabana), which is a building member for performing makeup on a fitting portion of a roofing material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, vertical roofing materials have been proposed in which a plurality of roofing materials are connected and roofed in a lateral direction (for example, in the direction of a wife) on a roof foundation such as a field board. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), this vertically-roofed roofing material A is a roofing material formed in a substantially flat plate shape or a small corrugated plate shape (a shape having a repeating pattern of concave and convex at the same interval and continuous). The fitting portion extends over substantially the entire length of one side end of the main body 1 (an end arranged substantially in parallel to the inclination direction of the roof base 4 and, for example, an end parallel to the eaves ridge direction of the roof). 2 is formed so as to protrude upward, and the fitted portion 3 is formed so as to protrude upward over substantially the entire length of the other side end of the roofing material main body 1. The fitting portion 2 is formed, for example, in a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section, and the fitted portion 3 can be formed, for example, in a substantially inverted V-shaped cross section. The fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 are provided upright in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface direction of the roofing material main body 1. The roofing material A can be formed using a corrosion-resistant metal plate, for example, a coated steel plate or a plated steel plate.
[0003]
The vertical roofing material A formed as described above can be constructed as follows. First, the vertical roofing material A (fitting part) B is fitted into the fitted portion 3 of the vertical roofing material A from the upper side by pressing and engaging the vertical roofing material A with the fitting. A plurality of fixing devices B for roofing materials are attached to predetermined portions of the part 3. Next, the vertically-roofed roofing material A is placed on the roof foundation 4 such as a field board so that the roof slope is substantially parallel to the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3. Next, by fixing each fixing device B for vertical roofing materials attached to the vertical roofing material A to the roof foundation 4 with nails or screws, the vertical roofing material is fixed via a plurality of fixing devices B. A is attached to the roof base 4.
[0004]
Next, another vertical roofing material A other than this is connected to the vertical roofing material A fixed to the roof foundation 4. When connecting another vertical roofing material A to the vertical roofing material A on the roof foundation 4, the fitting portion of the vertical roofing material A fixed to the roof foundation 4 as shown in FIG. The fitting portion 2 of another roofing material A is placed on the roof 3 from above, and a force is applied to the fitting portion 2 from above, so that the fitting portion 2 of the other roofing material A is placed on the roof foundation 4. The roofing material A fixed to the roof foundation 4 by being fitted to the fitted portion 3 of the roofing material A fixed to the roof and the fixing device B for the roofing material fitted thereto. Can be connected to the inside of the fitting portion 2 of another roofing material A to connect the roofing materials A with each other. Thereafter, the above-described series of operations are repeatedly performed to lay a plurality of vertically roofing members A on the roof foundation 4, thereby forming a roof as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7, reference numeral 20 denotes a waterproof sheet laid on the roof foundation 4, reference numeral 21 denotes an arabesque attached to the eaves end of the roof foundation 4, and both the waterproof sheet 20 and the arabesque 21 are the roof foundation 4 And the vertical roof material A.
[0005]
In the vertical roof material A connected as described above, an eave opening 5 is formed at the eave-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 of the adjacent vertical roof material A. However, a nose is attached to close and close the eaves opening 5.
[0006]
Conventionally, there are an external type and an internal type as a nose. The external type nose C ′ is formed by projecting a mounting piece 9 toward the rear at the peripheral end of the surface plate 6. When attaching the nose C ′ to the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3, first, as shown in FIG. At the eaves-side end of the roofing material A, a cut 22 is made at the boundary between the roofing material body 1 and the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3. Next, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the eaves-side end of the roofing material main body 1 is folded down so as to grab the eaves-side end of the arabesque 21. As a result, the eave-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 projects toward the eaves side from the roofing material main body 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 10B, the nose C ′ is brought closer to the fitting portion from the eaves side, and the eave-side end of the fitting portion is fitted inside the mounting piece 9 of the nose C ′. Put in. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10 (c), a fastener 23 such as a screw is driven from the outside of the mounting piece 9 to the fitting portion 2 to fit the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 together. The nose C 'can be fixedly attached to the eaves end of the part.
