Description
【0001】

An electrostatic test (investigation of the number of destructions when 20 kV was applied) was performed on this antistatic component and the antistatic component described in Embodiment 1, and the results are shown in Table 2.
[0052]
[Table 2]
[0053]
As shown in (Table 2), it can be seen that the antistatic component of the present embodiment has an improved withstand voltage against an electrostatic pulse as compared with the antistatic component of the first embodiment. This is because, in the first and second embodiments, the shortest part between the

Table 3 shows the results of performing an electrostatic test (investigating the number of destructions when 20 kV is applied) and evaluating 100 antistatic components according to the fourth embodiment manufactured by changing the pressing pressure as described above.
[0064]
[Table 3]
[0065]
As shown in (Table 3), the ESD protection component of the fourth embodiment showed an improvement in the electrostatic pulse resistance compared with the first embodiment without using a press. In particular, a significant effect is seen at 200 kg / cm 2 or more. If the pressing pressure is more than 2000 kg / cm 2 , the printed film of the ceramic paste is undesirably deformed by the pressing.
[0066]
Further, the results of the study on the pressing conditions and the pressing method in addition to the pressing pressure will be described below.
[0067]
First, the press pressure was kept constant at 100 kg / cm 2 , the temperature of the
[0068]
[Table 4]
[0069]
As shown in Table 4, it was found that the resistance to electrostatic pulse was improved by heating the printed film of the ceramic paste at the time of pressing, and a remarkable effect was particularly observed at 50 ° C. or higher. This is considered to be caused by increasing the fluidity of the ceramic powder, the binder, etc. of the printed film of the ceramic paste by increasing the temperature, and acting to increase the density of the ceramic paste film. On the other hand, if the pressing is performed at a temperature higher than 200 ° C., the binder of the ceramic paste film burns and the decomposition reaction starts, which is not preferable.
[0070]
Further, the uniaxial press and the
[0071]
[Table 5]
[0072]
As can be seen from Table 5, by pressing in a reduced-pressure atmosphere, air entrainment at the time of pressing can be prevented, and a ceramic paste film having a higher density can be obtained. Countermeasure parts can be obtained.
[0073]
Furthermore, the results of hydrostatic pressing as a pressing method are shown in (Table 6).
[0074]
[Table 6]
[0075]
As shown in (Table 6), even when a hydrostatic press is used, the withstand pressure is improved by increasing the pressure, and a great effect is obtained particularly at 200 kg / cm 2 or more. If the pressing pressure is more than 2000 kg / cm 2 , the printed film of the ceramic paste is undesirably deformed by the pressing. In addition, the hydrostatic press can exert more isotropic and uniform pressurization, so that it is more effective than a uniaxial press.

Also in the antistatic component according to the fourth embodiment, the
