Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a gastrostoma tube used for feeding nutrients into the stomach through a gastrostoma. 2. Description of the Related Art A gastrostoma tube inserts a tube into a fistula formed in the stomach and feeds nutrients into the stomach through the tube. As shown in FIG. 5, this type of gastrostomy tube 20 is a tube 2 on the side inserted into the stomach 25.
At one end, a substantially bowl-shaped intragastric fixing part 23 having a larger diameter than the fistula 22 is provided. The intragastric fixation part 23 is formed of a flexible synthetic resin (for example, a silicone resin), and a tube 21 is integrally connected so as to extend outward from the bottom part 24 of the intragastric fixation part 23. I have. Since the intragastric fixing part 23 is formed to have a larger diameter than the fistula 22, the tube 2 when inserted into the stomach 25 is formed.
1 is prevented from inadvertently coming out. On the other hand, when the gastric fistula tube 20 is removed from the stomach 25 to the outside of the body 26 for replacement of the gastrostomy tube 20 or the like, the intragastric fixing part 23 is deformed into a shape that can be easily removed from the fistula 22. It is difficult and the resistance at the time of removing the intragastric fixation part 23 is extremely large, so that there is a possibility that the patient suffers or the fistula 22 is damaged. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a gastrostomy tube capable of reducing the resistance to the passage of a fistula at the time of removal from the stomach. I do. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a flexible tube whose tip is inserted into a stomach through a fistula, and an integrated tube with the tip of the tube. A gastric fistula tube provided with a flexible intragastric fixation portion that restricts withdrawal of the tube from the stomach, wherein the intragastric fixation portion opens to a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube. It is formed in a substantially bowl shape, and the tip of the tube is connected to the outside of the bottom of the bowl shape, and a through hole is formed near one side of the connection position with the tube. . The gastrostoma tube of the present invention is removed from the stomach by pulling the tube from the outside. The intragastric fixation part is easily deformed as it enters the fistula when its bowl-shaped bottom is pulled through a tube.
That is, when the bottom of the intragastric fixation portion is pulled from the fistula side, the intragastric fixation portion first has a lower tensile force at the portion where the through hole is formed than at the other portion. Some bend inward. The vibration generated at this time is transmitted to the practitioner via the tube, so that the practitioner can confirm that the intragastric fixation part has begun to deform, and thereby obtain a favorable operational feeling such as force adjustment. Can be. In addition, since the intragastric fixation part needs a relatively strong pulling force through the tube until a part of the through hole side is bent inward, it is possible to prevent accidental escape. Next, when the bottom of the intragastric fixation portion is pulled through the tube and passes through the fistula, the intragastric fixation portion is formed by partially indenting the inwardly curved peripheral wall on the side of the through hole. Deforms so that the other part wraps around. Thereby, it is elongated and deformed in a state where the unevenness is extremely small. Then, after a part of the distal end portion on the through-hole side is bent inward, the intragastric fixation portion passes through the fistula with little resistance, so that the patient's pain and damage to the fistula are reduced and smooth. Can be removed. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a cross section of a main part of the gastrostoma tube of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is an explanatory front view of an intragastric fixing part, and FIGS. FIG. 4 is an explanatory side view of the gastrostoma tube showing an attached state of the insertion assisting member. As shown in FIG. 1, the gastrostoma tube 1 of the present embodiment comprises a tube 2 and an intragastric fixing portion 3 integrally provided at a distal end of the tube 2. The tube 2 and the intragastric fixation part 3 are formed of a synthetic resin (silicone resin) having flexibility. The intragastric fixing part 3 is formed in a substantially bowl shape in which the opening diameter at the tip end side is larger than the outer diameter of the tube 2. The tube 2 is connected to the bottom part 4 of the intragastric fixation part 3 so as to extend outward.
The distal end of the tube 2 has a communication port 5 opening from the bottom 4 of the intragastric fixation part 3 toward the inside of the intragastric fixation part 3.
Is formed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a through hole 6 is formed in the intragastric fixing part 3, which is located near one side of the communication port 5 of the tube 2. The gastrostoma tube 1 constructed as described above
Can be removed from the stomach 8 by pulling the tube 2 toward the outside 7 from the state shown in FIG. That is, when the practitioner pulls the tube from outside the body 7, the intragastric fixed part 3 starts to enter the fistula 9, as shown in FIG. At this time, the bottom part 4 side of the intragastric fixation part 3 pulled through the tube 2 is extended in the detaching direction along the fistula 9, and the intragastric fixation part 3 starts to be elongated. Then, the intragastric fixing part 3 further comprises a tube 2.
As shown in FIG. 3 (c), first, a part of the peripheral wall 10 of the intragastric fixation part 3 at the position where the through hole 6 is formed bends inward. That is, of the peripheral wall 10 of the intragastric fixation part 3, a part of the peripheral wall 10 on the side where the through-hole 6 is formed is easily bent by the through-hole 6 and abuts on the stomach wall 11. Since the tension force in the state is lower than that of the other parts, the peripheral wall 1 on the through hole 6 side
A part of 0 turns inward first. As described above, since the through-hole 6 is formed in the intragastric fixation part 3,
The pulling force from the tube 2 is always applied to the peripheral wall 1 on the through hole 6 side.
0, so that a part of the peripheral wall 10 on the side of the through hole 6 can be reliably bent inward first. Further, the peripheral wall 1 on the side of the through hole 6
When a part of 0 is bent inward, a slight vibration occurs, and this vibration is transmitted to the practitioner via the tube 2, so that the practitioner confirms that the intragastric fixation part 3 has begun to deform. You can check. Thereby, the practitioner can adjust the extraction speed such as slightly relaxing the pulling force applied to the tube 2. Thereafter, when the tube 2 is further pulled and passes through the fistula 9, the inwardly bent through hole 6 is bent.
The intragastric fixation part 3 converges and deforms so that a part of the peripheral wall 10 on the side is surrounded by the other part of the peripheral wall 10. As a result, since the outer shape of the intragastric fixation part 3 is reduced in a state where there are very few irregularities, it passes through the fistula 9 with almost no resistance, and it is possible to reduce pain and damage to the fistula and to smoothly remove the fistula. In addition, the gastric fixation part 3 in the present embodiment
Although the through-hole 6 is provided, the deformation at the time of removal is surely promoted by the provision of the through-hole 6, but the through-hole 6 is further described below when the intragastric fixing part 3 is inserted into the stomach 8. The distal end of the insertion assisting member 12 to be locked can be locked. That is, as an example, as shown in FIG. 4, as the insertion assisting member 12, the rod-shaped handle portion 1 is formed.
When a member having a claw portion 14 at the tip of the gasket 3 is adopted, first, the tip of the handle 13 is inserted into the through-hole 6 and
The claw portion 14 is made to protrude outward from the through hole 6 and is locked to the through hole 6. Then, the tube 2 is inserted so that the tip of the insertion assisting member 12 is protruded.
By pulling back, the intragastric fixation part 3 can be deformed into a shape that can be inserted into the fistula 9 (see FIG. 3). After the intragastric fixation part 3 has been inserted into the stomach 8, the shape of the intragastric fixation part 3 is restored to the state shown in FIG. Easy escape is prevented.