[0007]
On the other hand, the internal type nose C 'is formed by erecting the surface plate 6 on the upper surface of the bottom plate 8 and projecting the mounting piece 9 rearward at the peripheral end of the surface plate 6. . When attaching the nose C ′ to the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3, first, as shown in FIG. The fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 are cut off at the eaves-side end of the vertically-roofed roofing material A protruding from the roof. Next, as shown in FIG. 11B, the bottom plate 8 of the nose C ′ is inserted into the gap between the arabesque 21 and the roofing material main body 1 from the eaves side, and the mounting piece 9 of the nose C ′ is connected to the fitting portion. The nose C 'is fitted into the eaves opening 5 by being inserted into the eaves opening 5. Next, as shown in FIG. 11B, the eaves-side end of the roofing material main body 1 is turned downward so that the eaves-side end of the arabesque 21 is grasped. Thereby, the gap between the arabesque 21 and the roofing material main body 1 is closed, so that the bottom plate 8 does not come off. In this manner, the nose C ′ can be fixed and attached to the eaves-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned nose C ′, when a load is applied to the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 at the time of snow or the like and the load is deformed, the nose C ′ comes off from the eave opening 5 or falls off. There was something. In particular, in the case of the external type nose C ′, the portion fixed by the fixture 23 was easily cracked due to the load due to snowfall or the like, and it was easy to fall off. Further, in the case of the internal type nose C ′, the eaves-side end of the fitting part 2 and the fitting part 3 must be cut off, and there is a problem that the construction is troublesome.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is possible to prevent the roof from being easily detached from the eaves opening of the fitting part of the fitting part of the vertical roofing material and the fitting part of the fitting part, and to perform the construction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a nose that does not require much labor.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The nose C according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a fitting portion 2 formed at one end of the roof material main body 1 and a fitted portion 3 formed at the other end of the roof material main body 1. And a surface plate 6 for closing the eaves opening 5 at the eaves-side end of the bottom plate 8 placed on the roof foundation 4, the nose C being attached to the eaves opening 5 at the fitting portion. A support plate (7) inserted into the fitting portion and supporting the fitting portion is provided upright on the bottom plate (8), and the supporting plate (7) supports the periphery of the eaves opening (5) at the fitting portion. Thus, deformation of the eaves opening 5 due to snow accumulation can be prevented, and the nose C can be prevented from coming off or falling off from the eaves opening 5. In addition, the nose C can be attached without cutting off the eaves-side end of the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3, so that the construction can be performed without any trouble.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0013]
1A to 1D show an example of a nose C of the present invention. The nose C is formed by punching a metal plate having high corrosion resistance such as a stainless steel plate into a shape as shown in FIG. 4, for example, and bending the same (the bent portion is indicated by a dotted line). The nose C is constituted by a pair of nose halves 10 connected left and right. The nose half 10 is a flat bottom half 11, a front half 12 projecting upward from the front end (eave side end) of the bottom half 11, and one of the bottom half 11. And a substantially wedge-shaped support plate 7 projecting upward from the side end of the support plate 7. Of the two support plates 7, one support plate 7 has a locking hole 30 penetrating in the thickness direction, and the other support plate 7 has a locking piece 31 formed by cutting and raising. I have. A plurality of insertion pieces 13 are protruded rearward from the peripheral end of the face plate half 12, and are attached to the peripheral end of the face plate half 12 so as to be longer than the insert 13. A piece 9 protrudes rearward. The pair of nose halves 10 are integrated by connecting the rear ends of the support plates 7 by the main part 14 and connecting the two support plates 7 with the outer surfaces thereof joined together. The two support plates 7 are joined by inserting the locking piece 31 of the other support plate 7 into the locking hole 30 of the one support plate 7 and bending and folding the locking hole 30 to lock the locking piece 31. (This is called stitching). Further, by integrating the pair of nose halves 10, the bottom plate halves 11 are arranged side by side to form the bottom plate 8, and the surface plate halves 12 are arranged side by side to form the dividable surface plate 6. Things. Therefore, the surface plate 6 is formed so as to protrude upward at the front end of the bottom plate 8, and the two support plates 7 face upward so as to pass through the substantially central portion of the bottom plate 8. It is formed to protrude. In addition, the position of the main part 14 may be the lower end of the support plate 7 or the upper end of the support plate 7, or the nose half 10 may be completely divided without providing the main part 14. .
