【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、椅子型の可搬便器
に関する。

【従来の技術】高齢者等が便所まで行かなくとも腰掛け

掩蔽して椅子として違和感なく使用することが出来る椅
子型の可搬便器は、例えば、実開平４−３１５９６号公
報等に示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このよ
うな可搬便器に於いては、排泄時に座板を上げると、座
板が邪魔になって、脚杆間に架設される背凭れに凭れる
ことが出来なくなり、座板を背凭れの後方に回動可能と
する場合には、座板の回動を可能とする為に背凭れの位
置が制限されるという問題があった。
【０００４】本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解消し、排
泄時にも背凭れに凭れて寛いだ姿勢を取ることが出来る
可搬便器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の可搬便器は、一
対の脚杆間に架設された便溜槽釣支板に便溜槽が釣支さ
れ、２分割された前半部と後半部とが折畳可能に連結さ
れた座板が便溜槽上方に取着された便座を掩蔽可能に付
設され、該座板の後端から左右に突設された突起が脚杆
の内面に刻設された凹溝に沿って上下に摺動可能となさ
れていることを特徴とする。
【０００６】本発明の可搬便器に於いて、脚杆の材質
は、荷重に耐える強度を有するものであれば特に限定さ
れず、例えば、合板、硝子繊維強化ポリウレタン発泡
体、金属、合成樹脂被覆金属等が挙げられる。
【０００７】脚杆の形状は、特に限定されず、例えば、
略横長矩形状、略ｈ字状等の何れでもよい。脚杆の下端
近傍に透孔が前後に同一高さに並設され、一対の接地板
の上面に前後に立設された支柱に、上下方向に複数個連
設された雌螺子孔に前記透孔が螺着される位置を選択す
ることにより、使用者の座高に合わせて高さ調整可能と
なされている場合には、脚杆の内側に脚杆と平行に隔壁
を垂設し、脚杆と隔壁との間隙に支柱の先端を挿嵌し
て、支柱の横揺れが防止されるようなされるのが好まし
い。
【０００８】脚杆の透孔の形状は、特に限定されない
が、前後の支柱の異なった高さの雌螺子孔に螺着して座
部を傾斜させる場合に、前後の雌螺子孔間の間隔の変化
に対応出来るよう、横長の円孔となされるのが好まし
い。
【０００９】雌螺子孔が複数個上下方向に連設された支
柱が前後に立設された接地板の材質は、荷重に耐える強
度を有するものであれば特に限定されず、例えば、合
板、硝子繊維強化ポリウレタン発泡体、金属、合成樹脂
被覆金属等が挙げられる。
【００１０】雌螺子孔の間隔は、脚杆に螺着される支柱
の雌螺子孔の一方を１段上方もしくは下方とすることに
より、座板の傾斜角が５度前後となるように、１０乃至
４０ｍｍとなされるのが好ましい。

れないが、例えば、特別な治具を用いることなく着脱が
可能なように、頭部に脚杆の透孔より大径の握り玉を設

時に寛いだ姿勢を取ることが出来るよう、一対の脚杆間
に架設される背凭れの材質は、荷重に耐える強度を有す
るものであれば特に限定されず、例えば、合板、硝子繊
維強化ポリウレタン発泡体、金属、合成樹脂被覆金属等
が挙げられ、合板製芯材にポリウレタン（ＰＵ）等の合
成樹脂発泡体を積層し、合成皮革で表面を被覆した積層
体が前面に取着されていてもよい。
【００１３】本発明の可搬便器に於いて、脚杆には、使
用者が握持して便座上から起立するのを補助することが
出来るよう、肘掛けが着脱可能に立設されていてもよ
い。肘掛けの縦杆には、取付孔が複数個上下方向に連設
され、使用者の座高に合わせて高さ調整可能とされるの
が好ましい。
【００１４】肘掛けの材質は、使用者の体重を支持する
のに充分な荷重強度を有するものであれば特に限定され
ず、例えば、合板、硝子繊維強化ポリウレタン発泡体、
金属、合成樹脂被覆金属等が挙げられる。
【００１５】本発明の可搬便器に於いて、一対の脚杆間
に架設された便溜槽釣支板の材質は、荷重に耐える強度
を有するものであれば特に限定されず、例えば、合板、
硝子繊維強化ポリウレタン発泡体、金属、合成樹脂被覆
金属等が挙げられる。便溜槽釣支板の形状は、特に限定
されないが、使用者が座った際の安定感から、便座の周
囲が便座上面と略面一とされるのが好ましい。
【００１６】本発明の可搬便器に於いて、便溜槽釣支板
に釣支された便溜槽の材質は、特に限定されず、例え
ば、ポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）等の硬質熱可塑性樹脂、ア
ルミニウム等の金属が挙げられる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基
づいて説明する。図１は本発明の可搬便器の１例を示す
断面図である。

合してなる一対の脚杆であって、脚杆１の後部縦杆の上
端には握持部11が設けられており、脚杆１の下端近傍に

支板２には、略蓋付バケツ状の便溜槽３が釣支されてお
