Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a hanging type which is movably suspended and used to partition a large hall of a building such as a floor or a hall so as to be able to expand or contract, or to open or close an opening of a building such as a window or an entrance. The present invention relates to a planar shield.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of planar shield is used by connecting an upper edge to a runner running on a guide rail attached to a ceiling of a saloon or an upper frame of an opening, and opening and closing the same. When a plurality of planar shields are hung side by side in a saloon or a wide opening, a plurality of guide rails corresponding to the number of planar shields so that the saloon or the opening can be opened widely. Attach them in parallel, hang one sheet of shield for each guide rail, and move them to open the saloon or opening so that they can be put together on one end of the guide rail and cleared. Has become.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When arranging a plurality of planar shields in a saloon or an opening in such a manner, they are moved to partition the saloon, or when closing the opening, the side edges of the planar shields that are closed and overlap with each other. In order not to create a gap between the side and the side edge, make sure that the distance between the guide rails arranged in parallel and the guide rails is half of the total dimension of the side edges and the thickness of the side edges of the overlapping planar shield, Guide rails must be accurately aligned. However, some planar shields, such as curtains, are extremely thin compared to the thickness of the guide rail. When suspending a plurality of thin planar shields in such a manner, a gap corresponding to the difference between the thickness of the guide rail and the thickness of the planar shield is closed with the side edge of the planar shield that overlaps and overlaps. It occurs inevitably between the side edges, it is not possible to partition the saloon without any gaps between them, or to close the opening, and it is not possible to make a plurality of planar shields flush.
[0004]
[Object of the invention]
Therefore, the present invention provides a gap between adjacent planar shields even when a plurality of planar shields extremely thin compared to the thickness of the guide rail are hung side by side like a curtain. It is another object of the present invention to prevent the plurality of sheet-like shields from being aligned on the same plane (on the same plane).
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the suspension type planar shielding device according to the present invention, the two guide rails 51 and 52 are joined with their runner running surfaces facing the runners 61 and 62 facing outward and facing in parallel. The first is that the upper edge 70 is connected to the runners 61 and 62 that run on the two guide rails 51 and 52, and the plurality of planar shields 10, 11, 12, and 13 are movably suspended. The feature of.
[0006]
A second feature of the suspended planar shield device according to the present invention is that, in addition to the above-described first feature, the planar shield 10 has a support rod 40 on the upper edge 70 of the flexible planar member 72. And the flexible planar body 72 is suspended from the support rod 40.
[0007]
A third feature of the suspended planar shield device according to the present invention is that, in addition to any one of the first and second features, a flat plate 63 is sandwiched between the two guide rails 51 and 52. The point is that the two guide rails 51 and 52 are joined via the flat plate 63.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Each of the guide rails 51 and 52 has a C-shaped or U-shaped cross section extending from both edges of the back surface 23 to the side surfaces 24 and 24, and a runner running groove 25 is formed between both side surfaces 24 and 24. A channel-type rail that runs with a runner hooked on groove edges 26 and 27 facing the running groove 25 is mainly used.
[0009]
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a guide rail in which the back surfaces (23, 23) of two channel-type rails 51, 52 face each other and are joined via a flat plate 63. (FIG. 1) and the runner running groove 25 can be used in the vertical direction (vertical direction) (FIG. 2).
[0010]
FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 show a guide rail in which the side surfaces (24 and 24) of two channel type rails 51 and 52 face each other and are joined via a flat plate. It can be used in the front-rear direction (the front and back direction of the planar shield) (FIG. 3), and the runner running groove 25 can be used in the vertical direction (vertical direction) (FIG. 4).
[0011]
The two channel-type rails 51 and 52 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 have the runner running grooves 25 and 25 directed in the same direction, and these runner running grooves 25 and 25 are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. When the channel rails 51 and 52 are turned upside down like the guide rails shown in the drawing and are used in the vertical direction where they are vertically overlapped like the guide rails shown in FIG. 3, the width W becomes narrow. Therefore, the guide rails are not bulky, and the upper edges 70 of the plurality of planar shields 10, 11, 12, and 13 are aligned and horizontally aligned, which is convenient (FIG. 5). In this case, the flat plate 63 sandwiched between the channel-type rails 51 and 52 is bent up and down in an L-shape, and is fixed to the back surfaces 23 of the channel-type rails 51 and 52 with screws.
[0012]
FIG. 6 shows a guide rail in which the back surface 23 and the side surface 24 of two channel type rails 51 and 52 face each other and are joined via a flat plate (not shown). FIG. 7 shows an I-shaped or H-shaped cross section where the flange 32 intersects at both edges of the web 31 or an inverted T-shaped cross section where the flange 32 intersects at one edge of the web 31. 33 shows a guide rail in which a flat plate (63) is sandwiched and joined between webs 31 of two runner exposure type rails 51 and 52 which run while runners 61 and 62 are hooked on 33.
[0013]
The planar shielding body 10 covers the front and back of a flat hard plate body like a door or a sliding door, or the front and back sides of a frame assembled in a lattice form like a shoji, or a cloth or An upper edge 70 of a flexible planar body 72 such as a film is fixed to the rigid support rod 40, and a large number of slats (such as hanging curtains or curtains) or a connecting string suspended from the rigid support rod (72) are used. It can be configured like a blind or a blind by attaching a wing plate. A flexible planar shield (10), such as a drape, curtain, blind, or blind, can also be configured to be opened and closed by lifting cords, such as a Roman siding curtain or a Venetian blind. .
[0014]
One end of the upper edge 70 of the planar shield 10 is connected to a runner 61 running on one guide rail 51 of the two guide rails, and the other end is connected to a runner 62 running on the other guide rail 52. In addition, the planar shields (10, 13) on the end side of the plurality of planar shields 10, 11, 12, 13 suspended in sequence are one of the two guide rails. It may be connected to two runners (60 and 61) running on 51 (52) (FIG. 3).
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the plurality of planar shields 10, 11, 12, and 13 are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, and all of the upper edges 70 have one end in one of two lines. A runner (56) connected to a runner (61) running on one of the guide rails (51), and running on the other one of the two guide rails (52) at the rear end of all the upper edges 70 thereof. Used to open, close, and move by hanging from the ceiling of the saloon or the upper frame of the opening, and pulling it to one side of the guide rail to open the salon or opening As if the body is suspended, the plurality of planar shields 10, 11, 12, and 13 overlap in the front and back directions, so that the hall and the opening can be widely opened. Therefore, even when three or more planar shields are suspended, three or more guide rails corresponding to the number are not required, and the number of guide rails is two regardless of the number of planar shields. In addition, the installation work becomes easy, and the room is not narrowed in proportion to the number of the arranged guide rails and the overlapping planar shields. And even if the sheet-shaped shields are extremely thin compared to the thickness of the guide rails, such as curtains, the sheet-shaped shields adjacent to each other are oblique and overlap in the length direction of the guide rails. It is difficult to form a gap between the sheet and the sheet-like shield, and the plurality of sheet-like shields are aligned on the same plane (in a flush manner), so that an orderly appearance is exhibited. Also, when the two guide rails 51 and 52 are joined via the flat plate 63, the two guide rails are compactly integrated as if two runner running grooves were provided in one rod-shaped member. It is easy to attach to the upper frame or ceiling of the opening, and the implementation of the present invention is simplified.
