With the conventional insulation treatment method for a rotating electric machine stator using the above-mentioned impregnated mica tape, it is possible to form a strong insulation. However, the coil fastening part to the bind band and the bind ring and the series connection part of the coil, the inter-pole connecting wire and its connection part, the cable connection part and the inter-electrode connection ring and the winding work of the impregnated mica tape to the connection part Is mainly a manual winding work, and in particular, it is a fine work in a restricted gap after the wire connection, so that the worker needs a skilled skill, and the insulation work time becomes long, which is disadvantageous in manufacturing. In addition, after winding the mica tape for impregnation, a shrink film tape treatment is required for resin retention of the impregnated resin and insulation molding.

According to the present invention, since the fitting member having the structure of being heat-shrinkable and superposed and bonded to each other or the insulating base material to which the fitting member is attached is arranged in the insulating sheet or the insulating tape. It does not require fixing process such as tape winding, and bind band, bind ring and coil series connection part,
Insulation treatment for the inter-pole connecting wire and its connecting portion, the cable connecting portion, the inter-electrode connecting ring and its connecting portion is simple, and it is possible to perform the insulating treatment in a short time without requiring skill in the work.
When the insulating sheet or tape according to claim 2 or 4 is used, since a prepreg felt that is flexible and relaxes mechanical stress is disposed inside as a constituent material of the insulating sheet and the tape, the bind band and the bind ring are formed. The buffer material provided between the coil end portion and the coil end portion is unnecessary. Furthermore, by using the heat-shrinkable fitting member and the insulating base material, it is not necessary to process the shrinkable film tape for holding the impregnated resin and insulating molding.

Further, since the prepreg felt 5 which is a constituent material of the insulating sheet 4b obtained in the second embodiment is flexible and relieves mechanical stress, the contact state with a conductor having a complicated shape and a connecting portion thereof is maintained. Can be dense and binds band 8
Also, the cushioning material provided between the bind ring 9 and the coil end portion becomes unnecessary. Furthermore, since the insulating sheets 4a and 4b are thermally shrunk during heating, the shrink film tape treatment for resin holding of the impregnated resin and insulation molding is not required.
