Abstract
Description
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention provides a paper container, particularly a rigidly assembled lid that makes it difficult to spontaneously separate the top plate and the skirt wall, and has an excellent stackability, and easily seals the container body with the lid. The present invention relates to a paper container.
In these paper containers, the lid is attached to the container body. After the contents are filled in the container body, the lower part of the skirt wall of the lid is wound inward by post-processing to form the curl portion. The curling portion is engaged with the flange portion, or the lower portion of the skirt wall is folded inward so as to be locked to the flange lower surface or the curl lower surface of the container body. Alternatively, from the beginning, an upper and lower curled portion in which both the upper and lower portions of the skirt wall are wound inside is formed, and the lower curled portion of the skirt wall is engaged with the lower surface of the flange portion of the container body while the lid is pushed into the container body. It is done by joining. Alternatively, the top plate of the lid and the flange portion of the container main body are bonded by glue.
In the above conventional paper container, when the lid has a two-piece structure, the top plate and the skirt wall are fixed by simply fitting the top plate inside the skirt wall and engaging the lower surface of the curl portion. When mounted on the main body, the outer peripheral edge of the top plate is sandwiched from above and below by the curled portion of the skirt wall and the flange portion or curled portion of the container main body, or the top plate and the upper curled portion are sandwiched by glue. This is done by bonding.
However, the inside of the paper container is filled with cold matter, and when a predetermined temperature difference occurs between the outside air and the paper container, moisture is condensed on the outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface of the paper container. And the condensed moisture gradually permeates the inside while accumulating at the joint between the top plate and the curled portion, and deteriorates the adhesive strength of the glue or the shape holding force. As a result, a so-called return deformation occurs to return from the bent shape to the original shape, and the top plate and the skirt wall constituting the lid may be naturally separated.
On the other hand, in the paper container, since the curled portion exists at the upper outer peripheral edge portion of the lid as described above, the outer peripheral edge portion of the lid is heated and suppressed from the upper portion, and the lid is placed on the upper surface of the flange portion or the curled portion of the container body. There is a problem that heat sealing cannot be performed, and as described above, the lower end of the skirt wall must be bent by post-processing to take a locking means to the container body, and it takes time to seal the container body with the lid. There is a problem.
Furthermore, since the lid of the paper container does not have a means for engaging with each other when stacked, the stack of the paper container becomes unstable and easily fluctuates, which causes a problem in storage stability during transportation.
The present invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, has a lid that is rigidly assembled, makes it difficult to spontaneously separate the top plate and the skirt wall, and has excellent stackability, and is a lid of the container body. An object of the present invention is to provide a paper container that can be easily sealed.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container body having a body wall and a bottom wall in which contents are stored, and a lid body having a top wall and a skirt wall and sealing the container body. The top wall of the lid body has a top plate portion having a horizontal surface at least at the peripheral end portion and a hanging portion formed by hanging from the top plate portion along the circumferential direction. The skirt wall of the lid body has a lower folding allowance formed by being folded inward at least at the lower part and an outer peripheral wall part forming a side wall, and the hanging part of the top wall is an outer peripheral wall part of the skirt wall. And a fitting groove formed by the lower folding allowance and fixed by crimping.
In the paper container having the above structure, the top wall and the skirt wall constituting the lid body are folded down from the top plate portion along the circumferential direction of the top wall. It is fixed by crimping by fitting in a fitting groove formed by a margin. As a result, it is possible to perform crimping and fixing while securing a sufficient joint surface between the top wall and the skirt wall. Furthermore, since there is no bent shape such as a curl in the hanging part of the top wall and the fitting groove of the skirt wall, the top wall and the skirt wall are rigidly fixed. As a result, return deformation does not occur when the lid is fixed to the container body, and the contents do not leak to the outside. In addition, since the top plate portion of the top wall has a horizontal surface at the peripheral end portion, it is possible to suitably secure a joining surface with respect to the container body and also suitably secure a joining surface with respect to an external device such as a heater. Can do. As a result, the container body can be easily sealed with the lid body and has a sealing property in which condensed moisture hardly penetrates into the interior.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the skirt wall has an upper folding allowance formed by being folded inward at an upper portion of the outer peripheral wall portion, and the fitting groove is formed by the upper folding allowance and the lower folding allowance. Is formed.
