Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a snow-melting block for a curb installed on a boundary between a sidewalk and a roadway of a road or a median strip to melt snow on a road surface by spraying water.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
In general, a snow-melting road that melts snow on the road surface by water sprinkling has a groove in the center of the road, a water pipe (snow-melting pipe) at the bottom of the groove, and a sprinkling nozzle connected to the water pipe at appropriate intervals. The concrete is placed in the groove so that the water spout (upper surface portion) of the water sprinkling nozzle is exposed on the road surface. However, since the above construction deteriorates traffic conditions on the road, in order to shorten the construction period, a snow removal block in which a water pipe and a water spray nozzle serving as a water supply pipe buried in the trench are integrated with concrete or the like is prepared in advance. It is known that the blocks are buried in trenches dug in the road and the blocks are connected to form a snow-free road (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-13459, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-25831, JP-A-2-2618).
[0003]
Further, in the snow removal road using the conventional snow removal block, the snow removal block is buried in the center of the road. For this reason, during installation work and repair work, traffic on the road is inconvenient, and work is performed in the middle of running of the vehicle, so that work is performed in an environment where vehicle accidents are likely to occur. For this reason, the applicant of the present application has previously proposed a snow-absorbing block which is disposed on a sidewalk curb instead of being installed on a roadway and has a block-side water discharge structure (registered utility model 300002246).
[0004]
By the way, a green belt is provided at a road median strip, a boundary between a road and a sidewalk, and the like. These green belts are planted and naturally have irrigation facilities. That is, a snow-melting road and a road with a green belt require a snow-melting pipe and an irrigation water pipe, which are separately constructed and installed.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention proposes a snow-elimination block and a snow-elimination road capable of performing piping work for snow-elimination water and irrigation water at the same time.
[0006]
[Means to solve the problem]
The snow-absorbing block according to the present invention is characterized in that two water supply pipes are penetrated in the longitudinal direction in a rod-shaped block body formed of concrete, and pipe connection portions are provided at both ends of each water supply pipe. In addition to connecting the watering nozzle body at appropriate intervals, the watering direction of the watering nozzle body connected to one water supply pipe and the watering direction of the other watering nozzle body are incorporated so that they are different on the left and right in the longitudinal direction of the block body It is characterized by the following.
[0007]
Therefore, when the snow-absorbing blocks are connected to each other and used as a curb block at a median strip or a sidewalk boundary, two water supply paths are formed in the block, and a watering nozzle body is provided to spray water right and left in the block longitudinal direction. Therefore, a water supply pipe line for watering on the roadway side and a water supply pipe line for planting are formed at the same time, and water can be supplied to a predetermined pipe system as needed, so that snow removal or irrigation can be realized.
[0008]
Further, in the snow removal block of the present invention, a water supply pipe is further provided in the longitudinal direction left and right parallel to each other, a water discharge part of a watering nozzle body connected to one water supply pipe is arranged on the side of the block, and connected to the other water supply pipe. The water discharge part of the watering nozzle body is arranged on the upper surface of the block, and the snow removal road according to the present invention connects the snow removal block so that a water supply pipe of an adjacent block communicates with the snow removal block. Connect and use as the curb of the road median strip or the sidewalk boundary with the green belt, and arrange the side where the water discharge section of the watering nozzle body is provided especially on the roadway side, and connect each of the two systems in the communicating block The water supply pipeline is connected to a separately installed water supply facility via a switching valve.
[0009]
Therefore, the watering from the watering nozzle on the side surface of the block is efficiently used for snow removal, and the watering from the watering nozzle body provided on the upper surface can be efficiently sprayed to the planting plant for irrigation from a high position.
[0010]
Embodiment
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The main body 1 of the snow-absorbing block A shown in the embodiment has an appropriate length to be a curb of a sidewalk curb or a median strip (a structure that is shorter than a snow-absorbing block installed at the center of a road that is frequently used. Is formed of a concrete body. In addition, reinforcing bars are incorporated as required.
[0011]
The block main body 1 is provided with two watering pipes, i.e., a snowmelting pipe and an irrigation pipe, each including a water pipe 2 and a watering nozzle 3. 2b is provided in the longitudinal direction of the block main body 1 so as to penetrate therein. One end is protruded to form connection protrusions 21a and 21b, and the other end is connected with the connection protrusions 21a and 21b. It is provided with socket connecting portions 22a and 22b.
[0012]
The water spray nozzle 3a of the snow removal pipe is provided with a water discharge portion on one side surface of the block main body 1, and is connected to the water supply pipe 2a in a non-projecting state in a concave portion 11 formed on the side surface of the block 1. It is provided with a predetermined watering function.
[0013]
That is, instead of atomizing water spray, it is a nozzle that sprays water, determines the water discharge distance according to the road surface condition, determines the water discharge direction, has multiple water outlets, equipment that can adjust the water discharge direction, If necessary, a commercially available device having a desired function is employed.
[0014]
The watering nozzle 3b of the irrigation pipe is provided on the upper surface 12 of the block main body 1 on the side opposite to the equipment side of the watering nozzle 3a, and the upper surface 12 is formed lower than the other upper surface 13 provided with a step. Then, the top of the watering nozzle 3b does not protrude more than the other upper surface 13.
[0015]
The watering nozzle 3b is a so-called irrigation nozzle, and employs a nozzle that sprays mist-like water at a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction so that water is properly sprayed in a range where irrigation is required. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, when the nozzle 3 b including the top watering control part 31 for determining the watering range and the watering height is employed, even if the same block is used, the replacement of the watering control part 31 is not required. Various irrigation conditions can be selected.
[0016]
The snow-absorbing block is provided with a water-sprinkling nozzle 3 for snow removal so as to surround the boundary between the road and the sidewalk to be a snow-free road and the green belt B at the median strip. The water supply pipes 2a and 2b of the adjacent blocks are connected and installed with the side faces. Further, the ends of the water supply pipes 2a and 2b are connected to a water supply facility D via a switching valve C for switching water supply to each pipe.
[0017]
The water supply facility D is a facility that can supply groundwater as snow-melting water, or a facility that can supply water that can melt snow, and a facility that can supply irrigation water such as river water. It is.
[0018]
Therefore, during the snowfall season in winter, water is supplied to the snow-melting pipe, snow-melting water is sprayed from the water-sprinkling nozzle 3a on the side surface of the block body 1 to perform snow-melting on the road, and at other times, the irrigation pipe is used. By supplying irrigation water to the road, irrigation for planting in the green belt B is performed.
[0019]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and is a block body provided with a two-system pipe and a watering nozzle, and the material of the pipe and the specific structure of the watering nozzle have the required functions. Any structure can be adopted as long as it is provided, and the specific structure of the water pipe connecting portion at the end of the block is also arbitrarily determined. Also, the switching valve hot water supply equipment is appropriately determined.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a snow-melting block in which two water supply pipes are penetrated in the longitudinal direction inside a rod-shaped block body formed of concrete, and a watering nozzle for watering in left and right different directions is incorporated. In addition, the block and a water supply pipe of an adjacent block are connected and connected so as to communicate with each other, and used as a curb at a green belt boundary such as a road median strip. A two-system pipe having a snow-melting function and an irrigation function can be easily constructed on a snow-melting road connected to a separately installed water supply facility via a switching valve.
