TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bamboo tray using raw bamboo and a method for manufacturing the tray.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a document example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-137203 describes a bamboo skin product such as a tray, a box, a rug, and the like formed of a bamboo skin sheet obtained by laminating a plurality of bamboo skins with their fiber directions crossing each other. . Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9-169328 discloses a method in which a thin plate made of wood is used as a material, and after being molded, humidified, pressed at a high pressure while being heated to a higher temperature while being heated to a high temperature by a press machine. The tray to be shaped is described.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The bamboo skin itself is brittle and fragile, and when dried, a black pigment appears, making it unattractive and unsuitable for trays. In addition, wood is considered to be unsuitable because it is easily broken and costs high due to the lamination processing in which only thin plates are bonded. The present invention requires the use of natural bamboo as a material, taking advantage of the original toughness and antibacterial properties of bamboo, and the need to advance the technology of processing raw bamboo to a predetermined thickness and width, and the technology of forming bamboo plate. Is to solve.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A processing means for cutting a bamboo material to a predetermined length and slicing it into a thin plate material, a means for sticking the plate material in a state where the fiber direction crosses the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and further, the plate material is formed into a mold. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tray made of bamboo, characterized in that the tray is formed and processed by applying steam using a pressing means.
[0005]
In order to finish the peeling (PeeLing) completely with a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width, the bamboo material is focused on the development of a peeling machine (shaving machine), and the bamboo material is cut to improve the tearability, which is a drawback of the bamboo material. It relates to a bamboo tray that focuses on the development of blades and eliminates the need for surface processing of bamboo boards.
[0006]
It relates to the manufacture and processing of bamboo trays for various applications.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Based on the embodiments of the present invention based on examples, a method for manufacturing a bamboo tray will be described in detail as shown in the drawings.
[0008]
The present invention is characterized in that two thin plate members made of bamboo material are adhered in a state where the fiber direction crosses the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and this is put in a mold and molded while adding steam. Bamboo tray. (Fig.-1 (7), (8), (9) Fig.-4, Fig.-5)
[0009]
In the process of manufacturing bamboo trays, boil the raw bamboo in a hot water boiled at a high temperature of 160 to 200 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes to make the raw bamboo soft, and evenly use a peeling machine. It is preferable that the bamboo plate is formed by peeling to a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width. (Fig.-1 (3) (4), Fig.-6, Fig.-7)
[0010]
In the manufacturing process of the bamboo tray, when manufacturing a tray for bonding a plurality of bamboo-plate-shaped materials, it is desirable to humidify the material after applying the adhesive and then heat-mold at 100 to 120 degrees during molding. (Fig. 1 (7) / (9) Fig. 4 / Fig. 5)
[0011]
In the bamboo manufacturing process, it is desirable to propose a wide variety of food trays by changing the adhesive according to the application of the food, and the corresponding adhesive related to food ingredients that does not contain moisture uses vegetable starch I do. For foodstuffs containing moisture, it is desirable to use a biodegradable polylactic acid-based film for adhesion. (Fig. 1 (7))
[0012]
Hereinafter, an embodiment based on the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a process diagram of the bamboo tray manufacturing process of the present embodiment.
[0014]
Fig. 1- (1) uses bamboo material with a thickness of 10 mm or more from the base of 2.5 m to 3.0 m from Moso bamboo, Kusunoki bamboo, hemp bamboo, etc. This is a diagram showing the steps performed.
[0015]
FIGS. 1- (2) and (3) show a process in which raw bamboo is heated in a boiling pressure cooker to facilitate peeling.
[0016]
In this process, the raw bamboo, which is the raw material, is boiled in boiling water for 60 minutes to 90 minutes to remove the lye and soften it. (Fig. 1 (3)) This process not only softens the raw bamboo, but can also add other useful fields as food trays. It removes bamboo's sugar, starch, and other miscellaneous goods, and is also effective against insects and fungi, eliminating the need to use insect repellents and fungicides having chemical components. (Fig. 1 (3))
[0017]
FIGS. 1- (4) and FIGS. -6 and -7 are drawing steps in which a bamboo plate is sliced (sheet-shaped) and a front view of a peeling machine.
