Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an armor protection structure, and is particularly useful when applied to an armor protection structure of a battle armored vehicle. 2. Description of the Related Art A detachable armor system (module armor system) in which a detachable armor material is attached to a vehicle body (vehicle housing structural member) of a battle armor vehicle is known as an armor system of a battle armored vehicle. In this detachable armor system, detachable armor members can be easily attached and detached or added in response to an enemy threat to attack a battle armored vehicle equipped with an armor protection structure according to this system. It has an excellent feature that it is easy to replace the detachable armor with technical progress. For this reason, this detachable armor protection structure is widely used in current battle armored vehicles. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a main part of a battle armored vehicle having a conventional armor protection structure of a detachable armor type. As shown in FIG. 1, in the conventional detachable armor system, for example, a detachable armor material 4 is attached to the front part 3 of the vehicle body (vehicle structural member) 2 of the battle armored vehicle 1 in order to protect the front part 3 of the vehicle body. It has a structure directly attached. In the above-mentioned conventional armor protection structure of the detachable armor type, when the detachable armor member 4 is hit by a bullet 5 that is to penetrate the armor material, the bullet of the bullet 5 is struck. Instead of protecting the front part 3 of the vehicle body by converting body energy mechanically and thermally, it causes its own deformation (destruction, expansion, volume increase such as partial protrusion, etc.). Therefore, after being hit, the detachable armor 4
In some cases, the front part 3 of the vehicle body that supports and fixes the detachable armor material 4 from behind may also be deformed. in this case,
Although the attachment and detachment of the detachable armor material 4 to the vehicle body front part 3 is originally easy, the deformation of the vehicle body front part 3 causes a new connection to the vehicle body front part 3. It may be difficult to attach the detachable armor material 4. Further, due to the deformation of the vehicle body front part 3, the vehicle body 2 may not be able to withstand use as it is. For this reason, in order to recover the detachability of the detachable armor material 4 or to make the vehicle main body 2 usable, it is necessary to repair the deformed portion of the vehicle main body front part 3 as necessary, which is enormous. It takes effort. Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides an armored vehicle protection structure for an armored vehicle capable of preventing deformation of a vehicle body upon being hit and securing detachability of a detachable armor material to the vehicle body. The task is to The armor protection structure for an armored vehicle according to the present invention, which solves the above-mentioned problems, comprises a detachable armor material attached to the vehicle body to protect the vehicle body of the armored vehicle from an elastic body. In the armor protection structure for an armored vehicle attached, a honeycomb material is provided as a back plate of the detachable armor material, and the honeycomb material is interposed between the vehicle body and the detachable armor material. I do. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A is a main part configuration diagram of a battle armored vehicle having a detachable armor type armor protection structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is an exploded perspective view of the armor protection structure. It is. FIG. 1 shows an example in which a front portion 13 of a vehicle body (vehicle structure member) 11 of a battle armored vehicle 11 is protected. As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, a honeycomb material 15 is provided as a back plate of the detachable armor material 14, and the honeycomb material 15 is connected to the vehicle body front portion 13 and the detachable armor material 1.
4 is provided. The vehicle body 12 is formed of a special steel plate (high-strength steel plate). The detachable armor 14 has a configuration such as a laminated body of a steel plate or a ceramic. The honeycomb material 15 is formed in a honeycomb shape by a thin plate of a metal such as iron. Therefore, according to the armor protection structure of the present embodiment, when the detachable armor member 14 is hit by the bullet 16 that is going to penetrate the same, the energy of the bullet 16 is reduced mechanically and thermally. Instead of protecting the front part 13 of the vehicle body, the deformation of the detachable armor material 14 is caused by the deformation (destruction, expansion, volume increase such as partial protrusion, etc.) of the honeycomb body as a shock absorbing material. 15 absorbed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the vehicle body front part 13 from being deformed by the deformation of the detachable armor material 14, and it is possible to ensure the detachability of the vehicle body front part 13. For this reason, it is possible to easily attach a new detachable armor material 14 to the vehicle body front portion 13 without requiring much labor such as repair work. The honeycomb material 15 also assists armor (impact absorption). Moreover, when the honeycomb material 15 absorbs the deformation of the detachable armor material 14 at the time of being hit, the honeycomb material 15 is only crushed and its volume is reduced. There is no crushing of other parts. In other words, although not shown, the structure for absorbing the deformation of the detachable armor material 14 at the time of being hit is a shock-absorbing material which is a ductile flexible material (metal such as aluminum, lead, copper, etc.) under a high load. Class), that is, when the detachable armor 14 is deformed by being hit, the detachable armor 14 and the vehicle body 12 are deformed.
(Vehicle body front part 13), and is stretched sideways, using a ductile flexible material that does not deform the vehicle body 12 (vehicle body front part 13). It is also conceivable to interpose between the part 13 and the detachable armor material 14. However, in this case, when the detachable armor 14 is hit and deformed, the detachable armor 1
The ductility of the ductile flexible material can be absorbed by the ductility of the ductile flexible material to prevent deformation of the front portion 13 of the vehicle body, and the ductile flexible material itself can also absorb energy to assist armor protection. Since the volume is invariable, there is a possibility that other parts such as the side surfaces of the vehicle body may be crushed by protruding in directions other than the crushed direction. On the other hand, the honeycomb material 15 does not have such characteristics, and if it is crushed as described above, only its volume is reduced, and the honeycomb material 15 does not protrude in directions other than the crushed direction. There is no danger of crushing other parts. Further, since the honeycomb material 15 is extremely lightweight compared to the ductile flexible material, even if the honeycomb material 15 is interposed, the weight of the armor protection structure hardly increases. In some cases, a ductile flexible material may be interposed between the honeycomb material 15 and the detachable armor material 14 or between the honeycomb material 15 and the vehicle body 12 (the entire vehicle body 13). Although the case where the armor protection structure is provided in the front portion 13 of the vehicle body has been described above, the invention is not limited to this case, and the present invention is applied to the armor protection structure of another portion of the vehicle body 12. Can also be applied. As described above in detail with the embodiments of the present invention, the armoring protection structure for an armored vehicle according to the present invention provides the above-described vehicle for protecting the vehicle body of the armored vehicle from an elastic body. In an armor protection structure for an armored vehicle in which a detachable armor is attached to a main body, a honeycomb material is provided as a back plate of the detachable armor, and the honeycomb is disposed between the vehicle body and the detachable armor. It is characterized by being interposed. Therefore, according to the armoring protection structure of the armored vehicle of the present invention, when the detachable armor is hit by a bullet which is going to penetrate it, the energy of the bullet is mechanically and mechanically reduced.
Instead of protecting the vehicle body by thermal conversion, it causes its own deformation (such as destruction, expansion, volume increase due to partial protrusion, etc.), but the deformation of this detachable armor material is absorbed by the honeycomb material as a shock absorbing material Is done. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the vehicle body from being deformed by the deformation of the detachable armor material, and it is possible to secure the detachability to the vehicle body.
Therefore, it is possible to easily attach a new detachable armor material to the vehicle main body without requiring much labor such as repair work. The honeycomb material 15 also assists armor (impact absorption). Moreover, when absorbing the deformation of the detachable armor material at the time of impact, the honeycomb material is only crushed and its volume is reduced. No crushing of parts.
