ノキ花粉症を対象とした健康食品で、ヒノキ花粉症の予
防又は、緩和に期待できるものとする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係るヒノキの葉
で作るヒノキ花粉症予防食品は、ヒノキの葉を鍋に入れ
水を加えて5時間から6時間かけて煮続け、ヒノキの葉
の成分を液状化させ、濾過器を通して精製して成ること
を特徴とする。一例で、ヒノキの葉で作るヒノキ花粉症
予防食品は、ヒノキの葉を採取し良く洗浄して鍋に入
れ、水を加えて5時間から6時間かけて煮続け、水分量
を一定に保つため沸騰した湯を加えながらヒノキの成分
を液状化させ、濾過器を通して精製したヒノキの葉の原
料を、飲みやすくするために蜂蜜及びシロップで調味し
健康飲料水として成る。
