Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently use a bicycle saddle cover by freely opening or closing it according to the weather. <P>SOLUTION: A rainproof sheet is covered on several frames to the shape and the size of a bicycle saddle. The frame is fitted to a bicycle seat post by a rotary shaft of a fitting part (3) fitted to the bicycle seat post. The frame is freely opened/closed by the rotary shaft.