[0018]
The peeling process is performed while rotating the bamboo. The thickness of the original bamboo sheet is about 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, and the bamboo sheet is taken out to complete the molded bamboo sheet. (Figure-6 ・ Figure-7)
[0019]
Cost reduction can be achieved by using the bamboo sheet as described above.
[0020]
FIGS. 1- (4) and (5) show a process of cutting a bamboo tray into a predetermined size.
[0021]
Regarding the purpose of use as a food tray, a variety of molded sizes and shapes are required depending on the food. (Figure-(10) Rectangular large and small, square large and small, circular large and small, folding box large and small)
[0022]
FIGS. 1- (5) and (6) show a step of drying the bamboo sheet.
[0023]
In this step, natural materials are used as food trays, so that the body is considered to be optimal for better environmental hygiene and the defense is further strengthened. (To strengthen insect and mold control, the raw material sheet is dried and carbonized.)
[0024]
FIG. 1- (7) shows a process in which the fiber directions are vertically and horizontally crossed with each other, and an adhesive is applied to a bamboo plate-like surface to form one bamboo plate.
[0025]
Two layers and two or more sheets of the bamboo plate are adhered at an angle in the fiber direction at a certain angle, and are bonded at a stage after 30 seconds to 50 seconds to complete. Even when the bamboo sheet becomes two or more layers, the optimum balance is obtained when the fiber angle of each layer becomes 85 to 90 degrees, and the elasticity and strength of the stacked two or more sheets are at the highest equilibrium point. Removes, does not deform, and can keep its shape. (Fig. 3)
[0026]
Furthermore, in order to improve the surface condition of the bamboo sheet, sander (file sheet) is applied to perform better surface processing to obtain a beautiful surface condition. (Fig. 1 (8))
[0027]
FIG. 1- (9), FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a molding process of a variety of food trays using a hydraulic machine.
[0028]
The bamboo sheet is formed into a variety of containers by a hydraulic press without breaking natural materials. The molding time is 30 seconds to 60 seconds. (Fig.-1 (9), Fig.-4, Fig.-5)
[0029]
Various types of bamboo trays and bamboo trays sprayed with coating. (Fig. 1 (11))
[0030]
According to the embodiment described above, the implementation method is to take a sheet directly from raw bamboo and connect at least two layers of bamboo plates at an angle in a low cost and simple process without material loss. It becomes a single bamboo board, and a container with outstanding strength and elasticity can be made. (Fig. 2)
[0031]
In any case, since the material is bamboo, incineration after use is, of course, pollution-free because it is naturally decomposed even if buried in the soil, and meets social demands for pollution prevention and environmental protection. Moreover, it is a tray that can be provided at low cost.
[0032]
Please refer to FIGS. It is a figure of the bamboo tray made by the present invention. The container shown in FIG. 3 is formed by pressing a three-layer thin bamboo plate with an adhesive and pressing.
[0033]
By laminating the fibers of each layer at an angle when bonding, a molding effect with better strength and elasticity can be obtained. (Fig. 1 (7))
[0034]
Although the embodiment according to the present invention has been described above, various modifications are possible based on the technical thinking of the present invention. This can prevent the peripheral wall from bending when wrapping the tray containing the food in a wrap. In this embodiment, two sheets are stacked in the case of a bamboo plate, but more sheets may be stacked. (Fig. 1 (7) and Fig. 3)
[0035]
Further, in this embodiment, in order to make use of the original bamboo, the material of the plain wood is used, but it may be colored or coated as appropriate. (Fig. 1 (11))
[0036]
In addition, a biodegradable polylactic acid-based film can be used in place of the conventional adhesive to enhance the waterproofing prevention effect. (Fig. 1 (7))
[0037]
