Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decorative sheet from being released from an end side part of a decorative board by laminating the sheet to a header surface at a low cost.
SOLUTION: The decorative board 10 comprises a resin base 1 laminated with the decorative sheet 2. The board 10 is formed by forming a V-shaped groove 3 along an end side on an end side part of the rear side of the decorative board, folding the end side part in a rear side direction via the V-shaped groove so as to become the decorative sheet surface continued from the front side surface of the board to the header surface. A method for manufacturing the decorative board comprises the extrusion simultaneously laminating step of laminating the front side surface of a resin base simultaneously with the decorative sheet when the resin base is extrusion molded, and the shaping step of shaping the V-groove shape by a shaping plate on a rear side of the resin base of a softened state. In this case, it is efficient to use a cooling roller for cooling to solidify the resin also as the shaping plate, and to use the extrusion simultaneously laminating step as the shaping step.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art A decorative plate having a structure in which a decorative sheet is laminated on the surface of various plate-like base materials such as wood plates
It is used for various purposes such as interior and exterior materials of buildings such as walls, floors and ceilings, and furniture. At that time, as in the decorative plate 20 shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, in a simple configuration in which the decorative sheet 22 is laminated only on the front surface of the base material 21,
The base material 21 is left exposed on the edge surface e of the decorative plate, that is, the end surface. In this state, the edge of the decorative sheet is located at the edge portion of the decorative plate, so that there is a problem that the decorative sheet is easily peeled off from the base material. In addition, the small face is not suitable for applications that require makeup. So, if you need to avoid such problems,
It is known that a decorative sheet is wrapped around even a small edge of a base material to be laminated by a profile extrusion simultaneous laminating method, a lapping method, etc. (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-5895).

However, the use of the lapping method and the like as described above has a problem in that a process whose processing cost is high is required. In this respect,
A decorative sheet with the base material itself made up without using a decorative sheet, for example, a decorative sheet with a wood powder-containing resin as a base material or a surface treatment such as signing added to the base material Since it is not used, the problem of the decorative sheet peeling off from the edge can be basically avoided. Further, even in the application of exposing the fore edge surface, the design feeling does not deteriorate only for the fore edge surface. Alternatively, as another makeup method, when the base material is extrusion-molded, the degree of kneading of the pigment in the resin is adjusted to form a base material in which the pattern in which the pigment is dispersed in a marble form is made to look like a wood grain pattern. Even if the base material itself is a decorative plate, the above problem can be similarly avoided. However, the design of the decorative board by these is a simple design presented by the surface of the base material itself, and compared to the case of using a decorative sheet, it has a high-class feeling or a genuine feeling in expressing various materials such as wood and stone. Etc., the design feeling (design expression power) is inferior and there is a large gap.

By the way, the difference in design feeling between the decorative board with the decoration of the base material itself and the decorative board in which the decorative sheet is laminated on the base material is that the use of the decorative sheet makes it possible to express a high design by printing. Because there is. In that case, the design feeling is improved even if the design pattern is directly printed on the surface of the base material itself, and since the decorative sheet is not used, the problem that the decorative sheet is easily peeled off can be avoided. But,
The design feeling of the direct printing surface is inferior to that of the decorative sheet. In addition, direct printing is impossible even on the foreside, and thus it is difficult to apply to applications where the foreside is exposed.

Further, as a recent trend, there is an increasing demand for remodeling of existing detached houses and condominiums. In remodeling, for example, it is good to replace the wall or floor with itself, but leave the existing wall material or floor material as it is, and attach a new decorative board as a wall material or floor material on it, Construction is easy, and it is cost effective.
Further, in the case of a remodeling application considering such construction, the thickness of the decorative plate used as the wall material or the floor material may be thin because strength is not required, and the thinner the thickness, the lower the cost. However,
The lapping method as described above is difficult unless it has a certain thickness, and is not suitable for a thin decorative plate.
However, if the decorative sheet is laminated only on the surface of the base material, there is a problem that the decorative sheet is easily peeled off from the edge of the decorative plate as described above.

That is, an object of the present invention is to laminate a decorative sheet which is capable of high design by printing, and laminates the decorative sheet to the small surface at a low cost so that the edge portion of the decorative sheet is laminated. It is to prevent the makeup sheet from peeling off. It is also to provide a method for manufacturing such a decorative board.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the decorative board of the present invention is a decorative board formed by laminating a decorative sheet on the front and side surfaces of a resin substrate. A V-shaped groove is formed along the edge of the decorative sheet, and the edge of the decorative plate is folded back by the V-shaped groove, so that the decorative sheet surface is continuous from the front side of the decorative sheet to the edge surface. The configuration is as follows.

