た。さらに、これらのコストを削減するため必要換気量
を少なめに設定した結果作業員に対する作業環境が悪化

こうした使用者のコスト負担を軽減し、また作業員の働

を設ける (ニ)冷媒液管7より分岐した分岐管10に送液電磁弁

却用熱交換器3の冷媒吸入管4を給気冷却用熱交換器2
に接続し低温の冷媒とフィルター5で浄化された導入外

で室内もしくは庫内に送る。給気冷却熱交換器2を流れ
る冷媒は冷却用熱交換器3で蒸発したあとの低温のガス
体であり、冷却効果が少ない場合には分岐管10に設け
た送液電磁弁8を開き減圧弁9で減圧した冷媒を給気冷
却用熱交換器2の入口に噴射し冷媒の蒸発作用により熱
交換能力を向上させる。この低温の冷媒とフィルター5
で浄化された導入外気とを熱交換し冷却、減湿された空
気を送風ファン6で作業室内、もしくは冷蔵庫、冷凍庫
内に送る。 【0006】 【発明の効果】この方法によれば外気導入負荷が削減さ
れ、冷却に伴うエネルギー消費を抑えることができる。
また、低温作業室、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫においては要冷貯蔵
物から発生する硫黄系ガス、塩素系ガス、アンモニア系
ガス、アミン系ガス等の腐食性ガスや消毒、洗浄に使用
する塩素系ガスの発生により作業員の働く環境を悪化さ
せていたが、換気が十分おこなえることで作業環境が改
善され、作業員の健康確保と生産性向上、さらには室内
の温度ムラが解消され、要冷貯蔵物の品質安定化につな
がる効果がある。その他の利用方法として天井裏に冷
却、減湿した外気を導入すれば天井裏での結露発生防
止、あるいは、冷凍機械室内の換気に利用して室内の温
度上昇防止にも利用できる。
