BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a packaging bag having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the opening / closing part, which has a pressure-sensitive adhesive that develops pressure-sensitive adhesive force by heating, or after heating and / or pressing simultaneously. The manufacturing method is related.

2. Description of the Related Art Confectionery, delicacies, vegetables and other foods, medicines, poultices, and other medicinal products should be opened and a part of the contents removed, and then the bag closed again to prevent moisture and the like. There are things you need to save the rest. Conventionally, as a packaging bag used for such an application, one provided with a pair of plastic zippers composed of a convex band and a concave band has been widely used. However, in such a packaging bag, it is difficult to accurately align the unevenness, and a specially expensive bag-making machine is required, and the manufacturing process is inevitably complicated. Furthermore, it is necessary to strongly trace from both sides of the chuck for fitting, and it may be difficult for a child or the like to fit completely.

In order to solve such drawbacks, a packaging bag using an adhesive instead of the zipper has been proposed. For example, in JP-A-2000-62810, a packaging bag using a double-sided adhesive tape is disclosed in JP-A-2000-281088.
The publication discloses a packaging bag in which a tape having a plastic layer and an adhesive layer is heat-sealed. However,
These have the disadvantages that a special device is required for mounting the tape and that the manufacturing process is complicated because the adhesive layer cannot be provided at the same time during bag making. There is also a problem that the cost is increased because the tape that can be used is used.

FIG. 1 shows an example in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed transversely to a bag, which is preferably used for packaging food such as rice confectionery, candy, seasonings and dairy products. ,
It can be used for various purposes such as industrial applications including bolts and nuts, industrial applications, pharmaceuticals, and the like. Figure 2
Is an example in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed by digging into the heat-sealed portion 2 and is suitable for use in increasing the degree of sealing, as well as applications such as a bag containing a deoxidant absorbent, a bag containing nitrogen, a retort bag, and a vacuum bag. It can be used for packaging used for. 3 and 4
Is an example in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed in an arbitrary shape when the content has a deformed shape such as a triangle or a circle, and is suitable for a package used for a container, an injection-molded product, a toy, and miscellaneous goods. ing. FIG. 5 shows an example applied to a pillow packaging bag. Figure 6
Has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 formed in a broken line shape and can evaporate water and the like because there is a portion which is not applied, and is particularly suitable for packaging fresh food such as vegetables and fruits. FIG. 8 shows a case in which the adhesive layer 3 is formed on the outer surface layer 1 of the bag, which can be used for a package of sundries, pencils, ballpoint pens and the like. In FIG. 12, the heat-sealing portion 2 is further provided in the vicinity (inner side) of the adhesive layer 3 of the packaging bag, and the adhesive layer 3 can be separated from the contents to prevent the mixture with the contents. In the packaging bag of this embodiment, it is desirable to open the heat seal portion 2 together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 when the bag is first opened. Figure 1
The adhesive layer 3 is formed on the entire surface of the inner surface layer of the bag, and can be used in an injection molding package, a medicine package for a medical doctor, and the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive layer 3 is preferably an inner surface layer of the bag, and the bag is preferably heat-sealed.

In the packaging bag of the present invention, the first opening of the sealed one is to cut the lower part of the heat-sealed portion 2 on the upper part of the bag or the upper part of the adhesive layer 3 with scissors, but notch 4 on one side or It is possible to use a film which is provided on both sides and is opened, a hole is formed on the line of the bag in a broken line condition, and a film which is oriented in a tearing direction is used. In the packaging bag of the present invention, after the contents are taken out, the adhesive layer 3 is required to be sealed again.
Lightly crimp by hand and seal. In this way, opening and closing can be continued until the contents disappear from the bag.

In the packaging bag of the present invention, at least a part of the surface layer of the base material of the bag is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibiting a pressure-sensitive adhesive force by heating directly, or after heating and / or pressing simultaneously. After that, it is manufactured by heating the pressure-sensitive adhesive during or after bag making. The base material of the bag used in the present invention is arbitrary, and examples thereof include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, polyethylene, ionomer, and E.
Examples include plastic films such as VA and the like, plastics in which these plastic films are laminated, metal foils such as aluminum, paper, and cellophane. Of these, the part to which the adhesive is applied is preferably a plastic film.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention has no pressure-sensitive adhesive force at room temperature, and exerts pressure-sensitive adhesive force by heating, pressurizing after heating, or heating / pressurizing at the same time. For example, it has a core-shell structure. A pressure-sensitive adhesive that contains a normal pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in the shell phase, and undergoes a phase transition by heating, or after heating or pressurizing, or simultaneously heating and pressurizing, so that the components of the suru phase become a continuous phase and develop an adhesive force. Examples include Aron Tuck TT series manufactured by Toagosei Co., Ltd., and the like.

The application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive varies depending on the application, but the outer surface layer or the inner surface layer, and the shape may be any of vertical or horizontal with respect to the packaging bag, continuous or discontinuous. The coating amount is sufficient as long as it can exhibit an adhesive force that is almost the same as that of a normal adhesive. Further, the coating width of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be arbitrarily set from about 0.5 mm to the entire surface layer according to the purpose, and can be easily coated with a printing machine such as a gravure printing machine, a flexo printing machine, or a simple coating machine. .

The dry coating film of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is heated at the time of bag making or after bag making, or is heated and / or pressurized after heating, or simultaneously heated / pressurized. The heating or the like may be performed as long as the required adhesive strength can be exhibited, and it varies depending on the coating amount, the application, the process, etc., but the temperature is generally selected in the range from 80 ° C. to the temperature at which the substrate is stable. When a plastic film, for example, is used as the base material, it should be noted that if the heating temperature is too high, the coated surface will melt and the adhesive strength will significantly decrease.
The heating time is about 0.1 seconds to 10 minutes, and the pressurizing condition is 0.1.
About 4 kg / cm 2 is sufficient.

The feature of the present invention is that it has almost no adhesive force at room temperature, and is heated or pressurized after heating, or heated at the same time.
The point is to use an adhesive that develops adhesive strength by applying pressure. Therefore, it is possible to directly apply the adhesive to the base material and make the bag as it is, and it is possible to open and close it repeatedly very easily without using any special device or equipment as compared with the conventional adhesive tape or the like. A packaging bag can be manufactured.