By adopting such a constitution, the decorative sheet can be applied to the small surface at a low cost without relying on a high processing cost method such as a profile extrusion simultaneous laminating method capable of laminating a decorative sheet up to the small surface or a lapping method. It can be a laminated veneer that is continuously laminated from the front and side surfaces, and can prevent peeling of the decorative sheet at the edges of the veneer. In addition, the decorative surface can be applied to the small face with a high design. Moreover, even if the thickness of the decorative plate is thin, it can be handled. Therefore, it is suitable as a wall material or floor material for reform.

Further, the method for producing a decorative board of the present invention is a method for producing a decorative board having the above-mentioned constitution, wherein a resin base material is extruded and at the same time a decorative sheet is formed on the front surface of the resin base material. The manufacturing method includes an extrusion simultaneous laminating step of laminating and a shaping step of shaping a V-shaped groove with a shaping plate on the back side of the softened resin substrate.

Further, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention is the same as the above-mentioned manufacturing method, except that in the extrusion simultaneous laminating step,
A cooling roller that cools and solidifies the extruded resin is also used as a shaping plate, so that the simultaneous extrusion laminating step is also used as a shaping step.

With the manufacturing method having such a structure, the V-shaped groove of the decorative plate can be formed without the need of using an additional shaping plate. Moreover, since the resin base material is not heated to form the V-shaped groove after the lamination, but the lamination and the V-shaped groove are formed at the same time, the deep V-shaped groove can be easily formed. It is not necessary to repeat heating of the base material, and the decorative board can be efficiently manufactured in terms of thermal energy.

As shown in FIG. 1 (B), the decorative sheet 2 is on the back surface side, and the new edge surface e has the decorative sheet 2 on the edge side which has been located on the front side until now. It should be noted that the V-shaped groove 3 is provided at a position such that the surface f becomes the same surface or substantially the same surface as the back side surface of the resin base material when the end side portion is folded in. It is preferable because it does not exist. As a result of the folding, the decorative plate has a structure in which the resin base material 1 is continuously covered with the decorative sheet 2 from the front side surface of the decorative plate to the fore edge surface e. Will be prevented from peeling off. In addition, it is possible to make high-quality makeup on the fore edge with a decorative sheet.

The V-shaped groove 3 provided on the edge portion as described above is
Like the decorative plate 10 illustrated in FIG. 2, the decorative plates are usually provided on opposite sides (left and right sides in the drawing) of a rectangular decorative plate. However, if you only need one side depending on the application,
Only one V-shaped groove may be used. If necessary, V-shaped grooves may be provided on all four sides of the left, right, top and bottom (V at the four corners of the decorative plate).

In the decorative plate 10 according to the present invention, the edges of the decorative plate 10 may be folded along the V-shaped groove not only when the decorative plate is installed on-site, but also when the decorative plate is folded at a previous stage, when the product is shipped, or the like. good. That is, the decorative plate according to the present invention may be in a state before or after the end portion is folded in the V-shaped groove.

The shape of the V-shaped groove is not limited to the shape illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 4, but may be another shape without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in FIG. 1, the V-shaped groove is illustrated as having a depth such that the resin base material is slightly left at the valley bottom portion thereof, but the strength of the decorative sheet is sufficient so as not to break when folded. Then, the V-shaped groove may be deep enough to reach the decorative sheet without leaving the resin base material. In addition, in FIG. 1, the V-shaped groove has a cross-sectional angle of 90 degrees and is equal to the left and right sides, and the edge face e generated at the time of folding the end portion is a surface perpendicular to the front surface of the decorative plate. However, other shapes may be used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the edge of the decorative sheet 2 itself at the edge portion is not limited to the position where the edge of the front side surface of the resin substrate 1 is entirely covered. Even at a position between the edge of the decorative sheet and the edge of the decorative sheet, the effect of preventing the decorative sheet from peeling off from the edge of the decorative plate can be appropriately obtained. However, if the resin base material is partly exposed on the fore edge surface, the design property of the fore edge surface is deteriorated.

If necessary, an adhesive may be used to bond and fix the folded shape to the joint between the slopes of the V-shaped groove so that the folded shape does not return to its original shape.
As the adhesive, known adhesives such as urethane-based, epoxy-based, vinyl acetate-based, and rubber-based adhesives may be used depending on the material of the resin base material. Alternatively, when the decorative plates with the edge portions folded are to be installed with the edge portions abutted to each other, since the edge surfaces of adjacent decorative plates contact each other and face each other, the folded shape is the original. Since it is possible to suppress the restoration of the shape, the adhesive fixing can be omitted as described above.

