Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention allows a seat cushion to be smoothly folded and stored in a storage room under a rear floor, and furthermore ensures a sufficient thickness of the seat cushion. The present invention relates to a foldable vehicle seat that can be used. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, with the development of outdoor sports such as fishing and camping, wagon-type and one-box type vehicles have been increasingly used from conventional sedan-type vehicles. Further, in these automobiles, there have been proposed ones in which a seat can be deformed into various shapes so that large luggage can be placed thereon. For example, when a seat back is turned forward toward a seat surface of a seat cushion, a seat cushion is provided. Has been put to practical use in which the seat back moves slightly downward and rearward, and the seat back is folded on a seat cushion so that the back surface of the seat back becomes a horizontal cargo floor. [0003] However, in the conventional device, the seat back is folded and stored on a seat cushion, and the position of the back surface of the seat back which forms a horizontal load floor surface is increased, so that a load of sufficient height is required. There was a problem that it was difficult to secure a room. On the other hand, in order to avoid this, the thickness of the cushion must be reduced, and in this case, there is a problem that the cushioning property is significantly impaired. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and enables a seat cushion to be smoothly and compactly folded and stored in a storage room under a rear floor. The object of the present invention is to provide a foldable vehicle seat capable of ensuring a sufficient thickness of a seat cushion and exhibiting both excellent cushioning and storage properties. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a vehicle seat according to the present invention is configured such that when a seatback is tilted forward toward a seat surface of a seat cushion, the seat cushion is moved rearward and downward. A vehicle seat that moves and a seat back is folded and a back surface of the seat back serves as a horizontal cargo floor. A lower portion of the seat back is rotatably supported by a body via a hinge bracket, and a seat cushion is provided. The first portion is rotatably supported on the body by the first link, and the rear portion is pivotally connected to the lower portion of the seat back by the second link, and the pivot portion between the seat cushion and the second link is formed on the seat cushion. Engaging with the formed horizontal guide hole, the guide hole is guided by the pivot portion and slid backward and downward by tilting the seat back forward, The seat cushion is housed in a hangar under the rear floor. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a seat body including a seat back 1a and a seat cushion 1b. When the seat back 1a is tilted forward toward the seat surface of the seat cushion 1b, the seat cushion 1b moves rearward and downward and the seat back 1a is moved. It is of a foldable type in which the seat back 1a is folded so that the back surface of the seat back 1a becomes a horizontal cargo floor surface following the rear deck 21. Moreover,
In the present invention, the seat cushion 1b is configured to be stored in the storage 30 below the rear floor. A lower portion of the seat back 1a is connected to a body 2 around a pivot portion 11a via a hinge bracket 4.
2 is supported so as to be freely rotatable. In the seat back 1a, an extended portion 6 of a seat back frame formed at a lower end portion is pivotally attached to a hinge bracket 4 by a pivot portion 11a.
It is configured to draw an arc movement around a. On the other hand, a front portion of the seat cushion 1b is rotatably supported on the body 22 by a first link 3a. 11b is the first link 3a and the body 22
Is a pivot portion of the first link 3a and the seat cushion 1b. The rear portion of the seat cushion 1b is connected to a lower portion of the seat back 1a by a second link 3b. 11d is a pivot portion between the seat cushion 1b and the second link 3b, and 11e is a pivot portion between the seat back 1a and the second link 3b.
1d is engaged with a horizontal guide hole 5 formed in the seat cushion 1b. As shown in FIG. 3, the second link 3b has a shape bent in a crank shape. When the seat back 1a is rotated, the second link 3b interferes with the extending portion 6. It does not hinder operation. When the seat back 1a is moved forward, the guide hole 5 formed in the seat cushion 1b is guided by the pivot portion 11d and slides rearward and downward. As a result, the seat cushion 1b is stored in the storage 30 below the rear floor. It is configured to be. That is, the seat cushion 1b is configured to be guided by the guide hole 5 and to slide largely rearward, which is a characteristic configuration of the present invention. [0009] In the above-mentioned structure, as shown in Fig. 1, a seating surface is usually formed and used as a seat. On the other hand, when the seat back 1a is tilted forward toward the seating surface of the seat cushion 1b. As shown in FIG. 2, the seat cushion 1b moves rearward and downward, the seat back 1a is folded, and the back surface forms a horizontal cargo floor surface following the rear deck 21 to store large luggage and the like. It is used as More specifically, in the present invention, when the seat back 1a is tilted forward toward the seat cushion 1b, the seat back 1a is extended through the extension 6 of the seat back frame.
a rotates counterclockwise around the pivotal connection 11a. Along with this, the pivot portion 11d of the seat cushion 1b and the second link 3b is pulled rearward, and the seat cushion 1b
Moves rearward, and the first link 3a rotates clockwise. When the seat back 1a continues to be tilted forward, the first link 3a continues to rotate clockwise, and the horizontal guide hole 5 formed in the seat cushion 1b is guided by the pivot portion 11d to move rearward. . As a result, the seat cushion 1b is guided by the guide hole 5 and largely slides horizontally rearward. And, since the hangar 30 is formed below the rear floor, the seat cushion 1b is completely stored in the hangar 30. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the seat back 1a and the seat cushion 1b are housed side by side in a straight line back and forth, instead of being overlapped and folded as in the conventional case. It is possible to secure a space for storing large luggage or the like by using only about half of the space. Further, it is not necessary to make the thickness of the seat back 1a and the seat cushion 1b thin at all, and it is possible to use a seat having a sufficient thickness and excellent cushioning properties. As described above, the seat cushion 1b can be stored in the storage 30 under the rear floor only by a simple operation of moving the seat back 1a forward toward the seat cushion 1b. And seat back 1
a and the seat cushion 1b are housed side by side so that the seat cushion 1b is in a straight line back and forth, so that the cushion thickness can be made sufficiently thick, and the cargo floor surface can be lowered to secure a large storage space. It becomes. As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the seat cushion can be folded and stored smoothly and compactly in the storage room under the rear floor, and the thickness of the seat cushion can be sufficiently increased. Thus, it is possible to secure excellent cushioning and storage properties. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to industrial development as a vehicle seat that has eliminated the conventional problems.
