Is manufactured as follows. First, a raw material such as gypsum and water are mixed to obtain a slurry. Then, one of the board base papers 2 and 2 constituting the front and back surfaces of the gypsum board is arranged on the lower side, and then the slurry is poured onto the board base paper 2L, and the width direction of the lower board base paper 2L is set. Are bent in an inverted L-shape. Then, the other board base paper 2U is overlaid and attached from above. Thereafter, the gypsum board 1 is obtained through a forming and drying process.
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional gypsum board 1, since the end 3 of the upper board base paper 2U is located on the back surface of the gypsum board 1, as shown in FIG.
A step is generated by the thickness of U. Since the surface having such a level difference impairs the appearance, it cannot be used as the indoor side surface during construction. That is, the conventional gypsum board 1 had directionality at the time of construction. [0003] However, in the above-described gypsum board having directivity, since it was necessary to perform the construction while determining the directivity, the usability was poor.
The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gypsum board that can be constructed without considering the directionality. [0004] As means for achieving the above object, the invention of claim 1 is a gypsum board in which base paper for board is arranged on the front and back surfaces of a gypsum core material. It is characterized in that a joining portion where the leading ends of the board base paper are overlapped is formed on the side surface of the gypsum board. According to the present invention, since the mating portions are formed on the side surfaces, both the front and back surfaces of the gypsum board can be made flat surfaces that can be installed toward the indoor side. Thereby, it is not necessary to determine the direction of the gypsum board at the time of construction, and the workability is excellent. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The gypsum board 10 according to the present embodiment is formed by bonding a pair of board base papers (hereinafter simply referred to as “base paper”) 12 and 12 to a gypsum core material 11 from the front and back, and a pair of base papers 12 and 12 on a conveyor. One of the base papers 12 is disposed on the lower side, the slurry is poured thereon, and the other base paper 12 is covered from above to produce the base paper 12. Hereinafter, the base paper 12 arranged on the lower side during manufacturing is referred to as a lower base
It is called base paper 1
2 is called upper base paper 12U. Hereinafter, the manufacturing process will be described in detail. First,
Mixer (not shown) by adding water to calcined gypsum (semihydrate gypsum), foaming agent, adhesion aid such as starch, and admixture such as inorganic fiber
To form a slurry. In this embodiment, 80 parts by weight of water, 1 part by weight of starch, and 0.3 part of a foaming agent were mixed with 100 parts by weight of calcined gypsum to form a slurry. Then, the slurry kneaded by the mixer is poured from the slurry supply section D onto the lower base paper 12L. When the lower base paper 12L is fed from a roll (not shown), its corresponding position is set to two fold grooves J, J along the length direction of the lower base paper 12L in order to facilitate bending both ends in the width direction. (See A1 in FIG. 1). The method of forming the fold groove J is performed, for example, by forming a shallow groove by rotating a thin disc-shaped stone (scoring). The outer area of the area divided by the fold grooves J on both sides of the lower base paper 12L is the first folded surface 13A, and the inner area adjacent to the first folded surface 13A is the second folded surface 13A.
B. Then, the lower base paper 12L passes through a first guide formed on the line (which regulates the passing width of the lower base paper 12L), so that the first bent surface is first formed as shown by A2 in FIG. 13A is bent upright.
Then, by passing through a second guide (lifting only both sides of the lower base paper 12L upward), the second folded surface 13B is slightly bent and raised (A3 in FIG. 1). In this state, when the lower base paper 12L reaches the slurry supply unit, the slurry is poured from the slurry supply unit (C1 in FIG. 1).
Thereafter, the sheet passes through a third guide (a narrower passage width for the base paper 12L below the first guide than the first guide) on the conveyor, and as shown in C2 of FIG.
B is bent upright. Thus, the lower base paper 1
Both sides of the 2L are formed in an inverted L shape. Subsequently, the upper base paper 12U is addressed from above to the lower base paper 12L into which the slurry has been poured (C2 in FIG. 1). When the upper base paper 12U is sent out from the roll, a single fold groove J is formed on both sides in the width direction by the same method as the lower base paper 12L. Upper base paper 12
On both sides of U, the area outside the groove is the mating surface 13C.
When the upper base paper 12U passes through the fifth guide, as shown in B2 of FIG.
Are spread down and bent down. The upper base paper 12U with the mating surface 13C bent down is addressed so as to close the upper opening of the lower base paper 12L into which the slurry has been poured, and is passed through a sixth guide to make the mating surface. 13C is the lower base paper 12
It is superimposed on the L second bent surface 13B. Here, at any time before the step of superimposing the upper base paper 12U, since the adhesive is previously applied to the region formed as the mating surface 13C, the second portion passes through the sixth guide in the process of passing through the sixth guide. Bending surface 13B and mating surface 13C
Are joined. Thus, as shown at C3 in FIG.
The joining portion 13 for overlapping the leading ends of the upper base paper 12U and the lower base paper 12L is formed on the side surface of the gypsum board 10.
Thereafter, cutting to a predetermined length and sufficient drying before and after this are performed. Thus, the gypsum board 10 is manufactured. In the gypsum board 10 of the present embodiment manufactured as described above, the mating portion 13 is located on the side face of the gypsum board 10 as shown in FIG. The side face of the gypsum board 10 is constructed by abutting the side faces when performing the embedding work, so that the fitting part 13 is not exposed to the indoor side.
Further, since the mating portion 13 is formed on the side surface of the gypsum board 10, it can be a flat surface that does not impair the appearance at all, regardless of whether the front or back surface of the gypsum board 10 faces the indoor side. That is, the gypsum board 10 of the present embodiment does not have the directivity regarding the front and back surfaces as in the related art. Therefore, according to the gypsum board 10 of this embodiment, it is not necessary to determine the direction of the gypsum board 10 at the time of construction, and the workability is excellent. Further, according to the gypsum board 10 of the present embodiment, since both the front and back surfaces can be installed toward the indoor side, it can be used as a partition wall. <Other Embodiments> The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above with reference to the drawings. For example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention. In addition, various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. (1) In the above embodiment, both sides of the lower base paper 12L are 2
Although the bending is performed once, the bending may be performed once as shown in FIG. (2) Gypsum board 1 shown in the above embodiment
0 is merely an outline of the present invention, and it is possible to apply a detailed shape (for example, a beveled edge of the board is chamfered to the edge of the board) used in a general gypsum board to the gypsum board of the present application. Of course.