The thickness of the resin base material is not particularly limited and may be a thickness according to the application, for example, about 1 to 10 mm.
Especially for remodeling applications, it is better to be thin in terms of cost,
In the case of a thickness (thinness) of about 2 to 5 mm, lapping is not suitable, but the present invention is suitable because even such a thickness can be easily covered with the decorative sheet up to the small surface. The decorative board according to the present invention may be a flexible plate-shaped material or sheet-shaped material in addition to a rigid plate-shaped material or sheet-shaped material. Therefore, the same applies to the resin base material.

As the decorative sheet, a mere resin sheet, paper, or the like can be used, but in general, a decorative sheet having a structure in which a base sheet is subjected to a decoration treatment is used because a high design can be obtained. For example, as the base sheet, a resin sheet (film), paper, metal foil, or a laminated body of these is used. As the decoration treatment, for example, kneading of a colorant into a resin sheet, formation of a decoration layer by printing on a base material sheet, shaping of a concavo-convex pattern by embossing, etc. are appropriately adopted. Moreover, these decoration treatments are appropriately combined.

[Simultaneous lamination with extrusion and shaping of V-shaped groove] In order to laminate a decorative sheet on a resin substrate, the decorative sheet is fused or laminated with an adhesive to the already solidified resin substrate. However, in terms of adhesion between the resin base material and the decorative sheet, it is preferable that the resin used as the resin base material is extrusion-molded and simultaneously laminated on the back surface side of the decorative sheet. Then, the V-shaped groove is formed by a shaping plate on the back side of the resin base material in the softened state. By adopting such a manufacturing method, the V-shaped groove can be formed at low cost without cutting. In the present invention, since the resin base material is used as the base material of the decorative plate in the present invention, the V-shaped groove can be formed by the shaping plate in the softened state of the resin base material.

In the V-shaped groove shaping step, after the laminating step of simultaneously laminating the resin base material and the decorative sheet by extrusion, the once solidified resin base material is heated again to be in a softened state and then shaped with a shaping die. You can shape it. However, it is easy to shape a deep V-shaped groove that reaches the decorative sheet,
In addition, since the resin of the resin base material does not need to be repeatedly heated and cooled and solidified, it is energy-saving and efficient, so that the V-shaped groove is shaped at the same time during the extrusion simultaneous laminating step of the resin base material and the decorative sheet. Is preferred. In particular,
When the resin base material is extruded in a molten state and is molded and laminated simultaneously with the decorative sheet, the cooling roller for molding (and for pressure bonding) is also used as a shaping plate, and the V-shaped groove is formed at the same time as molding and lamination of the resin base material. Should be shaped.

The conceptual diagram of FIG. 3 illustrates a method for manufacturing a decorative plate in which the cooling roller also serves as a shaping plate so that the simultaneous extrusion lamination step also serves as the shaping step.
In the figure, the heat-melted resin 32 serving as the resin base material is extruded from the T die 31 and supplied together with the decorative sheet 2 between the pressure roller 33 and the cooling roller / shaping plate 34. The decorative sheet 2 is supplied to the pressure roller 33 side, and the resin 32 is supplied to the cooling roller / shaping plate 34 side. The resin 32 and the decorative sheet 2 are the pressure roller 33, the cooling roller and the shaping plate 3.
4 is pressed and pressure-bonded, and the resin 32 is solidified to form a plate-shaped or sheet-shaped resin base material, and at the same time,
The decorative sheet 2 is brought into close contact with the front side surface, and simultaneous extrusion lamination and V-shaped groove shaping on the back side are performed simultaneously. As shown in FIG. 4 as an example, the cooling roller / shaping plate 34 is provided with a Λ (lambda) -shaped vein 3A, which has an inverted concavo-convex shape with respect to the intended V-shaped groove, at a desired position on the roller surface. Therefore, the desired V-shaped groove is formed on the back side of the resin base material at the same time as the extrusion simultaneous laminating. Then, the cooled laminated body of the resin base material and the decorative sheet is appropriately peeled off from the cooling roller / shaping plate 34 by the peeling roller 35, so that the desired V-shaped groove is formed on the back surface side of the resin base material. A board 10 is obtained. If there are unnecessary portions on both sides in the width direction of the V-shaped groove, where necessary portions are left, it is cut, and the flow direction is also cut to a desired length to obtain a sheet-shaped decorative plate.