[0014]
The nose C thus formed is constructed in the same manner as in the prior art, and the fitting portion 2 of the vertical roofing material A and the fitting portion of the other vertical roofing material A adjacent thereto are fitted. It is attached to an eaves opening 5 formed at the eaves-side tip of the fitting portion with the eaves 3. In other words, first, as shown in FIG. 2A, at the eaves-side end of the vertically-roofed roofing material A protruding toward the eaves side from the arabesque 21, the roofing material main body 1, the fitting portion 2, and the fitted portion 3 are provided. A cut 22 is made at the boundary portion between. Next, the eaves-side end of the roofing material main body 1 is turned downward so that the eaves-side end of the arabesque 21 is grasped. As a result, the eave-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 projects toward the eaves side from the roofing material main body 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the nose C is brought closer to the fitting portion from the eaves side, and the support plate 7, the mounting piece 9, the insertion piece 13, and the bottom plate 8 of the nose C are fitted together. The surface plate 6 is inserted into the eave opening 5 while being inserted inside the eave-side end of the portion. Further, the bottom plate 8 of the nose C is positioned below the lower surface opening of the fitting portion, and the rear end of the bottom plate 8 (the end opposite to the side where the surface plate 6 is provided) is placed on the arabesque 21. Place on. Here, the support plate 7 inserted inside the fitting portion is erected substantially perpendicularly to the surface direction of the roofing material main body 1 and the surface direction (inclination direction) of the roof foundation 4. Thereafter, a fixing tool 23 such as a screw (screw screw) is driven from the outside of the fitting portion 2 to the mounting piece 9 and the support plate 7. The fixing tool 23 is driven from both sides in the longitudinal direction (the eaves ridge direction) of the fitting portion. In this way, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the nose C can be fixedly attached to the eaves-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3.
[0015]
According to the present invention, the peripheral edge of the eaves opening 5 of the fitting portion is inserted by the support plate 7 inserted inside the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 of the adjacent roofing material A. By supporting, the deformation of the eaves opening 5 due to snow (freezing) can be prevented, and the nose C can be prevented from coming off or falling off from the eaves opening 5. In addition, the nose C can be attached without cutting off the eaves-side end of the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3, and it is possible to reduce the time and effort required for the construction. It can be performed quickly, does not require skilled work, and can be finished more beautifully. In addition, the eaves opening 5 in the above-mentioned fitting portion tends to open, and in particular, a fixed-type seal packing is interposed between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3, or the vertical roof material A is formed of a stainless steel plate. However, in the present invention, the surface plate 6, the support plate 7, and the bottom plate 8 are formed in accordance with the shape of the eaves opening 5 which is not opened in the present invention. While correcting the shape of the open eaves opening 5 with the nose C, the nose C can be attached to the eaves opening 5, and the appearance of the roof can be improved. Further, in the nose C of the present invention, the lower surface opening of the eave-side end of the fitting portion protruding from the eave-side end of the roofing material main body 1 can be closed by the bottom plate 8 of the nose C, and Aesthetic appearance and strength can be improved. Further, by placing the rear end of the bottom plate 8 of the nose C on the arabesque 21, the nose C can be supported by the arabesque 21 and the mounting strength of the nose C can be increased. is there.
[0016]
Also, the nose C of the present invention can be particularly suitably used in the descending valley portion 40 of the ridge roof 45 as shown in FIG. The descending valley portion 40 of the ridge roof 45 is a portion formed between the two adjacent roofs 41, 41 and inclined downward in the direction of the eaves ridge, and the vertical roofing material A laid on the roofs 41, 41 Is located such that the eaves-side end descends and faces the valley portion 40. Then, as shown in FIG. 8B, the eaves-side end of the roofing material body 1 of the vertically-roofed roofing material A facing the descending valley portion 40 is cut and finished obliquely along the slope of the descending valley portion 40. The fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 is cut in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. If it is attempted to attach a conventional internal type nose C ′ to the eaves-side end of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 in such a descending valley portion 40, the bottom plate of the nose C ′ 8 could disturb the eaves-side end of the roofing material main body 1 from being folded back downward, and installation was not possible. Is folded down, and then the eaves-side opening 5 of the fitting portion between the fitting portion 2 and the fitted portion 3 is attached to the eaves-side opening 5. Can be easily attached without disturbing.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, the two support plates 7 are connected by the locking of the locking holes 30 and the locking pieces 31. However, instead of locking by the locking holes 30 and the locking pieces 31, As shown in FIGS. 9A to 9D, both support plates 7 may be connected by an opening stopper 15 such as a screw or an eyelet (punch).
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
