れ、炊事等を行うシステムキッチン等の厨房装置に用い
られる天板に係り、特に、天板のバックガード部から、
天板の手前方向に延びる棚部を一体に立ち上げて形成し
てなる厨房装置用天板に関する。

【従来技術とその課題】従来のシステムキッチン等の厨
房装置に用いられる天板は、一般的に平板状に形成され
たものが殆どであり、中には、奥行側にバックガードと
呼ばれる立上り部を形成したものも見受けられる。
【０００３】しかしながら、上記従来の厨房装置を厨房
室に設置した場合、調味料等を載置する棚は、上記天板
とは別体に製造されていたため、部品点数が嵩みコスト
高となり、また、この棚を取り付ける場合には、厨房室
の壁面や吊戸棚の下面にビス等を用いて取り付けなけれ
ばならず、かかる取り付け作業が非常に煩雑であり、ま
た、上記壁面や吊戸棚が傷損する、という課題を有して
いた。
【０００４】この発明は、かかる現状に鑑み創案された
ものであって、その目的とするところは、天板のバック
ガード部から手前側に延びる棚部を天板と一体形成する
ことで、別体の棚を用意する必要がなく、また、棚の取
付作業も不要となりコストを大幅に削減することができ
る、使い勝手に優れた厨房装置用天板を提供しようとす
るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に、この発明に係る厨房装置用天板にあっては、天板の
バックガード部から棚部を立ち上がり形成したことを特
徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、この発明の実施の一形態例
を図面に基づいて説明する。
【０００７】図１は、この発明の一形態例に係る厨房装
置用天板Ｔを示すものであって、流し用シンク１に隣接
して機能シンク２が配設されており、その周縁には流し
用シンク１より一段高くフランジ２ｃが形成され、流し
用シンク１との隣接面には右側端部側立上り部であるサ
イドガード４が形成されていると共に、該天板Ｔの天板
部９の奥行側には、バックガード部１０が立上り形成さ
れて、水仕舞が良好となるように構成されている。尚、
本形態例においては、天板部９の左側端部には立上り部
が形成されていない。
【０００８】また、同図中符号２ｂは、機能シンク２の
底部に設けられた排水口であり、連接された排水ホース
（図示せず）によって、下水管へ排水する。また、符号
２ａはフランジ２ｃに設けられた食器乾燥機等の操作パ
ネルである。
【０００９】機能シンク２には、表面に水切用の溝３ａ
を形成した水切カバー兼用の蓋体３が蝶番３ｂによって
折畳み自在に配設され、蓋体３を閉じた状態では、水切
カバーとして機能する。
【００１０】従って、図３（ａ）に示すように、調理中
においては、水切カバーの上に鍋Ｎ等を置くことがで
き、また、調理作業や食事が終って、食器等を片づける
場合は、図３（ｂ）に示すように流し用シンク１で洗っ
た食器Ｓ等を機能シンク２に入れて乾燥し、片づけた後
は、図３（ｃ）に示すように、流し用シンク１の側部に
水切り面を形成した通常の流し台となる。

においては、流し用シンク１の側部に天板面９よりも一
段絞り込んだ水切り平面５が形成されており、この平面
５は調理作業面として機能する。また、この平面５の背
後のバックガード部１０には、図１に示すように、棚部
６が上記平面５の方向に出張るように延設されていて、
調味料入れ等を載置することができ、流し用シンク１の
背後部には必要に応じてシンクポケットを配設するスペ
ース７を形成している。尚、符号８は天板部に打抜き形
成したこんろ落し込み用の開口である。
【００１２】即ち、この形態例では、図１に示すよう
に、上記棚部６が上記平面５の上部に所謂オーバーハン
グ状に延設されているため、調味料入れや洗った小物類
を載置しておくことができ、しかも、洗った小物類を載
置した場合には、該小物類から滴下する水は、上記棚部
６から上記平面５を経て流し用シンク１へと自然に排水
されるので、水仕舞が非常に良好である、という効果が
得られる。

は、フランジ部２ｃや棚部６、バックガード部１０等を
一体的に形成する関係上、注型により、人造大理石等で
形成するのに適している。間口寸法を大きくする場合
は、図４に示すように、左右の天板部９を拡張すればよ
い。

る場合には、図５（ａ）に示すように、機能シンク２に
