る。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is an embossed carrier tape having a raw material identifying means for indicating that the bottom sheet is each of various resins. The raw material identifying means is an identification mark, It is preferably a recycle mark or a laser mark printed with a stamper. In the present invention, the raw material identifying means selects and collects only the respective embossed carrier tapes whose bottom sheet is made of various resins from the waste group of the embossed carrier tapes used after mounting, and the second separation. By the means, it is possible to prevent the mixing of the different raw materials. As the second sorting means, a specific gravity difference sorting method, a mechanical sorting method, a near infrared ray sorting method, or the like can be used. Further, according to the present invention, after the embossed carrier tape waste group after being used for mounting, only the respective embossed carrier tapes whose bottom sheet is made of various resins are selected and collected by the raw material identification means, and then the embossed carrier tapes are collected. It is a method of coarsely crushing and adding virgin resin to injection molding or to make a bottom sheet for embossed carrier tape. Especially when making a bottom sheet, use a multilayer structure of three or more layers and use it as an intermediate layer. In this way, a product with less deterioration in quality performance can be obtained, and the collected embossed carrier tape can be effectively reused. In this way,
The second separation means can prevent the mixing of different raw materials other than the various resins, and can be carried out. Further, only the respective embossed carrier tapes whose bottom sheet is made of various resins may be sorted and collected by the second sorting means without using the raw material identifying means. Also in this case, the selected embossed carrier tape is roughly crushed, and a virgin resin is added to form a bottom sheet for injection molding or an embossed carrier tape. Particularly, in the case of a bottom sheet, a multi-layered structure having three or more layers is formed. By using it for the intermediate layer, a product with less deterioration in quality performance can be obtained, and the collected embossed carrier tape can be effectively reused.

As the identification means, an identification mark, a recycle mark, a laser mark printed with a stamper, or the like can be used. Since the embossed carrier tape used for mounting has these raw material identification means, each embossed carrier whose bottom sheet is made of various resins can be more easily visually observed from the waste group of embossed carrier tape waste used for mounting. Can be sorted into tape.

できる。In a second aspect of the present invention, since the embossed carrier tape which has been used for mounting and which has been substantially selected by the above-mentioned raw material identifying means is separated and collected with higher accuracy, the second separating means is provided. I have. Examples of the second sorting means include a specific gravity difference sorting method, a mechanical sorting method, a near infrared ray sorting method, and the like. The specific gravity difference method aims to separate by the specific gravity difference of the bottom plastic sheet used for embossed carrier tape waste, and the difference in the specific gravity of the plastic sheet is obtained by centrifuging the embossed carrier tape waste group. Thus, the embossed carrier tape can be sorted according to each raw material resin of the bottom sheet.

ものを得ることができる。In the mechanical separation method, several known methods can be used. As an example, the identification mark used as the above-mentioned raw material identification means contains a component that can be mechanically separated for each resin, so that the plastic sheet of the bottom material used for embossed carrier tape waste is made of various resins. It becomes possible to easily select the respective embossed carrier tapes. Further, in the near-infrared ray fractionation method, each can be identified by comparing the specific absorption spectrum patterns found in various resins by the absorption spectrum spectroscopy using near-infrared rays.
If the second identification means can be implemented with high accuracy and high speed, the bottom sheet should be sorted and collected into each embossed carrier tape made of various resins without using the above-mentioned raw material identification means. You can In the present invention, the plastic sheet of the separated bottom material is sorted into each embossed carrier tape made of various resins, and then coarsely crushed,
You can also add virgin resin to make injection molding or bottom sheet for embossed carrier tape,
In particular, when a bottom sheet is used, a multi-layer structure having three or more layers can be used, and by using it as an intermediate layer, it is possible to obtain a product with little deterioration in quality performance.
