Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a configuration of an inkjet head of an inkjet recording apparatus that forms a desired image by ejecting ink onto a printing surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, by laminating and bonding a plurality of thin flat plates in which a space is formed in advance by etching or the like, the spaces are connected to each other, and an ink flow path such as a manifold flow path, a pressure chamber or a nozzle is formed. The technology of an ink jet head configured to be formed inside is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Here, in order to respond to recent demands for higher resolution and higher image quality of the ink jet recording apparatus, the above-mentioned ink flow path has been complicated and highly integrated, and from this viewpoint, the ink jet head is constituted. It is necessary to position and bond the flat plates with high precision without positional deviation.
In other words, if there is a misalignment at the time of bonding, the ink flow path will be narrowed at the seam where the flat plate is misaligned. There is an adverse effect that injection becomes impossible.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a configuration of an ink jet head that can easily determine whether or not flat plates are laminated and bonded at an accurate position.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem will be described.
[0006]
That is, in the ink jet head formed by laminating a plurality of flat plates, a circular hole whose center coincides with each other is formed in each of the plurality of flat plates so as to penetrate in the plate thickness direction. The configuration is such that, when the flat plates are stacked, the outline of the circular hole formed in each flat plate is visible from one side of the inkjet head.
[0007]
In
[0008]
In claim 3, each of the plurality of flat plates is formed with a circular hole having a diameter larger than that of a flat plate adjacent to the flat plate on a side far from the one side.

In addition, since each of the positional deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 is a circular hole, the center position of the hole can be easily and accurately obtained from the outline. Therefore, for example, by taking images of the position deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 from the printing surface side and performing image processing on the image data, the center positions of the respective position deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 are automatically obtained, and It is also easy to calculate the amount of misalignment at the time of lamination of Nos. To 29 as a numerical value. Accordingly, the configuration is also suitable for a case where it is desired to perform numerical management on the positional deviation of the
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the misalignment confirmation holes 71 to 79 are formed by etching. This is because the etching method itself is simple. In the present embodiment, the etching is also used when the ink flow paths such as the pressure chamber 34, the throttle section 32, and the
In addition, since the etching rate is easily changed by conditions such as the concentration and temperature of the etching solution, it is difficult to control the etching amount accurately and accurately, and as a result, the size of the position deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 (ie, The diameters D 71 , D 72 ,...) Have some variation. However, since the center positions of the positional deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 are not displaced due to a change in the etching conditions, the positional deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 can be formed at accurate positions. Can be accurately determined.
[0027]
Although the embodiments have been described above, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, each of the misalignment confirmation holes 71 to 79 is configured to have a larger diameter as the position is closer to the printing surface. Conversely, the diameter increases as the distance from the printing surface increases. It may be constituted so that it becomes. In this case, the configuration is such that the outline of each of the positional deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 can be visually recognized from the side opposite to the printing surface.
The method for forming the positional deviation confirmation holes 71 to 79 is not limited to the above-described etching, and any other appropriate method such as press working can be used.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
[0029]
As described in
Since the circular holes of each flat plate can be visually recognized simultaneously from one side of the ink jet head, the positional deviation at the time of laminating the flat plates can be easily confirmed as the central deviation of the circular holes.
In addition, since the hole is a circular hole, the center position of the hole can be easily and accurately obtained from the outline. Therefore, for example, it is easy to perform image processing on the image data photographed from the one side, automatically obtain the center position of each circular hole, and calculate the positional deviation amount of the flat plate as a numerical value.
[0030]
As described in
The circular hole can be formed by an easy method. In addition, when the ink flow path is formed by etching, the number of steps can be reduced because the circular holes can be simultaneously formed. In addition, since the etching rate is easily affected by conditions such as the concentration of the etching solution and the temperature, it is difficult to control the amount of etching (the size of the circular hole) accurately and accurately, but the center position of the circular hole itself is difficult. Does not shift due to a change in etching conditions. Therefore, the circular hole can be formed at an accurate position with high accuracy, and the positional deviation between the flat plates can be accurately checked.
[0031]
As shown in claim 3, each of the plurality of flat plates has a circular hole having a diameter larger than that of a flat plate adjacent to the flat plate on a side far from the one side,
The outline of each circular hole can be visually recognized from the one side through the circular hole of another flat plate having a larger diameter. Therefore, the above-mentioned effect of
