Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shelter suitable for connecting and installing a plurality of roofs in a passage or a garage, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a structure of a conventionally known shelter, it is well known to provide a girder auxiliary material for mounting a roof. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Hei 7-21858, a roof integrally molded with resin is mounted on a beam. A structure in which independent shelters are connected is disclosed. In addition, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-95405 discloses a structure in which a roof panel is fixed and connected via an attachment attached to a roof panel receiving portion. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional shelter, for example, in a continuous structure of an independent shelter in which a roof integrally molded with resin is attached to a beam, the number of pillars and the like is increased, cost is high, workability is poor, and a sense of unity is obtained. There is a problem that it is difficult to provide a design with a certainty. Further, in a structure in which the roof panels are fixedly connected via an attachment attached to the roof panel receiving portion, a different girder auxiliary material is used depending on whether the roof is connected continuously or separately. There are problems that the number of points is increased, cost is high, and workability is poor, and solving these problems has been a conventional problem.
[0004]
[Object of the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has an object to provide a shelter that can be easily connected continuously, has good workability, and has a good appearance that can reduce costs. And
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The shelter according to claim 1 of the present invention has a roof, a plurality of pillars, a girder connecting upper ends of the pillars, an upper end surface of the pillars, and a fixation along the upper surface longitudinal direction of the girder, and A girder auxiliary member having a vertical groove-shaped substantially groove-shaped mounting groove that opens upward in the longitudinal direction, and a lower end portion of the roof has an inclined surface on one side of the vertical cross-section substantially rectangular-shaped mounting groove of the girder auxiliary material. It has a lower end surface that is inclined at substantially the same downward slope, is mounted and fixed on one side of the mounting groove, and the other side of the mounting groove having a substantially rectangular cross section has a lower end. The configuration in which the portion is a fixing portion for the lower end surface of another roof having a down slope substantially the same as the inclined surface on the other side of the mounting groove is a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problem.
[0006]
The shelter according to claim 2 of the present invention is a roof, a plurality of pillars, a girder connecting upper ends of the pillars, an upper end surface of the pillars, and fixed along the upper surface longitudinal direction of the girder, and A girder auxiliary member having a vertical groove-shaped substantially groove-shaped mounting groove that opens upward in the longitudinal direction, and a lower end portion of the roof has an inclined surface on one side of the vertical cross-section substantially rectangular-shaped mounting groove of the girder auxiliary material. It has a lower end surface inclined at substantially the same downward slope and is fixed to one inclined surface on one side of the mounting groove, and the other inclined surface on the other side of the mounting groove having a substantially rectangular cross section of the girder auxiliary material is different. Of the roof or rain gutter is a fixed portion that can be selectively attached.
[0007]
In the shelter according to the present invention, the other end of the roof whose one end is attached to one side of the attachment groove by the above-described configuration is fixed to a column and a girder provided on the other end by the same configuration as the one end. This includes cases where there is a case, and cases where the structure is locked and fixed to another skeleton or the like. The shelter of the present invention includes a simple building such as a passage roof or a garage.
[0008]
Effect of the Invention
In the invention as set forth in claim 1, the girder auxiliary member is fixed along the upper end surface of the column and the upper surface longitudinal direction of the girder, and has a substantially rectangular vertical cross-section opening upward in the longitudinal direction of the upper surface. The lower end of the roof has a lower end surface that is inclined at substantially the same downward slope as one side of the mounting groove having a substantially rectangular shape in vertical section of the girder auxiliary member. Because it is fixed to the slope on the side, when installing the roof, it is only necessary to place the bottom end of the roof on the slope on one side of the mounting groove and fix it, so the workability is good, and the vertical cross-section is approximately rectangular Since the lower end of the other side of the mounting groove is fixed to the lower end of another roof with the same downward slope as the other side of the mounting groove, a shelter with a continuous roof is installed. In this case, it is only necessary to place and fix the lower end surface of another roof to be connected to the slope on the other side of the mounting groove. Rui because additional such pillars is required, continuously arranged in the roof easily performed, and, a great advantage that the number of members can be reduced cost reduction is obtained.
[0009]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the inclined surface on the other side of the mounting groove having a substantially rectangular cross section of the girder auxiliary member is a fixing portion to which another roof or rain gutter can be selectively attached, the roof can be used. In the case of continuous installation, the same operation and effect can be obtained since the structure is the same as that of claim 1. When the roof is installed independently, the other inclined surface of the mounting groove is selected by installing a rain gutter. Since it is free, a new auxiliary member for attaching the rain gutter is not required, so that a great effect that the number of members is small and the cost can be reduced can be obtained.
[0010]

[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the shelter in the case where the roof and the roof are connected in parallel is provided as described above to constitute the continuous roof, and therefore, the pillars 3 and 3 supporting the two roofs 2 and 2 (8) and Since only one girder 4 can be used, the number of members is reduced, and the structure for mounting the roof is simple, so that the operation of assembling the shelter can be facilitated. Although the above configuration has been described in detail for the portion B on the line AA in FIG. 5, other configurations such as the portion E and the portion F in FIG. 5 have the same configuration.
[0015]
Next, the structure of the shelter 1 when there is no continuous roof, that is, in the case of a single roof, will be described in detail. The shelter 1 in this case is as shown in FIG. 1 on both right and left ends and FIG. 3. The structure of the roof 2 and the mounting of the roof 2 with the pillars 3 and the girder 4 via the girder auxiliary members 5 are the above-described roofs. It is the same as that described in detail when the roof and the roof are connected in parallel, and the description is omitted. When the roof and the roof are connected in parallel, the lower surface of the girder auxiliary member 5, which fixes the lower end of the roof 8 opposing and connected to each other, has an inclined surface on the other side of the substantially rectangular V-shaped mounting groove 51. Reference numeral 51b is a fixed part that can selectively attach the rain gutter 7 instead of another roof 8 when the roof and the roof are connected in parallel. The lower end of one end is placed on the other end of the inclined surface 51 b of the mounting groove 51 of the material 5, and the other end is the lower end of the rafter 22 of the roof 2 along the upper longitudinal direction of the mounting groove 51 of the girder auxiliary material 5. A rain gutter 7 fixedly attached to the roof 2 is provided to collect and discharge rainwater received by the roof 2.