As the pressure roller 33, a rubber roller in which rubber such as silicone rubber is wound around the surface of a hollow metal roller such as iron is usually used after being heated by an external heater or an internal heater. Further, the cooling roller / shaping plate 34 is a roller whose surface serves as a shaping surface as well as a cooling surface. As the cooling roller / shaping plate 34, a roller in which a copper plating layer is appropriately formed on the surface of a hollow metal roller such as iron and a desired Λ-shaped vein is formed by a method such as cutting is used. To do. The resin is cooled by passing a cooling medium such as water through the hollow of the cylinder. Further, as a shaping plate in which the cooling roller is not used also, a roller having a Λ-shaped vein on the roller surface like this cooling roller-shaped shaping plate is used.

In the shaping plate 34 (also serving as a cooling roller) illustrated in FIG. 4, the Λ-shaped vein for forming the V-shaped groove is 2 in the roller width direction.
This is an example of a book, and corresponds to the case where the V-shaped groove is formed on the opposite side of the decorative plate, or the case where the decorative plate formed only on one side is taken in two rows in the width direction of the decorative sheet. However, V on the opposite side

The number of veins may be three or more, such as four in the roller width direction.
Further, in the case where V-shaped grooves are provided on the four sides of the decorative plate, the Λ-shaped veins on the shaping plate (which also serves as the cooling roller) are directed in the roller width direction in addition to the veins directed in the roller circumferential direction. It suffices to provide a pulse pattern.

[Others] The back surface of the decorative plate, that is, the surface on the back side of the resin base material, may be covered with a decorative plate as needed, as in the decorative plate 10 illustrated in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 5A and 5B. For the purpose of improving the adhesion between the plate and the adherend, the fibrous sheet 4 may be laminated as a backing base material. As the fibrous sheet 4, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc. made of natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, synthetic fibers such as polyester resin, inorganic fibers such as glass, etc., and paper etc. are used. The fibrous sheet and the resin base material may be adhered to each other by heat fusion using these materials themselves, or an adhesive such as urethane resin or vinyl resin.

When laminating the fibrous sheet by heat fusion, it is efficient to laminate the fibrous sheet at the same time as the extrusion simultaneous laminating of the decorative sheet and the resin base material. In that case, the decorative sheet may be extruded and laminated simultaneously on the resin substrate, and then the fibrous sheet may be continuously laminated in-line by heat fusion or an adhesive, or the decorative sheet may be extruded and laminated simultaneously on the resin substrate. You may laminate simultaneously at the time of doing. Here, in the latter case, if the production method by extrusion simultaneous laminating shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. 3 is used, the fibrous sheet 4 is extruded from the T die 31 like the fibrous sheet 4 additionally shown by the dotted line. The resin 32 is supplied between the resin 32 and the cooling roller / shaping plate 34, and the fibrous sheet is laminated on the back side of the resin base material simultaneously with the molding of the resin base material. However, in this case, when the fibrous sheet is hard to be deformed along the V-shaped groove shape, the V-shaped groove may be avoided to be laminated. Specifically, for example, in the case of the cooling roller and shaping plate 34 shown in FIG.
It is preferable to supply a fibrous sheet narrower than the interval between the Λ-shaped veins 3A on both sides in the roller width direction to the inside of the Λ-shaped veins 3A on both sides.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION (1) According to the decorative board of the present invention, it is possible to make cosmetics on a small surface at a low cost without using a high processing cost method such as a profile extrusion simultaneous laminating method capable of laminating even a small surface or a lapping method. The sheet can be a laminated veneer that is continuously laminated from the front side, and peeling of the veneer sheet at the edges of the veneer can be prevented. In addition, a cosmetic sheet with a small edge can be used for high-quality makeup. Moreover, even if the thickness of the decorative plate is thin, it can be handled. Therefore, it is suitable as a wall material or floor material for reform. (2) Further, according to the method for manufacturing a decorative plate of the present invention, a decorative plate having the above effects can be easily manufactured including the formation of the V-shaped groove. (3) Further, in the extrusion simultaneous laminating step, the cooling roller for cooling and solidifying the extruded resin is also used as the shaping plate,
If the manufacturing method in which the extrusion simultaneous laminating step also serves as the shaping step is used, the V-shaped groove of the decorative plate can be formed without using an additional shaping plate. Moreover, even a deep V-shaped groove can be easily shaped, and the decorative plate can be efficiently manufactured in terms of thermal energy.
