接ビード部11−2の除去工程が必要となるため工程増

ア部1−1を板状フランジ体3にて押さえるとともに締
結ボルト14にて締付けて固定する。このようにして構
成された接続構造は、ダブルフレア部1−1のシール面
1−1aの断面輪郭湾曲面状の一部が相手配管部品2の
平坦状シール面2−1に環状に線接触した状態となるた

部に設けたストレート管部1−2をダブルフレア部1−
1のシール面1−1aが相手配管部品2の平坦状シール
面に2−1に当接する位置まで内嵌した状態で、当該ダ
ブルフレア部1−1を板状フランジ体3にて押さえると
ともに締結ボルト14にて締付けて固定する。このよう
にして構成された接続構造も、ダブルフレア部1−1の
シール面1−1aの断面輪郭湾曲面状の一部が相手配管
部品2の平坦状シール面2−1に環状に線接触した状態
となるため、シール面圧が高くシール性能が安定する。
さらに、この接続構造の場合は、ストレート管部1−2
の作用により接続時のセンター合わせを簡易迅速にかつ

の一部が相手配管部品の平坦状シール面に環状に線接触
した状態となるため、シール面圧が高くシール性能およ
び耐久性に優れ、確実にして安定した継手強度を確保で
きるという効果が得られる。また、ダブルフレア部の先
端部に短尺のストレート管部を形成し、該ストレート管
部を相手配管部品に内嵌してボルト締結して構成された
ものは、前記効果に加え、ストレート管部の作用により
接続時のセンター合わせを簡易迅速にかつ精度よく行う
ことができる上、偏心(横荷重)に対する耐性をより向
