2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when transporting relatively large and substantially spherical fruits such as pears, apples, and melons, a tray having a plurality of receiving recesses is put in a box such as a shipping box.
Fruits and vegetables are placed on the receiving recess and packaged before shipping.By using the tray with the receiving recess, it is prevented from being damaged by the vibration during transportation or the arrangement at the time of storage being collapsed. There is. By the way, conventional trays are pulp molded products (molded from paper fibers) or synthetic resin molded products made of polyethylene terephthalate resin, polystyrene resin, etc. In the case of molded products or pulp mold molded products, when the retail store side disposes of the fruit and vegetable transporters (boxes and trays), it is necessary to separate the cardboard boxes from the trays. In mass retailers such as, a lot of transporters become waste, and it is becoming a problem that it takes time to dispose. Also, for pulp molded products,
Since the paper was gelled and heated and dried, it was thick, and the surface shape was not fixed as lumpy, and the stacking property was not so good. Therefore, in the above-mentioned packing work of fruits and vegetables at the shipping source, it is easy to take time to remove the trays of pulp molded products from the stacked state one by one, and the problem that the tray accumulation space in the stacked state becomes large cannot be solved. It was a thing. Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a tray for cushioning fruits and vegetables that can be disposed of together with a commonly used corrugated cardboard box body without being separated, and is made of paper that is thin and has a surface shape that is easily determined. The object is to develop a paper tray for buffering fruits and vegetables that can be recycled together with the box and is easy to handle.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a tray made of fruit and vegetable buffer paper, and the tray 1 is of a type capable of holding a plurality of relatively large melons as fruits and vegetables, and the internal shape of a box body such as a packaging box not shown. Arrangement plate 2 made of paper in a square shape corresponding to
Further, a plurality of receiving concave portions 3 having a concave convex shape are provided so as to receive the lower portion of the melon, and a flange 4 is bent upward around the arrangement plate 2. In FIG. 1, the flange 4 connected to the two front sides of the arrangement plate 2 is not folded so that the receiving recess 3 can be seen easily. Each of the flanges 4 comes into contact with the inner surface of the box body in a face-to-face contact state when the tray 1 is housed inside the box body, and prevents the tray 1 from moving in the packaging box. Further, the flange 4 is housed in the box body in a state of being folded up so that the flange 4 can be easily pulled up when detached from the box body. Further, in the illustrated embodiment,
Flange 4 folded up along the long side of arrangement plate 2
The size of each of them is set to be large in the height direction so as to increase the strength of the arrangement plate 2 as a whole. Therefore, even if fruits and vegetables are placed in the receiving recesses 3 of the arrangement plate 2 and the tray 1 is pulled up from the inside of the box with the flange 4 along the long side direction, the arrangement plate 2 does not bend. You can stabilize and lift fruits and vegetables.

Each of the receiving concave portions 3 has a placement plate body 5
A plurality of tongues 7 divided into radial slits, which will be described later, are dropped downward so as to present a curved surface, and the tongues 7 are arranged in a circular shape. A receiving bottom plate 9 is superposed and joined to the center of the receiving recess forming region 8, and the receiving bottom plate 9 has a curved surface which is convex downward so as to be continuous with the curved shape of the tongue piece 7. There is. Thus, in each of the receiving recesses 3,
The tongue piece 7 is dropped downward so that the lower end of the tongue piece 7 is bent toward the center of the receiving recess forming area 8, and the curved surface is formed even if the cross section of the receiving recess forming area 8 in the circumferential direction is curved. The receiving bottom plate 9 is formed on the tongue piece 7 and is bent downward as a convex shape. The receiving concave portion 3 is joined by pressing the two with a pressing die described below while superimposing the receiving bottom plate 9 on the receiving concave forming area 8 and thermocompressing the both, and corresponds to the lower shape of a spherical fruit or vegetable. Then, fruits and vegetables can be stably placed.

The slits 6 dividing the tongues 7 in the receiving recess 3 reach the outer periphery of the receiving recess forming region 8 as shown in FIG. 3 or extend outward from the outer periphery. So that the tongue piece 7 is positioned along the outer periphery of the receiving recess forming area.
Since the tongue piece 7 is folded downward with a radius of 0, the receiving concave portion 3 can be slightly expanded in the radial direction. That is, when the fruits and vegetables are placed on the receiving concave portion 3 and pushed in, the rounded shape of the folded portion 10 of the tongue 7 is deformed and the receiving concave portion 3 is expanded in diameter. Further, the bending force of the folding portion 10 is strengthened by applying a force F that pushes the tongue piece 7 outward, but at the folding portion 10, a restoring force for returning to the original shape is generated, and this force causes the fruits and vegetables to grow. The tray 1 is adapted to be held from the surroundings, and the tray 1 has an action of stably storing fruits and vegetables in each of the receiving recesses 3 even by the restoring force from the radial direction.

