Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a case fastening structure for closing a case lid so that the case main body cannot be opened and closed, and a case provided with this fastening structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, control boards are mounted on recent gaming machines such as pachislot machines and pachinko machines. On this control board, electronic components such as a ROM for controlling the gaming operation of the entire gaming machine are mounted. Therefore, if this control board is illegally replaced or modified, a large number of medals and pachinko balls may be unfairly acquired, resulting in great damage.
[0003]
In order to prevent such an inappropriate replacement of the control board, the control board is attached to the gaming machine in a state of being sealed in the board case. This substrate case is constituted by a case bottom in which a control substrate is accommodated and a case lid. The control board is housed in the case bottom, covered with the case lid, and the case bottom and the case lid are connected to each other by a fastening pin so as not to be opened, thereby sealing the control board in the board case.
[0004]
Once sealing is performed in this manner, at least a part of the substrate case must be destroyed in order to open the substrate case. That is, it becomes impossible to add work to the control board inside or to take out the control board outside the case without destroying the board case. Therefore, it is possible to identify whether or not the control board has been tampered with by examining whether or not the trace of the substrate case is broken.
[0005]
By the way, the above-mentioned board case is required to be opened for inspection and repair of the control board and closed again after the inspection and repair.
[0006]
That is, the above-described substrate case is repeatedly closed and opened.
[0007]
Therefore, a substrate case for facilitating such closing / opening work is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-34186.
[0008]
The substrate case includes a case bottom for housing the control substrate and a case lid serving as a lid. The case lid is provided with a plurality of lid-side coupling portions, and the case bottom is provided with a plurality of bottom-side coupling portions. Each of the lid-side coupling portions and the bottom-side coupling portion constitutes one set of coupling portions. Constitute. When the board case is closed for the first time, the bottom side coupling part and the lid side coupling part are fastened by closing the board case so that the board case cannot be opened by inserting a fastening pin into one set of coupling parts and engaging them. To do. When the control board needs to be inspected and repaired, the joint portion is cut and the board case is opened, and the control board inside is inspected and repaired. Then, at the time of closing again after the inspection / repair work, a fastening pin is similarly inserted into the next set of connecting portions and closed in a non-openable manner.
[0009]
In this substrate case, the fastening pins are temporarily held in advance in the coupling portions (hereinafter referred to as “unused coupling portions”) used in the following and subsequent (second and subsequent). The temporarily fixed state means, for example, that the fastening pin is not completely pushed into the coupling portion and inserted, but is stopped in the middle of insertion and the fastening pin is held by the lid side coupling portion. By providing such a temporarily fixed state, the fastening pin is prevented from being lost, and the fastening operation of the coupling portion is simplified. In other words, at the time of coupling, it is possible to complete the closing operation of the substrate case and seal the control board with a simple fastening operation by simply pushing the head of the fastening pin that is temporarily fixed into the coupling portion. ing.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to this substrate case, as described above, since the closing operation of the substrate case can be performed with a simple fastening operation by simply pushing the head of the fastening pin in the temporarily fixed state, the temporary fixed state There is a possibility that the fastening pin will be completely inserted into the coupling part by mistake. And once the fastening pin is unnecessarily inserted into the coupling part, that is, when it is mistakenly inserted, the coupling part to be cut when the substrate case is opened increases, and the coupling that can be used at the time of coupling again The part will decrease.
[0011]
Note that such a problem is not limited to the substrate case, but also applies to a general case in which closing is not possible at the time of closing with a fastening pin and the closing and opening are repeated sequentially.
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention can efficiently perform a fastening operation by a fastening pin, and thus a case closing operation, and can prevent erroneous insertion of a fastening pin in a temporarily fixed state, The purpose is to provide this case.