[0016]
Therefore, as described above, according to the present invention, in both cases where the roof 2 is continuously provided, when the roof 2 is not provided continuously (in the case of a single roof), the columns 3 supporting the roof 2 The girder 4 and the girder auxiliary member 5 can be handled by using a common member. Although the above configuration has been described in detail for the portion C on the line AA in FIG. 5, the same configuration also applies to the G portion and the H portion in FIG.
[0017]
Next, FIG. 4 in which the roof 2 is combined in a complicated manner, that is, the configuration of the portion D in FIG. 5 will be described in detail. The shelter 1 in FIG. 4 has a roof 2 of a rectangular roof shelter and a part of a roof 8 of a shelter with a triangular roof connected in series. The structures of the roofs 202, 802, the pillars 3, the girder 4, the girder auxiliary members 501, 502, and the connecting rain gutter 6 or the rain gutters 71, 72 of the roof part are the same as those described above, and therefore, the details are omitted.
[0018]
In FIG. 4, the roof 801 on the connecting part side of the triangular roof shelter partly connected to the roof 201 on the connecting part side of the rectangular roof shelter has a slope at the lower end provided on the girder auxiliary member 501 on the other side. The roof 802 on the single side of the triangular roof shelter is fixed to the surface 501b, and is fixed to the one side inclined surface 501a provided on the girder auxiliary member 501 at the lower end portion continuously to the roof 801. On the other hand, the roof 201 on the side of the connecting part of the square roof shelter shares the girder auxiliary member 501 with the roof 801 of the triangular roof shelter, and is fixed at the lower end to the other inclined surface 501b provided on the girder auxiliary member 501. It is. In addition, the roof 202 on the single-unit side of the rectangular roof shelter is continuous with the roof 201 on the connecting portion, and the girder auxiliary member 502 for fixing the lower end of the roof 202 is at the tip end, that is, of the rectangular roof shelter. It is connected to the girder auxiliary member 501 at the corner portion. The roof 802 of the single roof of the triangular roof shelter has its lower end fixed to the inclined surface 501a on one side of the girder auxiliary member 501, and the rain gutter 71 is attached to the lower end of the roof 802 and the inclined surface on the other side of the girder auxiliary member 501. The roof 202 of the single roof part of the rectangular roof shelter has its lower end fixed to the inclined surface 502a on one side of the girder auxiliary member 502, and the rain gutter 72 is attached to the lower end of the roof 202 and the girder auxiliary member 502. Is attached to the other inclined surface 502b. As shown in FIG. 4, in the abutting portion of the girder auxiliary member 502 with the girder auxiliary member 501, the tip of the girder auxiliary member 502 is angle-cut into a convex V-shape of 45 ° left and right and 45 °. Is provided with a notch cut into 45 ° left and right and 45 ° concave V-shape on the other inclined surface 501b side from the center point of the butting portion. The convex V-shaped tip of the member 502 is abutted and fixed, and the rain gutters 71 and 72 respectively extend along the concave V-shaped notch of the girder auxiliary member 501 and the convex V-shaped end of the girder auxiliary member 502. The rain gutter 71 and the rain gutter 72 are continuously provided at a right angle at the abutting portion.
[0019]
Except for the part D in FIG. 5 described above, for example, in the case of the corner part of a single shelter having a square roof, as in the part M in FIG. 5, the lower ends of the roofs abut each other at a right angle at the corner part. A 45 ° angle cut is applied to each tip of the girder auxiliary members 5 and 5 for fixing the lower ends of the roofs 2 and the gutters 7 and 7 for fixing the lower ends of the roofs 2 and 2 and the girder auxiliary members 5 and 5. By abutting and fixing the tips, the girder auxiliary members 5, 5 and the rain gutters 7, 7 are continuous at right angles at the corner abutting portions. In other parts, for example, the J section, the K section, and the L section in FIG. 5, the form of the shelter connection and the member abutment are different from each other. In addition, it is possible to realize various combinations of roofs while sharing columns, girders, and girder auxiliary materials.
[0020]
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the embodiments. However, since the girder is composed of the main body portion and the auxiliary material portion, the structures of the main structural portions (columns, girders, beams) of the combined shelters are common. By using the girder auxiliary material for various roof variations, it is possible to obtain a remarkable effect that it is possible to simplify the structure of the member and to apply it to a shelter having a complicated roof form.
[0021]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the form of the shelter to which the present invention can be applied is not limited to the above-described square roof, triangular roof, and shelter of the R roof. For example, a hexagon roof, a ridge type, a gable type, etc. The present invention is applicable, and the form of the roof is not limited to the panel roof, but can be applied to a folded roof, a tiled roof, and the like. In the combination of roofs, the angle of the butted portion between the roofs is not limited to a right angle.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the shelter according to claim 1 of the present invention has the above-described configuration, so that the workability is good, the roof can be easily connected, the number of members is small, and the cost can be reduced. A great effect can be obtained. In the shelter according to the second aspect of the present invention, the same operation and effect as those of the first aspect can be obtained when the roof is continuously provided, and when installing the roof alone, a new gutter for mounting the gutter can be obtained. The above-mentioned auxiliary member is unnecessary, so that a great effect that the number of members is small and the cost can be reduced can be obtained.
