ったりすることが出来る希望ナビゲーションシステムを
提供することである。更に第４の目的は、番組について
リスト登録を行ったり、放送局側から番組に関する情報
を受け入れた視聴者に対し、一定のポイントを付与する
ことにより、あとで特典が得られるようにすることによ
って、本発明に係る希望番組ナビゲーションシステムの
利用率の向上を図ることができる希望番組ナビゲーショ

録した番組情報を確認したり、放送日時のチェックや自
分の番組ライブラリー管理のためにフォルダーを利用す
ることができる。また、次回以降の放送予定についてお
知らせメールの配信希望をチェックすると、放送前にお
知らせメールを端末２で受け取ることが可能である（ス
テップ３）。
４．メール配信登録や番組の登録状況により、設定した
ポイントをリスト登録した視聴者に付与し、さらに、見
たい番組をリスト登録した他の人のデータをリスト登録
した会員は閲覧することができる。そして、自分と同じ
番組に興味をもった人が登録した別の番組について、そ
の上位ランキングを管理サーバ４のデータを基に集計
し、ホームページ１に表示し、見る番組を探す際の参考
にできるようにする（ステップ４）。
５．管理サーバ４のデータベースの中から、自分と同じ
番組に興味をもった人を検索し、同じ番組に興味をもっ
た仲間とＢＢＳや電子メールにより、コミュニケーショ
ンを図ることができる場を管理サーバ４内に設ける（ス
テップ５）。
６．放送局側は、管理サーバ４内のデータを分析材料と
して活用することにより、視聴者の視聴動向等をつか
