るために、請求項1記載の発明に係わる床構造体は、竪
樋と床面に敷設されたユニット式床化粧材とを排水継手
を介して接続し排水する構造であって、ユニット式床化
粧材は、表面に円形の排水口が形成されるとともに下面
に脚部を突設して排水空間が形成され、排水継手は、一
方の接続口がユニット式床化粧材の排水口に嵌合可能な
円形の形状に形成されされるとともに他方の接続口が竪
樋と嵌合可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とす
る。 【0007】本発明におけるユニット式床化粧材として
は特に限定されないが、枠状の樹脂マットに木レンガを
嵌め込んだりものや、縦桟と横桟から形成される透水性
樹脂マットに樹脂製の化粧タイルを接着したものや、樹
脂タイルを樹脂マットと一体に成形したものであって、
樹脂マット同士が連結できるようにしたタイルマットが
好ましい。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明の実施の形態をあ
らわす図面を参照しつつ詳しく説明する。図1〜図2は
本発明に係わるバルコニーにおける排水構造の実施の形
態をあらわしている。 【0009】図1に示すように、本発明のバルコニーに
おける排水構造は、バルコニー架台B上に複数枚のユニ
ット式床化粧材10が載置され、断面角形の竪樋20と
ユニット式床化粧材10が排水継手30を介して接続さ
れたものである。 【0010】バルコニー架台Bは、屋外側に張り出すよ
うにして建物躯体C側に固定されており、張り出した架
台Bの三方が腰壁40で囲まれ、腰壁40の上端に手す
り41が設けられている。また、バルコニー架台Bの床
