置精度がある程度高くないと作業に支障を来すことがあ
り得る。従って、ハンガに対する車体の位置にも高い精

観点に立脚してなされたものであり、その主な目的は、
複数系統のコンベアライン同士間で、懸垂ハンガのよう
な搬機に対して車体を載せ換える際の位置決め精度を高
めることができるように改良された車体移載装置を提供

ために、本発明においては、少なくとも車体の下部を支
持して車体を搬送する複数系統のコンベアライン同士間
で一方のラインから他方のラインへと車体を移し換える
ための車体移載装置において、当該移載装置が取り扱う
車体を、左右対称形で下すぼまりの傾斜面(12a)を
有する床下メンバ(12)を備えるものとすると共に、
当該移載装置を、前記左右の傾斜面のそれぞれに当接可
能なローラ(11)の対を備えた昇降手段(流体圧シリ
ンダ8)を有するものとした。 【0007】このようにすれば、昇降手段を上昇させた
際に、車体の床下に設けられたメンバの傾斜面にローラ
が突き当たると、ローラが転動するので、左右対称形の
傾斜面を備えたメンバが対をなすローラ同士間に落ち込

備の概略側面図を示している。この移載設備は、塗装ラ
インを循環する第1オーバーヘッドコンベア1から、艤
装ラインを循環する第2オーバーヘッドコンベア2へと
車体を移し換えるためのものである。 【0010】図1における左側の第1オーバーヘッドコ
ンベア1は、左方から手前側へ90度ターンして進行す
る経路を有しており、右側の第2オーバーヘッドコンベ
ア2は、手前側から90度ターンして右方へと進行する
経路を有している。そして両コンベア1・2が平面から
見て一直線上に並ぶ位置に、本発明に関わる移載装置3

称の位置に、昇降手段としての流体圧シリンダ8で昇降
駆動されるリフタ9が複数対設けられている。これらの

線運動を行うようにその移動軌跡が規定されている。そ

ンガ13に支持された車体Bが、レール4の左端で待機
している移載装置3の上方の規定位置に到達したなら
ば、その車種に対応したリフタ9を上昇させる。すると
リフタ9の上端に設けられたローラ11が床下メンバ1
2の傾斜面12aに当接して車体Bを持ち上げる。する
と、ローラ11が転動するので、左右対称形の傾斜面1
2aを備えた床下メンバ12が対をなすローラ11同士
間に落ち込む。これにより、車体Bが左右方向に移動し
てその中心を一対のローラ11間に自動的に整合させ