In the paper container having the above-described configuration, since the fitting groove is formed by the upper folding allowance formed by folding inward at the upper part and the lower folding allowance at the lower part, the hanging part of the ceiling wall to be fitted is suitable. Retained. In addition, since the top plate portion of the top wall has a horizontal surface at the peripheral end portion, it is possible to suitably secure a joining surface with respect to the container body and also suitably secure a joining surface with respect to external devices such as a heater Can do. As a result, the container body can be easily sealed with the lid body and has a sealing property in which condensed moisture hardly penetrates into the interior.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the upper fold margin of the skirt wall is entirely crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall portion, and the lower fold margin of the skirt wall is within a range that does not overlap with the upper fold margin. And is partially crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall.
In the paper container having the above-described configuration, the skirt wall portion where the upper fold margin is fully crimped is forged to increase the strength, while the skirt wall where the lower fold margin is partially crimped is also forged to further increase the strength. It becomes like this. Moreover, the part which is not crimped | bonded to the inner peripheral surface of a skirt wall among lower folding allowances can contribute to formation of the fitting groove | channel which the hanging part of a ceiling wall fits suitably. As a result, when the hanging portion of the top wall is fitted into the fitting groove formed on the skirt wall and is crimped, the coupling degree of the fitting portion becomes dense, and the top wall and the skirt wall easily peel off naturally. Disappear.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the hanging portion of the top wall protrudes from the upper outer peripheral end of the skirt wall, and the maximum outer diameter is substantially equal to or less than the maximum inner diameter of the skirt wall.
In the paper container having the above-described configuration, the maximum outer diameter of the hanging portion is approximately equal to or less than the maximum inner diameter of the skirt wall, so that the top wall of the lid is aligned with the inside of the skirt wall of the other lid. It becomes possible to do. Thereby, a some cover body can be piled up stably.
In the paper container having the above-described configuration according to claim 5, the hanging portion of the top wall has a narrowed portion whose maximum outer diameter is substantially equal to or less than the maximum inner diameter of the skirt wall and expands downward. It has a diameter.
In the paper container having the above configuration, since the maximum outer diameter of the narrowed portion is substantially equal to or less than the maximum inner diameter of the skirt wall, the narrowed portion of the lid is fitted to the inside of the skirt wall of the other lid. Is possible. Thereby, a plurality of lids can be stacked stably.
According to the paper container of the present invention, with respect to the crimping and fixing of the top wall and the skirt wall constituting the lid, the hanging portion formed perpendicular to the disk portion along the circumferential direction of the top wall is provided on the skirt wall. An upper folding allowance formed by being folded back at the upper part and being fully crimped to the outer peripheral wall part of the skirt wall; and a lower folding allowance formed by being folded at the lower part of the skirt wall and being partially crimped to the outer peripheral wall part of the skirt wall; Since the top wall and the skirt wall are fixed by crimping by fitting into the fitting groove formed by, the lid consisting of the top wall and the skirt wall is rigidly assembled, and the top wall and the skirt wall are naturally peeled off Never do. As a result, it is possible to prevent the top plate and the skirt wall from peeling due to the return deformation of the curled portion of the lid in the conventional paper container. In addition, since the top wall of the lid is horizontal at least at the outer peripheral end, the lid can suitably secure a joint surface with the container body and can suitably secure a joint surface with an external device such as a heater. The lid can be directly heat sealed to the flange portion of the container body. As a result, the container body can be easily sealed with the lid body and has a sealing property in which the condensed moisture hardly penetrates into the interior. Furthermore, since the maximum outer diameter of the hanging part or the throttle part of the top wall is substantially equal to or less than the maximum inner diameter of the skirt wall, a plurality of lids can be stacked stably. As a result, a large amount of lids can be transported while being stacked, which is advantageous for the production of paper containers. Alternatively, it is advantageous for storage of the lid.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited thereby.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a
The
The
Further, the maximum inner diameter D2 of the

The

The
The

As described above, the

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the
The
The
In the first to third embodiments, the top plate portion of the lid body is circular, and the body wall of the container body has an inverted half-cone shape. However, the shape is not limited to these shapes, and the top plate portion of the lid body is rectangular or central. May be a hat shape with a convex shape and a flat periphery, and the body wall of the container body may be an inverted quadrangular pyramid or a hemisphere with a flange.
In addition to food preservation or food storage such as preserved foods, frozen confectionery, refrigerated products, frozen products, etc., the present invention can also be suitably applied to clothes or small items stored therein or product packaging.