The fact that the receiving recesses 3 can be expanded in the radial direction and the fruits and vegetables can be held by the restoring force from the folding portion 10 side of the tongue is also useful in the following points. . That is, the fruits and vegetables to be accommodated in the tray 1 made of cushioning paper for fruits and vegetables are classified according to conditions such as shape, size, weight, and color, and are accommodated in the box in a state in which the grades of fruits and vegetables are aligned. Even fruits and vegetables with uniform grades have some variations in shape and size. Therefore, if fruits and vegetables having a slight variation in shape and size are accommodated in the receiving concave portion 3 of the tray 1 of the vegetable and vegetable buffer paper, the receiving concave portion 3 having the same configuration.
The diameter of each of the fruits and vegetables is expanded and held properly without rattling, and the uniformity of the whole fruits and vegetables can be further emphasized without making the variation of the fruits and vegetables arranged on the tray noticeable.

In the tray 1 made of fruit and vegetables buffer paper, the receiving recessed portion forming region 8 and the receiving bottom plate 9 are overlapped with each other while the receiving recessed portion 3 is formed into a predetermined recessed shape by using a pressure die.
Although they are joined by thermocompression bonding, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the arrangement plate main body 5 and the receiving bottom plate 9 before pressing are flat plates. In FIG. 4, a broken line surrounding a portion corresponding to the receiving recess forming area 8 indicates a bending position for obtaining the folding portion 10. In addition, three consecutive receiving recesses 3, 3
At the portion to be a, the receiving recesses are set to be bent as needed even in the tongue 7 in the receiving recess continuous portion so that each receiving recess has a predetermined recessed shape (FIG. 5). Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the receiving bottom plate 9 before being bonded is formed so as to be separable in the mount 11 in a state corresponding to the arrangement of the receiving recess forming region 8.

When the tray 1 is manufactured, the arrangement plate body 5 is used.
The mount 11 is arranged on the lower surface of the. At this time, the mount 1
The remaining portion 12 other than the receiving bottom plate 9 in 1 corresponds to a region other than the receiving recess forming region 8 on the lower surface of the arrangement plate body 5. In this superposed state, the pressure receiving die is pressed against the receiving recess forming area 8 to fold the tongue piece 7 so as to open the receiving recess forming area 8 and the receiving bottom plate 9 is deformed to be convex in the pressing direction. While pressing, both are crimped under heating. An adhesive is applied in advance to a portion that will be a joint between the two, and an adhesive force is generated under heat and pressure to bond them together. The remaining portion 12
The adhesive is applied in advance to either one of the corresponding area and the area other than the receiving recess forming area 8 and the both are bonded by the above-mentioned thermocompression bonding. In addition,
It is also possible to bond the remaining portion 12 and the area other than the receiving recess forming area 8 in advance before pressure bonding.

As shown in FIG. 6, although the receiving bottom plate 9 is located on the lower surface of the receiving recess forming region 8 in the above embodiment,
The present invention is not limited to this, and the receiving bottom plate 9 may be positioned on the upper surface of the receiving recess forming region 8 as shown in FIG. 7. In this case, the remaining portion 12 of the mount 11 is arranged. Although it is arranged on the upper surface of the plate body 5, in consideration of the appearance of the tray 1, the remaining portion 12 is not adhered and is removed after pressure bonding. Of course, it is not always necessary to remove it, and it is also possible to join it to the upper surface of the arrangement plate body 5 to form a paper reinforcing member. Further, the remaining portion 12 is not always required in the mount 11 itself depending on the arrangement of the receiving bottom plate 9. The arrangement plate main body 5 and the mount 11 for obtaining the tray 1 of that form are shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and as shown in FIG. It suffices that they are separably connected in a state corresponding to the arrangement of 8. In the examples shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the number of receiving recesses is different from that in the above-described embodiment, and a tray having independent receiving recesses can be obtained. Thus, the number and arrangement of the receiving recesses 3 are not limited.

As described above, according to the present invention, a tray for receiving fruits and vegetables comprises a paper-made placing plate main body and a paper-made receiving bottom plate which is superposed on the receiving recess forming region of the placing plate main body. Since the receiving recess is formed by superimposing the receiving recess forming area and the receiving bottom plate and joining them by crimping of a crimping die, by using this fruit and vegetable buffer paper tray, as in the conventional tray, It can be transported without damaging fruits and vegetables and without breaking the arrangement. Then, by putting this tray in a commonly used corrugated cardboard shipping box and storing and packing fruits and vegetables, when recycling used shipping boxes and trays at retail stores such as supermarkets. However, the shipping box and the tray can be handled together without separation, and recycling is not troublesome. Further, since the tray itself is made of paper, the tray is thinner than the pipe molded product and has a smooth surface shape.
Therefore, the stacking property of this tray becomes good, it does not become bulky even if many trays of the present invention are stacked, and it can be easily separated when taking out the trays one by one, and the trays can be easily handled. And the like, which have excellent practicality.
